I've used this business twice in the past couple months. First, my springs gave out. I called them and they came the next day and replaced them within 30 to 45 minutes. Second time, after a power outage, my garage door opener failed. We've got a replacement and they replaced it the next day as well. I am happy with their service, quality of work, and pricing is fair. read more

One of the rollers on our garage door came off. I called Your Garage Door Guys, got their recording and left a message about needing my garage door fixed, left my number, thank them and hung up. In their ad it says their respond time is 20 min. I waited 4 hours and called again saying I hope they got my first message, if not I repeated it and left my number again. Well that last call was made 7 hrs ago. Their ad also says they are available 24-7!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company. I now have another night of leaving my garage door open all night. read more

I had called when our door wouldn't close. I knew to use the emergency pull but as I did the bolts flew off. Found them in the driveway following morning. I called Bill in a panic and he set up an appointment for the flooring day. When I came home from work I screwed the bolts back into place and reset the emergency pull, as Bill had instructed. I was able to fix the door and called to let Bill know that my appointment was no longer needed. It is such a wonderful feeling to know that a company is willing to help you fix your problem over the phone when they could easily gouge you for a "visit". I know if there ever is an issue I will definitely call these guys!! read more

Jaime came over and assessed that the problem was a broken spring and replaced it. He also did a tune up and lubricated all the hinges. All this in under 30 minutes. Great job. read more

I contacted YGDG to do a repair of our garage door as the mounting seemed to be loose. My email was sent at 10:00 at night asking for them to call in the morning. I received an email back almost immediately asking for details and a confirmation of a telephone call in the morning. John called as promised and we made arrangements for him to come on Friday afternoon. John arrived on time (even a little early) and set right to work, he finished quickly, did the job correctly and was personable while doing so. Highly professional and would recommend YGDG highly read more

WOW! PROFESSIONAL! THATS HOW IT IS DONE!!! Again, THAT , my friends, was professional service! Only 14 hours ago, I was told I needed to replace both my spools, my spring was broke, AND I needed a new Track. I hesitated, and called Brent Back, who was SUPER professional all the way though. I explained my issues and he offered to come have a look so I made an appointment and boom , showed up directly on time the next day. He literally took 20 seconds to look at it, and grabbed his tools, and I swear the next thing I know, He has the door completely connected, Balanced, AND the motor was taking to door up and down. He worked on a little more balancing so it was SUPER smooth and I literally almost hit the ground because another company tried to charge me over 12 TIMES ( 12 X ) The cost of what I was charged. Brent was even so kind to replace my battery in my garage door opener. If you have ANY issues with your Garage Door , I HIGHLY suggest you get a quote from Brent and his team FIRST! THANKS BRENT!!! read more

These people are great! We just got it done it took him 3 hours to replace the whole garage door; we even got it hauled away which was included in the total price of the work. We had john do the work and he was very professional and any questions we had he answered. They even offered to come back out for a second look if something was wrong. That's good customer service; we'll definitely be using them again. read more

After a two week long vacation, came home to find one of the springs on the garage door snapped. Door was stuck along with two cars in the garage. Requested a quote and within minutes received a reply and set up an appointment for the following day (though they were able to come the same day if I had chosen to do so!!). John came out to perform the repair. Not only was he knowledgeable and fast, but also went above and beyond the repair by adjusting the chain tension and lubed the rollers. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call for any future repairs. The price was reasonable and repair time was expeditious. Nothing but thumbs up! read more

Our garage just struggled to open to barely opening one day and after finding these guys on Yelp we decided to give them a go and we couldn't be happier with them. They were quite accommodating as we needed a next day early evening appointment. Guy (forgot his name but he was so nice) came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and said could replace our spring for a couple hundred dollars. Honestly, our garage door has never sounded better! So thankful for these guys and will def have them do anything garage related should that issue arise in the future. :) read more

I called Garage Door Guys late on a Sunday night because our single stall garage (with only one way in/out) door was stuck! I was in a complete panic because my boyfriend needed to get the car out to leave for work at 5 am. The owner answered the phone and was willing to stop by after an outing with his family. He charged an emergency service fee to come and rescue our car but who can blame him? He came almost immediately to the home to help us. His kids were even still in the car! They did have to come back another day to adjust some things and make sure everything would work great going forward. My door is repaired and the work was very professional. This company is run by an understanding and truly caring man. I would recommend them to anyone. It's nice to find "small town" values in a business these days. read more

Came home from church on Sunday. My garage door started up and one side lifted up about 3 inches. The other end did not lift at all. After several tries, I went inside and saw the cable was off on one side. So, I looked at Yelp and saw the great reviews for Your Garage Door Guys. Also, it was the only offering 24/7 service. Bill came immediately pointed out the main problem - two broken springs. He replaced them, adjusted to door and was done much quicker than expected. Great guy. Give him a call. read more

Thank you, Bill, for a really great experience. I wasn't at home to see him work on our garage door as I was at work but from what my wife tells me and from speaking to him on the phones a couple of times, i can tell Bill knows his stuff and is a man of integrity. Early in the morning, my wife calls me up that the garage door won't open and at that time she needed to bring the kids to school. I hustled in calling several people, of which Bill was one of them, and was hoping for an early appointment. I was able to get a schedule with Bill for after lunch. I didn't know that my wife was also calling people and got an appointment from a different business for an earlier time. Bill was gracious with my cancelling the appointment and even gave me some advice on costs. The other person arrived but just diagnosed the problem, said that they can come back to fix it after 2 days, and even couldn't open the garage door manually. I told my wife to just pay the other guy's required 'diagnosis' fee and I will just call Bill. Fortunately, Bill still had his schedule open so the earlier cancelled appointment was set again. Now our garage door works. He really did an awesome job and i can tell he even tightened some of the loose rollers (dunno what they are called) on the side holding the panels. To me, that means besides the problem i called him up for, he even inspected the rest of the garage door. What a guy! Our garage door is really old to the point where they don't make the parts anymore. It'll probably last a couple or so years but when it reaches its end, we will call Bill, our Garage Door Super Guy. read more

So I am a realtor with a growing property management practice, that means, I definitely need someone (a contractor) who specializes in garage doors. I have used various companies, and although I am ultimately pleased with the work, the service is often lacking. This time around I decided to look up a new provider and used Yelp in deciding to try this company. When I called, the owner answered, Bill Lucas (good sign), we chatted, I explained my dilemma and my current turn around time to try to resolve my opener issues. He was professional, prompt and attentive. He got my appointments (I had a couple of different property addresses) scheduled right away and got my repairs completed efficiently and with a very reasonable price. I will definitely continue to use Bill and his crew and can recommend him with confidence! read more

These guys are the best! Called late after noon and they came out the next morning on time and the person Bert Rodriguez who installed my new springs was awesome. I had previously had them do work installing a new motor 6 months ago and didn't realize that the guy before just didn't do a good job. But I didn't know so I took it for what it was. But when Bert Rodriguez showed up today he fixed all the miss aligned installs from the prior visit and was nothing but nice and professional. Awesome job from these guys! read more
