I would highly recommend Big D's service. Quality work at a fair price. He is now my primary source for all garage door issues.

It has been a pleasuring to work with Big D on my garage. This has been probably the most smoothest transaction I've ever done on my house. I came home one day to a broken garage, so I was already feeling a little bummed out. I called Big D to schedule a quote, and I was surprised on how quickly he came out. I called and he literally showed up 5-10 minutes later with a positive attitude that made me feel a little better about my situation We talked about pricing options and time frame. We agreed on the quote and the next day we had a brand new garage! In short, this company was quick, transparent, and did a remarkable job. Highly recommend read more

Duane did great! He came with his son, which was a plus for us! We enjoy supporting local and family owned businesses. They worked fast & clean. I thought he was only coming to take a look at it but he ended up working on both garage system machines. One of the garage systems hadn't been used for over 10 years. The smaller one went out on us in august. So It was something we have been putting off since then. It felt good to finally use our garage doors again. Thanks to Big D's garage doors!! read more

I could not be happier!! 5 stars is not enough. Explained to Duane what was happening with my garage door. He told me that he thought it was the springs in the door and that he would be over within the hour. He was at my door in no time, he stood at the threshold of the garage and said " I thought that the springs were the problem and I can see from here they are cracked" Sure enough he showed me the cracked springs - replaced them in no time and I once again can park in my garage!! Thank you SO much Duane and son, Juan!!! You guys are the BEST!!!!!! read more

I had backed into my garage door causing a big dent. I contacted 3 other companies for an estimate, all of whom said the door couldn't be fixed and would have to be replaced. I got quotes from $1,800 to $2,500. I decided to try one more company, Big D's Garage Doors. I'm so glad I did. Duane and his son, came on time. Within 5 minutes of inspection, I was asked if I wanted the door fixed or replaced. I was shocked to even get an option. I said, I just want the door to work. Sure enough after a few adjustments and lubrication, the door was saved and worked like new, all within 15 to 20 minutes and HUGE savings for me. Duane and son, are good, local friendly and trustworthy folks. If you're having issues with your garage door, save time and money, by contacting Big D's Garage Door FIRST. They offer senior and military discounts too. They are certainly an asset to the community. I'm so thankful for them. read more

Great honest business. I called Monday and he was on time Wednesday and installed a new opener within a couple hours. Very professional and honest about the product itself. I would have spent unnecessary more by choosing a model I didn't need. If only more businesses operated like him it would be a great world. Highly recommend read more

Duane fixed our garage door in couple hours after we talked. Zelle him the payment. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Just had a new steel garage door w/ no windows installed. Dwayne's price and service and the product are excellent. The door looks fantastic. {photos show the 'before' and the 'after'. Even better, Big D can get the product installed much faster than Lowe's or Home Depot. {better to support small businesses' in our community as well}. I contacted Big D Garage Door service after reading all the wonderful Yelp reviews. I must say that Yelpers weren't exaggerating their praises for this business. Dwayne was responsive and we scheduled a time for him to fix my garage door. I was fully prepared to replace it. Dwayne arrived for the appointment and after carefully examine everything he let me know that the garage door opener was in good working order, it just needed a minor adjustment, which he did and didn't even charge me. I will get a new garage door opener from him (a more current model is definitely attractive), but now I know I can do it on my budget timeline. You can be sure it will be Big D Garage Door Service that I'll hire to do the work! I'm a loyal customer for the long haul now. An honest independent business owner is not easy to find, but worth every penny when you do! read more

If you have a garage door, put this information in your contacts now! Haha Our sweet boy locked the garage from the inside, and when we hit the button, our whole door snapped, sent bolts flying, bent the metal railings. Disaster ensued. I may have had a mild heart attack. Duane answered right away, and was here in less than 30 minutes! All fixed under an hour. Great, affordable service and were back in business!! Door is better than before! read more

Door spring broke and while not an emergency still total inconvenience. Called and spoke the man himself, was out and done within about 1hr and half! Great to leave a review for a local business for a change instead of some unknown online retrailer! read more

Big D's is an old school mentality establishment, which unfortunately is becoming rare. Customers are treated with respect and consideration and the work is flawless and at a good price. I called Big D's on a Friday night around 9pm after the spring to my garage door snapped and broke (I called about 5 other businesses and none of them would answer) and he agreed to come out Saturday afternoon. On Saturday morning, he called to let me know that he could come out around 10am if I wanted, which worked even better for me. He replaced the spring and explained why it snapped and what to look out for in the future. He even straightened out the bottom portion of my other garage door (I have 2 garage doors on my house) that was damaged a few years back, but was too expensive to fix, free of charge. The price he charged was not expensive, but most of all the service was impeccable. Upon leaving, I told him to replace the sticker of the previous garage door company that serviced my garage with his Big D's sticker. read more

We previously used Duane and was happy to have his number saved when a problem came up at our new house. Duane was able to come out the same day to fix the issue. Many thanks to "Big D's Garage Doors" for their prompt, knowledge and professionalism in fixing our garage door opener. We thought for sure we would need a new opener, as ours is pretty old. But Dwayne was kind enough to research our older model, and ultimately, repaired the problem quickly and easily. When we asked how much we owed, he waived the fee, noticing our 95-year old father had served in the Navy during WWII. Dwayne simply said, "Thanks for your service." We cannot recommend Big D's Garage Doors more highly. If you have an issue with your garage door opener, Big D's is definitely the best place to call for help. Thanks Dwayne! read more

Reached out to Duayne for a quote on Yelp and he responded with no hesitation with a great price and was very knowledgeable of the problem. I hesitated because it's my first time getting a quote for the garage door so I didn't respond immediately. I then reached out to other companies on Yelp and their prices were unbelievably high. I told them well I had another guy quote me at this price they said no that is not true. So, I went back to Duayne. He came by as he said he would and confirmed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour on the spot. He is a very honest, respectful and knowledgeable businessman. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Duayne, for fixing our garage door. read more

Duane came out to my residence last minute and assisted me with my garage door. He gave me an affordable estimate over the phone which blew other competitors out of the water. Upon arrival, he didn't try to nickel and dime me by trying to find additional work or charge me to replace parts that were older but still in working condition. It was pretty obvious he cares about his customers. He will definitely be my go to once we decide to replace our door. Thanks again, Duane! read more

Our garage door spring broke and the door would no longer open or close. One of the hinges was broken as well. I reached out out to a few companies but Diane was the only one who was ready to do the job. He came out quickly to asses, made recommendations, got a door ordered and delivered in 2 days. He came right back out and installed quickly. He even through in the rubber stripping. A couple days later we noticed something was right and he came back and informed about our sensors and what to keep an eye out for. He's honest, approachable, and prices are reasonable. Mg elderly mother's garage door wasn't opening so I reached out to Big D via Yelp. He responded immediately and came out the same day. After a little trouble shooting he figured out a solution and got the garage door open. One of the things that particularly impressed me was that Dane was willing to trouble shoot with me on the phone and even upon arrival didn't charge consultation fee despite being out of his way. More impressive was my mother's response to him. She is generally leery of home repair people, but couldn't speak highly enough about Dane. I seriously think he restored her faith in repair people who are trustworthy. Needless to say we were very pleased and will/would use his services again as well as recommendation him to anyone with a garage door need. read more
