You can take your time in deciding what frame is for you, and Tom will always help you make the best choice. While I am waiting in the exam room for a technician to start the appointment, they leave all those doors open and I've overheard conversations about other patients, about myself, and staff, and how awful their day is going or how rude or upset the people are they are dealing with! On top of that, I have had so many times that the staff has dropped the ball on completing a request to get a medication pre-approval through my insurance and sent to the pharmacy for me. I've had to play the middle-man between the office, the insurance company, and the pharmacy for over a month now, only to find out that the office has not even submitted the requests I keep asking them to do but they keep placating me over the phone telling me they've already done it when they haven't! Save yourself the the frustration and wasted time and go somewhere else. It's unfortunate because I had heard good things about the doctors here but with so many things wrong with the office, it's just not worth my time or my health to go here.
