One of Dr Fidler's staff suggested that my lenses were corrected too strongly; another noted the change she had made to my astigmatism correction. Dr Fidler did not take my complaints of headaches, nausea and dizziness seriously and was not curious about why her prescriptions were not working on me. The employees were helpful and kind. They were willing to answer all of my questions about insurance and the testing they were doing.
