The owner's depth of knowledge in skincare is unlike anything I've encountered. Angel has studied all over the world from Japan to Italy to bring together the very best practices to create treatments that are completely tailored to each client. What amazed me most was how she immediately recognized exactly what my skin needed, as well as which areas of my body and organs could use attention. Her expertise in Chinese medicine and reflexology shined through in the most intuitive and personalized way. She only uses natural products, which not only felt nourishing but gave me peace of mind knowing everything was safe and beneficial for my skin. The entire space felt like a sanctuary--a place where I could fully relax, let go, and truly be cared for. Her intuition was spot on, from selecting the perfect products to focusing on the areas of my body that needed healing. It wasn't just a spa treatment; it was a holistic experience for both my skin and my spirit. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply grateful. I can't recommend this spa highly enough--it's rare to find someone who combines such global knowledge, natural healing, and genuine intuition in their practice. Hence I needed a gift certificate that would never expire. I was told no problems they would always honor the certificate. My wife went to schedule an appointment and was told that it must have expired because they had no record of it. I called the Spa to discuss, I was told that all their gift certificates expire after a year and this is written on them and sorry but too bad. I am not stupid and would never have bought a certificate if it would expire.. so be very careful if you buy a gift certificate...they want you to let it expire and the expired $ value goes to their bottom line as a profit

The quiet room upstairs would be perfect with a book and an afternoon nap. The massage I had was fine. I got the summer special, which was a massage and foot scrub. I didn't realize that they weren't both full time treatments, so my 50 minute massage ended up only being about 30 minutes which was not ideal especially for the price. The massage itself was very mid tier. I don't know that I would come back here just for a massage.

I've had several services here but the facials with Nang are not to be missed! I had the European Double-Lift Facial last time and it was so relaxing. I had never had such a relaxing treatment. The overall experience of the spa is fantastic! The selection of beverages to enjoy while you relax by the fire, in the pool, by the waterfall, or in the serenity room is fantastic. The areas each have their own feel, including temperature variation and humidity, allowing you to find a spot that is just right. There is a cafe inside where you can enjoy food and a more extensive array of cocktails and wine, all while wrapped up in your luxurious robe and comfy slippers. The 16 head showers are invigorating and all of the toiletries on premise are Molton Brown and smell incredible. I was a bit weirded out by this at first, but trust me when I say there is nothing to worry about. This place is utterly beautiful and serene. It might behoove management to add more photos to their website to avert any misgivings on that front. I am however so grateful that I got to enjoy my experience without having to hear phones ringing, buzzing, clicking, etc.

We couldn't have been happier with the great service we received here. The spa is set amid a beautiful canyon and provides great scenery, but the real 5-star experience is in the small building- now the Canyon Spa- that used to be the home of the community's caretaker. This is far from an extravagant spa facility and they do not have extensive amenities such as sauna/steam/jacuzzi, but the building is very clean, relaxing, and well appointed with luxurious and comfortable pleasantries and the service is top notch. Our massage treatments were great (my wife's was a maternity massage which she was very satisfied with) and we felt relaxed and not rushed at all. This may not have the pomp and circumstance of Old Edwards, but I haven't had many, if any, better actual massage treatments. Thanks!
