By far the best nail salon in Franklin, NC. The atmosphere is very relaxing with a nice open clean salon and extremely friendly and personable family run staff. The quality of their work is top tier. They listen and communicate very well before and during the service so you get exactly what you are asking for. They work fairly fast and still do an incredible job. They keep their space very clean and clean all nail tools. The prices are slightly higher than some of the other salons in the area, but it is definitely worth the small up charge. After visiting this salon and others, I will definitely be making Snappy Nails my go to nail spot. You should too! The woman named "Apple" did my French tips. I would ask for her, she is my favorite! I went yesterday to get my nails filled and a pedicure. I get SNS and then a gel pedicure. The pedicure was amazing! She was so gentle and kept making sure the water temp was good! But while I was getting my toes done another lady came over and started working on my nails. She brought her supplies to me in the pedicure chair and finished my nails while I was obviously uncomfortable (34 weeks pregnant) leaning over the chair so she could do my nails. She cut every single finger and kept going over it again and again. Then the top coat is not smooth! I will never be back. read more

I'be been going for 6 years. The people are very gentle and pleasant. I love it that they take appointments along with walk-ins.

Anytime I make an appointment I expect to wait 30+ minutes to be seen. Which why even make an appointment?. This has happened more than 3 times. The service is always ok. Not many places to chose from in Franklin. This is usually my back up place just because it's nothing great and having to wait so long after my appointment is supposed to start. read more

First, the good: They are well staffed and seem to manage their time well. The SNS nail service I received was well done and I wish now I had gotten the name of the woman who did my nails so I could ask for her next time. Now the bad: The man who did my pedicure spoke only one word to me. when I told him I had not picked out my color yet, he said "later" very rudely. He did my pedicure and put on a clear coat of polish and told me to get up and pick out a color. As I was getting up I messed up the polish which seemed to irritate him. The technician doing the pedicure next to me handed me the color charts so I could pick out a color without having to get up. I wish I had gotten the name of the bald guy who did my pedicure so I could warn others NOT to let him do yours! He made the whole experience memorable but NOT in a good way. Lastly they would not accept my Apple Mastercard as payment, saying they did not accept Apple Pay. My card is acceptable for all other places as it s a Mastercard, not an Apple Pay card. My Mom and I went there quite often and we loved it. We gave them really good reviews, we recommended people to go there, and we help build their business because we like small business owners. After doing all that in return we've got very bad service, we were ignored and not acknowledge that we were sitting there, and they would take whomever Didn't ask them about cost or price. I noticed that they were very unfair about their prices and they would take people who did not ask them at all about it and that upset us because I came from Alabama to have my nails done and my mom lived here. I do not recommend this place if you're on a budget or maybe even frugal about your money and your concernEd about the price. Snappy nails or touch of class which ever they call themselves were not fair at all and I think that even if we walked in first they should've taken us rather than the people behind us that were not concerned about prices. read more

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. They are so rude and never give what you ask for, them when you try to get them to fix it, they refuse. They don't do refunds but say they will fix the problem. Would not recommend to anyone and will never be back. read more
