I love that they use tub liners and I have seen them clean the entire pedicure station as well as a manicure station. Made an appointment for 3:00. Waited for 50 minutes with no service before I walked out. When I asked how long it would be after waiting 30 min they just acted like it wasn't a big deal and they said soon which was a lie. I left to go somewhere that respected my time. it's been a whole year since i last visited this establishment, but finally chose to get my nails done after a long time. i had an appointment at 2 and had to wait 30 mins before i sat in the chair. Certain nails are filed too much and gaudy-looking, the nail tech was heavy handed on the left side of the nail. LOVE THE COLOR, but everything else was subpar, haven't been here after the new remodel and was very disappointed. Overall, the "appointment" i had was late and then my service was rushed. After i had my set finished i went to wash my hands and the soap was watered down all to hell! this place isn't what it used to be. read more

I called and made an appt same day. I couldn't get there until 6:10-15 and they are scheduled to close at 7. I got there and waited for around 20-30 minutes (which I was fine with, they were all hands on deck) and it gave me time to look at the extensive collection of dip and gel options they offer. I'm new to the area and needed a new place to get my nails done. A friend and I went in as a walk-ins and waited about 30 minutes for a nail tech, which is completely fine for me. This salon is very clean and organized and the people there are very polite and nice. But they used a drill to push back/remove my cuticles rather than using cuticle cutters like I've had done previously. A day after getting my nails done my nail beds are very sore and after looking at my nails closer I realize that they had drilled my skin around my nails. I will go back at least once more and ask for them not to use the drill on my cuticles just to give them the benefit of the doubt. When it came to payment, a full set of acrylics with gel polish costed me $50 with tip. My friend however was only getting a fill in and replacing a few nails but was charged $55. There are some inconsistencies with their prices so make sure to check with the receptionist before you pay. read more

I was looking for someone to do my nails before my event and everyone I worked with recommended this place. Well what a JOKE that was. I went and waited 45 mins before they got to me. Then the man doing mine was rushed and not taking his time and did not take into consideration what I was asking for. I went home and was absolutely disappointed. My nails where lumpy and not the shape I asked for. The following morning I call back and ask if they can fix it. They are very rude and dismissive but told me to call in. I go in and ALL they did was change the polish did not try to fix the shape or anything. AND charged me more for the fix after I'd already paid $50 for lumpy nails. read more

This is one of the best nail salons ive ever been too! I was in from out of town staying at harrahs casino and wasnt able to get my nails done at my usual place before i left home so i had to find one close to me. This was one of the closest ones so i decided to take a chance and go, and WOW! I was so surprised and had one of the best nail experiences ive ever had. The guy that did mine was so tedious and particular. He made sure every single nail was the exact same size and looked perfect! I went with gel and they had a huge color selection and they can also do tons of acrylic art on your nails too like flowers and things. For a new set of gel nails it did cost $53 total and for me that was alot more than im used to paying so it was a little pricey but i didnt mind paying it since the quality was so well. read more

There is no point in making an appointment time. They are so unorganized and no matter what time your appointment is, walk-ins still get sat before you. It is an unspoken word that as a walk-in you might not be sat right away due to appointments. This place makes you wait 30 mins after your appointment before you are even asked what color you would like. Then when you inform them you have to leave at a certain time, which is why you made an appointment, they relay false information to the person doing your nails. I recommend you go when you have nothing else to do for the rest of the day. When you actually do get treatment from them, they aren't too bad. Just getting in is the problem. read more

I will begin with the fact that I'm very picky and don't treat myself to much except to manis and pedis. I may just have had a bad nail tech who by the way was polite and the place was clean but I'm more concerned with having to refile my nails and look at a messy paint job when I got home! The pedicure itself was nice - not sure if it was worth what I paid but... I want a neat, clean job on my feet since I don't have the time to do this myself and feel like for 30-40$ I should get a good job. Won't be back. read more

I came in 15 minutes after they opened for a fill-in with mood change colors and just a basic trim, cut and file on my toenails. I was immediately sat down and a male started working on my nails. Each step of the way I had to ask him to continuously round my nails (acrylic), and make them less thicker. I asked him to trim my cuticles and each time I asked him a question or for him to DO HIS JOB, he had something to say in whatever language they speak to his coworkers. There were a couple of times where the owner and one of the other female workers told him he needs to be speaking in English because if my body language wasn't enough, my facial expressions insinuated that I was uncomfortable. That being said he kept trying at that point, after all of that, to make sure that I was comfortable and that my nails were looking the way I wanted them to. At one point, I had to ask them to dust my nails off before putting on the application and cuticle oil. I think that's insane! Anyone that's ever had their nails done before knows how their nails are supposed to be done. The female beside me had to continuously ask her specialist to fix the shape of her nails and make them even. He asked her "oh what did I do wrong this time?" And it's like, at this point y'all are tripping! I will definitely be going somewhere else. They keep excepting people knowing that they have appointments, having people sit around (which has happened to me before WITH an appointment) having to wait 30/45 minutes to an hour for their appointment. That is so disrespectful and inconsiderate of peoples time. The customer service was just not where it should have been. After telling him basically how to do his job and my nails yes they came out and look really good I am satisfied but I don't think it should have taken that much critique because I'm paying you to do this. I don't know how to do this if you understand what I'm coming from. I will definitely be going somewhere else. It's not worth it and at the end because I asked him to trim my cuticles on top of the five dollar new mood change polish, he charged me $47 when I think it should've been $40 going off of their price menu. $35 plus whatever special polish you get including the length (which mine is not long at all it's extremely natural looking). I do not recommend this place they sometimes do a good job. I can't afford sometimes, I like consistency. read more

The pedicure was awesome. She did a great job and didn't rush through it. My feet have never felt better. I loved all the tools she used to scrub and the massage was fabulous too. I was visiting Cherokee for the weekend and wanted to get my nails done. I looked up different salons in surrounding towns and saw this one with the great reviews. I have to say I am very picky about my nails. They did a fabulous job. Very clean, very professional. I had had surgery on my toe and she took the time to do my toes and avoided the area. She was very gentle even while doing my feet. I live 3 hours away but go to Cherokee several times a year....I will make sure and go here when I am in Cherokee. My nails are absolutely beautiful.
