Over 24 hours later - no bumps, ingrowns, or anything. Looks prrrfect! For first-timers, I highly recommend Brooke!

Not only is their salon beautiful and professional but they make you feel like you are beautiful and important from the moment you call for your appointment to the way out the door. This past weekend I was getting ready to take my friend for her birthday facial and realized a very special piece of jewelry was missing from my jewelry box. I do not wear it to often because of it's monetary value and sentimental value. I was panicking on the inside but after looking for a few minutes it was time for our reservation and we could not be late. I didn't tell anyone of my missing necklace and was preparing to tear the house apart looking for it when I returned home later that day. While my friend was finishing up her facial I made my way to the counter to pay. I was talking to Gail and showing her a broach i picked up for my Granny for Mothers Day when I looked up and to my surprise my necklace was hanging from a wooden shelf behind their counter. My face and my tears must of said it all because Gail immediately said "It's yours isn't it?" Shaking like crazy I said yes! We all got teary as i told them the stories of how my youngest child held it in his tiny fingers as he would lay on my chest as an infant and how i came to own it. Gail found my necklace a month ago after I left from having a seaweed body wrap for my birthday from the friend that was with me today. I had taken it off and left it in the locker. She said that she knew when whoever owned it came back and saw it hanging there she would know it was theirs by the reaction they would have seeing it again. I had NO idea it was even lost until Saturday morning when i was getting a little dressy for our girls day out. I want everyone to know how I am thankful for the kindness and honesty of these two ladies. We are blessed to have people in our community like them. Please go check out their gorgeous salon and spa and tell them Tonya sent you :)

I think found my new favorite salon in Hendersonville! In fact, I had no idea what I was missing…read moreuntil I came here today! I badly needed to fill my dip polish manicure but Victoria Nails was closed today so I found Nails on Main on Yelp. I had a wonderful experience here! I made an appointment and they were very accommodating when I called to tell them I was running a few minutes late. They were again accommodating when I politely and sheepishly asked them to maybe change the TV channel because the news was blasting depressing politics while I was trying to relax. They put on Shark Tank instead. Much better! Nobody else was watching the TV anyway. My nail technician (Eric, I believe) was extremely thorough with my manicure. He spent an hour and a half on the removal and reapplication of my dip polish. I commented multiple times at how impressed I was at how detailed his work is. He went back to feel my fingers multiple times to make sure they wouldn't bother me later when I got home. Those are the details that matter. Eric was gentle and professional throughout my entire visit. He also asked me if I wanted to add a manicure. This is IMPORTANT to me because some salons will only give you polish and send you to the front to pay. I always need the full manicure which includes cuticle cutting, massage, filing, etc. I really appreciated this and I have found that a lot of other salons are letting this really basic service become a thing of the past. Victoria Nails did not offer this any of the times I visited them.

I came in for Botox and fillers and later returned for a follow-up appointment. Beth discussed what…read moreshe planned to do at the follow-up, but never discussed any associated costs beforehand. When I checked out, the receptionist specifically told me there was no charge. I've had follow-up appointments with other doctors over the years where there was no additional charge, so I had no reason to think otherwise. Later, her office contacted me saying they had forgotten to charge me. I asked what the amount was, but my card was charged before I was even told the amount. Only afterward did they text me that it was $750. That amount had never been disclosed to me or approved by me beforehand. I asked them to refund the charge until I could speak with Beth and understand what had happened. When Beth called, rather than acknowledging the obvious miscommunication, she told me it was my responsibility to ask what the treatment would cost. She also said that because we had been having a personal conversation during the appointment, she hadn't gone over the pricing. I disagree. A patient shouldn't be expected to know what a medical provider is going to charge. Pricing should be disclosed before treatment so the patient can make an informed decision. There was another issue with the treatment itself. I had specifically raised my under-eye area by text and again during the follow-up, and it was part of what we discussed addressing. Beth ultimately did not treat that area. When I raised it afterward, she said it would have required a different type of injection. That was never explained to me during the appointment. If the treatment plan had changed, I should have been told why and given the opportunity to decide how I wanted to proceed. What was most disappointing was how my attempt to resolve this was handled. Rather than trying to work through the miscommunication, Beth repeatedly characterized me as "argumentative" and ultimately told me, "I am discharging you as a patient because you are being so argumentative." I was asking for an explanation and a fair resolution regarding a $760 charge that had never been disclosed to me beforehand, as well as an explanation for why part of the treatment we had discussed wasn't performed. I cannot recommend this practice.
