I had my nails done by Danny this morning. He was very professional and the whole experience was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

I barely keep up with my nails - maybe a pedicure if I go on vacation. Heading out of town so nails need to be done before wearing sandals after a long winter. A basic pedicure and a gel manicure with 18% tip came to $85. That's flipping amazing compared to other spots and my normally ragged, dig in my garden nails look amazing. read more

I highly recommend Lilly Nails Salon! Now it's been 41 years that I've been getting acrylic nails and Lilly is the best!! My nails never chip or break. I come to NC for about 4 month a year and for the past 6 years I've been consistently booking with Lilly for my acrylic fills with gel polish and manicure. Lilly has a great team of professional nail techs. She keeps her salon beautiful and clean. It's easy to make an appointment online! (A fairly recent upgrade https://aiva.bukkii.ai/1LKw5) I also recommend this salon for pedicures!! Mai and Tracy are two of the techs who've been great to me!! read more

Got a gel mani. There are no bumps, lumps, bubbles or paint on the skin. I am very satisfied! Lilly and her team are always kind and chill. Also recommend their gel pedicures! read more

I wouldn't change a thing with my previous review. This was my first time getting a manicure at this salon. And it will not be my last one. The quality was beyond amazing. She took time with my nails and didn't tear apart my skin like most salons do when I go get any type of manicure. The vibe here is super calm and quiet. This business is very family oriented and it has never bothered me. They will never treat you like you don't belong there like other salons around the area. They take their time with the work they do. Will be coming back for sure! Thanks again! read more

This was my first time here as I just moved to Waynesville. I drove up and saw so much debris piled up outside, yet a neon sign said OPEN. I walked in and saw devastation to this once, I'm sure, pretty space. The owner and one other nail tech was working. They immediately apologized for the "mess" and asked if I'd rather go to another space that they had rented for customers that would prefer a less "messy and noisy" environment. I told her that I was just fine there. The techs could not have been more polite. There were 3 construction workers in the salon. These workers were diligently moving the soil, piecing together pipes, etc. As I was having my pedicure, I noticed the owner walk to a table where foil covered pans were. She began filling the plates with food and handing to the construction workers. They thanked me and said things would look much better the next time I came. I assured them none of that mattered to me and that I would be back. I left there not only with pretty shiny toenails but also affirmation that unity can exist. Thank you Lilly Nails and Maison. You've got my business, my support, and you proved that when we all work together, we are stronger. read more

This nail salon is a hidden gem! The gentleman that did my toes did a phenomenal job and they came out so cute. It wasn't too busy! The place is neat and tidy. I was very impressed! read more

Mason was absolutely amazing performing my manicure and pedicure. I would highly recommend him. Being from out of state, it is difficult to find a great nail salon. read more

Love going here. They recently updated it due to the hurricane and it looks amazing in there. Only downside is sometimes they will overcharge but you just have to pay attention. Sometimes they charge for removal and then sometimes they don't. read more

I always have a great experience at Lilly Nails. I have had services done by every employee, and they all do an amazing job!

Lily changed my polish on my feet and nails. I asked for gel polish because it looks so pretty and stays on longer. My nail polish didn't even stay on a week before it started chipping. I truly think she used really old nail polish. There was so much construction going on at that time and I truly do not think she even had any running water. All the customers knew something was wrong, but she kept making excuses why she was not using water. She was not doing any pedicures, just strictly services that did not require water. As I stated above my nail polish was not done neatly and it's already chipping seven days after it was done. Would not recommend and I will never go again. read more

I've been to Lilly's Nails twice and it was outstanding. The gel manicure I got lasted the longest I've EVER had and the pedicure was well done and luxurious. Their massage chairs work great and everyone is really nice. This is definitely my go to place now in the Waynesville area. I highly recommend !!! read more

I wish I had read all the reviews before I scheduled an appointment. Apparently, they do not honor their appointment times. I waited for 15 minutes before I was led to a seat. Lily the owner wrapped my nails with the foil and acetone and then left me for 50 minutes. Being there for over an hour with no one bothering to even check on me was unacceptable. I have never ever left a review but felt compelled to leave one after today's experience. I will never go here again. Sandy Dabiero read more

I happened to be in the area and needed to have a manicure. The manicure I had before I came to Lilly's in Atlanta did a bad job. Lily is amazing! I love my nails, and she was very kind, talented, and efficient! I will definitely be back! read more

They pay no attention to appoint times they give you. We could come in anytime, they gave us 10:30. When we arrived 3 people working, all busy, and we were told we would be after 2 more people who hadn't even started. read more

I had to ask for water in the bowl for my pedicure!! Didn't use lotion until the end of the pedicure!! They charge $1.75 to use a card!!!!! The lady I had was absolutely rude!! Do not recommend at all!!! read more

If you are intrested in high prices and somebody rubbing your hands, this isn't the nail salon for you. But if you want a nice job, done efficiently, and well, check them out. Their prices are reasonable, the shop is very clean, the people are friendly, and they do a wide range of nail finishes, as well as the usual spa services. read more

Lilly Nails - Acrylic fill and gel polish, $35 and 30 minutes - Nail Salons Near Me - Waynesville, North Carolina

My first time at Lily's nails-I was quite pleased. The work was done well and my nails are beautiful. My only issue was somewhat of a language barrier with the tech that did my new set-or perhaps I wasn't clear enough... All in all, my nails are very pretty and I will return. read more

I had a wonderful pedicure today in a luxurious salon. I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure. The foot massage was also great. I highly recommend this salon. read more

Had a gel manicure and pedi. Gel manicure chipped in 3 days, peeled within a week. Not worth the money. Too expensive to not even get a decent foot massage. Was told had to pay extra for that. read more

I don't live in Waynesville and was out visiting some relatives after the holidays. I had a terrible gel set that needed fixing. So as a walk-in, I was able to get a deluxe pedicure and removal and redo of my gel full set. The place was clean the staff was very effective and efficient and the products were of high-quality. read more

I wanted to like this place. It had good reviews. The people were friendly but that would be the only good part. Asked for a deluxe pedicure but it was no more or even less than a regular pedicure. The paint job was very rough. The attendant was very friendly though. But I am disappointed. read more

Wonderful people!!! Wonderful Service!!! I can not praise them enough!!! I have my first mani pedi and went as a group after work. One of the guys even joined us on our team building activity! The staff didn't even bat an eye and just gave us an absolutely wonderful experience. They took us in with no appointment in the evening and seemed to stay open a little later to finish us up. We will be going back!!! And telling everyone where they are!!! You must go gave your own royal treatment there. read more

We had a 2:30 and the last person was finally taken at 3:20. It was the fastest pedicure I've ever had. Pedicure seemed fine but I was disappointed in the service. read more

All the ladies who work at Lilly's are very professional and are very friendly. They go out of their way to make sure their customers get the best service. I especially like that they don't pressure customers to spend more on upgrades and services that they don't want. I have been to other nail salons in Waynesville, but Lilly's is by far the best salon in the area. read more

I went to get my nails done and they f***** it up! i asked for clouds and she put messy blobs and it looks horrible! NEVER COMING HERE IF I NEED DESIGNS ON MY NAILS! read more

This 3 is due to the laughable cuticle push back! All employees I have found, including the owner, make a faux attempt to push cuticles back and then clip cuticles as though there were plenty of cuticle to remove. This all leads to cuticle growth toward the new manicure within one week. I am not satisfied with this new employee as nails are too short and cuticles are ugly, after one week! Who can afford a weekly manicure? The toes are in the same situation, , ,I don't want to wear sandals until I find someone who takes good care of my pedicure! read more

I love Lilly's the only complaint I have is one of the male nail nail techs! The younger man is fantastic and I'm always pleased with him. The older one on the other hand is extremely rude. I went there today to get two of my nails fixed and he blamed it on my cold hands? Then he rushed through it and now the two nails he fixed isn't shaped right to match my others and the acrylic is to thick. I get it it's Friday and they were extremely busy but I also waited for a hour to get two nails fixed and he can't even do that right? I didn't like him when he was there at first then he was gone I don't know the details but he needs to leave again because poor Lilly will lose customers if he continues to treat us the way he does. read more

Surpringly great first-time pedicure at Lilly's Nails today. The place sits in a crummy looking shopping center, and the little building itself is kind of hidden off to the side and is nothing to look at. The nail color choices seemed rather limited which is the other reason I didn't give this place five stars. BUT Man (that's her name--she's from Cambodia) gave me a wonderful pedicure with lots of attention to detail. Her English was good, and my feet feel like they were truly pampered. read more

Had the pedi and I'm very pleased with it. Great massage. The chairs are awesome and the staff are nice and friendly and the place is super clean. I'm a local and hadn't tried Lilly's before. I'll be sure to recommend it to anyone who asks for a good nail salon. read more

Extremely disappointing to see the way this place conducts business! My 16 year old daughter made an appointment ahead of time, and as she was getting her real nails filed, the person attending to her left to take care of two other customers who had walked in after her, and NEVER came back!! Hard to support a business who very blatantly does not value their customers! read more

I got acrylic nails and toe nails painted the toe nail painting was nice but the man who did my nails was very rude they made fun of me for not knowing exactly what I wanted the man jerked my hand around and pushed my fingers also filed right over my cuts on my fingers which hurt really bad. I would not recommend or go back there ever again read more

Lilly's is a awesome nail salon! I've been going to her for my solar nails for a year and a half now. Lilly and all her staff are very friendly and courteous. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome there.Wait times for walk-ins are minimal, and appointments are available. She offers many services including mani's, pedi's, acrylics, solar and waxing as well! I have never had any problems with my nails, no lift, no fungal infection, ect. She does beautiful free hand designs. Her salon is very clean as well! I hope I never have to go anywhere else! I get complements on my nails all the time, people always ask where I get them done and I graciously refer them to Lilly's! I recommend Lilly's to everyone! read more

Tried this place for the first time while I was in town visiting. Nice place and the people were nice, price was good, clean, good massage, good job on everything. Only reason for 4 stars was because I went on a Monday and they were short handed so it took awhile to get a manicure and pedicure. read more

Had a wonderful mani/pedi tonight. Great service. Super friendly. 1hour in and out. Can't wait to go back.
