I have been going to this salon for 2 years, and am always happy with the services they provide.

They don't have a website to reference prices and then they didn't tell us the price until afterwards. $65 for a pedicure where they just have lotion packets straight from Walmart to rub on your legs. Prices are obscure and definitely not worth it. Did not get what I wanted asked for French tips and got French ombré tips. Then got charged extra for a round shape (never had that happen before at any other salon.) was the only salon open in town and wasted time and money. Go somewhere else! My set cost $78 read more

Worse pedicure ever and not by a slim margin. My "Opi" polish lasted two days. So I bought polish remover and two weeks later my toenails still have an orange cast. I guess she didn't bother to put a clear coat on first. read more

I walked in with my friend about an hour before they closed they were willing to do full sets on us! My overall experience was nice I was able to get a gel set for $45. The only thing was that they cut so deep one of my fingers bled and the tools they used were not being sanitized or coming out of a fresh pack so I did not really like that. My daughter, granddaughter, and myself went to Snappy Nails. I had a manicure and pedicure for which I was charged $50. More than I expected since I know their charge for a mani is $17. Also they cut my cuticles; one actually bled onto my polish. My 10-yr-old granddaughter also got a nasty cuticle cut on 2 fingers. Horrible. Look. I never write bad reviews of places. Hell, I never review places. Too lazy. But this place absolutely deserves a review if only to warn others against going here. Do NOT go here if you want to have any sort of experience that isn't lowkey traumatizing. All I went in to do was have SNS polish and acrylic tips removed--so easy, I could have done it at home but I don't have acetone strong enough and I figured it couldn't hurt to pay someone $10-$20 to do it. The technician (after not speaking to me at ALL) pulls out another acrylic nail and PRIES THE NAILS FROM MY HANDS. Not just the acrylic, but the SNS as well. It was so painful. I was literally telling her "That REALLY hurts," the entire time and she just glared at me or rolled her eyes. Then she clipped my nails, but just made these harsh straight lines with her clippers and didn't round or file the corners (?????). My nails are ruined and will take MONTHS to recover. And on top of that, once she was done she asked if I wanted my eyebrows done by her. I laughed. Obviously not. But she rolled her eyes again and said, "Just a little shaping. It would really do you some good." First of all, super rude. Second of all, you think after the pain of having you near my hands I'll invite you near my FACE?? Honey. Absolutely not. TL;DR Don't go here if you don't want to spend months and months caring for paper thin, brittle, broken nails. Don't go here if you want a nice experience. Hell, just don't go here. No business doing nails or anything else to a human's body. read more

Not the friendliest but the young girl I had was nice enough. The other two women working seemed less than pleasant. 80 bucks for a basic gel mani and pedi- which is pretty pricey for the quality I received. Massage on legs/hands was maybe one minute each and the girl cut my cuticle too close and made it bleed. Aggravating. Would only come here if it were the only salon available. read more

Snappy nails is very nice . I REALLY ENJOY EVERYONE who works there and they are very well priced and don't rip you off there nails are supper . I had my nails done a full set and my step daughters just painted I paid 33 dollars and today I went back and got gel nails done with fill in and painted with design on was I believe around 36 . I had done some research on nail places, the reviews seemed good so I went. I asked for three colors, but the guy never asked what I would like to do. Any other place would have asked. I figured he did not understand English well, so I decided to stay quiet and left unhappy. I decided to go again and showed another guy the exact thing I wanted. I received a clear nail with a red tip. The picture I showed was not what I received. If I wanted to see my actual nail through the acrylic I would have just saved the 55$ and left my regular nails uncovered. I will not be returning to this nail salon. I went in for a gel polish color and the girl there did a terrible job. I told the man in there who I assume is the owner. The girl attempted to fix them, while being extremely rude. She messed them up even more. She left me at the booth for over 15 minutes. She told me I was done and I left and my nails were sticky. I went back inside again and they were rude to me. They confused my name with my mother's and skipped her in line for about 20 minutes until I told them she was still waiting as people were skipping her in being brought back. I only gave it 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give any lower .. I have been getting my nails done for years . My nails are pretty long and only have a thin layer of acrylic over them . I hit one of my nails and it lifted in the back , I went in and explained ( not to 1 but to 2 different people )I wanted to SOAK the acrylic off and have new acrylic put on 1 nail . The man CUT my nail off and I said I told you I wanted to keep my nail . He looked at me with the worst attitude I have seen and put tissue and polish remover in it and wrapped it in aluminum foil and walked off !!! He never came back a female came back and completely took acrylic off .. I said we have a problem this is now MUCH shorter than the other one, she called the man over and they talked and then she told me 'he only took the tip off . And then proceeded to tell me to have a good day .. I asked if there was another nail salon close by that could do what I had asked they both said NO ! Another customer in the shop said yes ther is there's one right behind Zaxbys! Also while waiting with aluminum foil on finger the man took nippers out of the drawer and cut his cuticles AND THEN PUT THEM BACK IN DRAWER WITHOUT CLEANING THEM !!! They were VERY RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL !! I would NOT recommend anyone to go there !!! read more

Tricked! I called to ask how much a "gel polish manicure" would be. The woman quoted me $20. After the service, she told me that my total was $40. Apparently $20 for the polish, $15 for the manicure, and $5 for the old polish take-off. When I questioned the total, she said that when I had called I should have asked about each service. We just moved to the area and I did a lot of research with limited options. I had a pedicure and a pink and white fill at Snappy Nails. The people are very nice, but this was the worst pedicure and fill I have every received. The gel topcoat on the fill after 3 days has peeled off, which I have had my nails done for 30+ years and it shouldn't be peeling off. The pedicure looked like my grandchild had painted my toes. I will move onto option "B" for the next fill and pedicure. read more
