Owner is so extremely nasty!!!! The food is not worth it either. I ordered off of Slice and the delivery time was too long so i requested to pick up instead. My husband drove there and had a hoodie on with his hands in his pocket (winter time). The owner was incredibly rude and nasty when taking our orders, and the pizza was cold and WAY over salty when delivered. We complained to him but he said "that's the way I make pizza, take it or leave it". We decided to "leave it" and started to gather our things to leave. In doing so my wife noticed some "black beads" on the floor in the corner under the table. They were MOUSE DROPPINGS!!! I do gig deliveries on the side. It's how I figure out what places are good because I get to see it's patrons, plus an extra couple bucks is cool too. I've made three deliveries for this guy, and can't figure out how he's still in business. I hear the food is great, but the guy is an absolute jerk. I've had an issue with this guy every time I've been there. The last time he made a customer's pie wrong, and was not nice about me pointing it out. First he tells me to just bring the guy the wrong pie, which I'm not going to knowingly do to an innocent customer. He was adamant that I don't contact the client to tell them about the delay (which is wrong). So while I waited, I had this guy going off on me the entire time like his mistake was my fault. Finally, he pulled the remade pie out, threw it on the counter, and said, "Take your pizza and get out of here". I don't think I can patronize a business where the guy treats people like that. What an amazing experience! My family drove up from the city to celebrate my son's high school graduation. He got to pick the location and wanted to go to his favorite place to eat: FraNico's in Warwick. I spoke with Nic the day before. He had a large table waiting for us in the dining room. The food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. We were not rushed, and food was continuously brought out. Everything was delicious, but we especially enjoyed the hot antipasto, the calamari, the garlic knots, the bruschetta, the meatballs and the barese cold antipasto. By the time we were finished, we barely had room for the entrees. We decided on some subs and pizzas. My family from Brooklyn and Staten Island LOVED the pizza. They normally hate Orange County pizza, but this was an exception. Nic took great care of us. He was very accommodating with my youngest who has special needs. After we walked in and placed our order, the owner came by to sling a few paper plates at us like a frisbee, which really made us feel welcome and appreciated. The owner then kindly reminded us of all the flavorful toppings we could use......parmasean cheese, garlic salt, red pepper flakes....yum!! Too bad because the tropical climate within the joint has caused it all to harden like a rock. As we all proceeded to attempt to pay he kindly reminded us someone already paid (we were a group of 16 (8 children) so this is possible. As we proceeded to our cars, we heard maniacal screaming coming from the front of the restaurant claiming we were purposely stealing a pizza from him. As he continued his rant, he became increasingly verbally abusive even after walking back toward him to happily pay. None of the pricing even matched his menu, our penalty was 5 $4 bottles of water and a soda(which nobody had). Nobody works there, he runs the place himself, he has no idea who ordered what and then just shouts you paid only to realize you didn't pay. I was just banned after my first order ever last night. After getting a busy signal for almost an hour, I finally get them to answer and asked for the Capri, which I was told was a white pizza with shrimp and garlic. Well, I guess I called too close to closing time because I was rushed out as I picked it up and the three older guys inside were turning off lights and leaving. I took a quick look at the pie in the dark and left. I get home and realized it was made with red sauce and mozzarella, so I called right back, but nobody answered, twice. I waited until 5:15 tonight to call back and ask for a replacement. But that was just too late again. I was instantly told that I can no longer order because I "bothered" them very much by ordering last night when they wanted to leave. And once I knew it was a mistake, I should've called back right away. Even though the guy had just admitted they left right after I paid. He then throws in that a Capri is never made as a white pizza. I am then told to leave and never come back. I said fine, just give me a refund. He says, "NO, YOU BRINGA MY PIZZA BACKA!' I didn't save it, but I'm sure he would've just kicked me out even if I did. Completely ridiculous situation. He knew he made a mistake by rushing-both on the phone while ordering, and while picking up. But instead of even trying to make me happy, he bans me. Horrible customer service. Didn't even end up ordering. Someone name Nick got on phone and was super nasty. Told immediately "have ur card ready because ur paying me". Ok no problem! Then when ask how many a full tray of chicken fingers feed was told "kids don't need to eat more than 2 each so it's plenty!" Didn't want to deliver a catering order 0.2 miles away literally when one tray alone is $80! We ordered a couple of chicken parm hero's and slices from this spot and let me tell you it was slamming good. The hero's were overflowing with tasty chicken and dripping with cheese. I loved that the hero's were cut into a "V" wedge style. It was easy to eat and it keep the overflowing goodness from spilling out. Nice touch! The slices were just as good. Cooked to a perfect NYC style slice. That meant that I was not soggy and floppy but crispy, firm and perfect. This is a must pizza joint if you are ever in these parts of NY. read more

I will never order from here again. I orderer my food at 6:30pm via the Slice app. It said it would take 40 minutes...no problem. My order didn't come so I called. My order was never processed, but I was already charged. They told me they would start my order and it would be about 20-25 minutes. I did not receive my order until close to 8:30pm. However, the man with Italian accent making the pizza was extremely rude & hostile. He called my female friend "sweetheart" and told her to sit down and wait after she checked on her order. She had waited over 30 mins at that point without asking a thing. I called him out on the way he speaks to customers and was promptly told to mind my own business & that I wasn't going to be served now. I explained that I already paid and would need my money back... he dropped it and the cashier had my order on the counter. To top it off the pizza wasn't great. The owner told my husband he was busy and hung up on him. I thought my husband must have misunderstood, so I called back and the owner yelled at me and confirmed, YES, he had hung up on my husband and then he yelled that I can "Go to Shoprite!" for my pizza. The pizza is really good here, but the owner has an attitude to his staff and customers. I ordered a slice to eat as I waited at the laundromat next door, and when the girl asked if I wanted a small box for my slice, I said "ok" because it would be easier to eat it in my car. The short story is that who I believe to be the owner was upset with me when I came to pick up my food and he told me to sit outside and I asked him how much longer since it was already longer than he indicated on the phone. I called in to order Stuffed Shells in Vodka Sauce and the girl answering the phones asked the owner if he would do it, instead of accommodating the request, Nick got on the phone and started screaming (ACTUALLY SCREAMING) saying they don't do that.. do I get it or do I not get that the only thing they do in vodka sauce is penne. Not only was the screaming uncalled for with such a simple request, it was unbelievably unprofessional and has now turned away a customer who has done nothing but support this business since they first opened. The man with the italian accent is a good enough reason alone never to come to this restauraunt. We tried to order dinner for my dad's birthday and he was the one who tried to take our order. After being barrated by him, asked if we were looking at the right menu, rushed off the phone, and overall treated horribly, we called back to cancel our order. A younger gentleman anwsered the phone and after we explained why we are canceling our order he exclaimed, "don't worry this happens all the time".
