As of the Summer of 2023 there are new owners and with that, their own new pizza recipe. I have tried three different pizza pies from them and decided to write a review with constructive criticism. The new owner and his family own and operate all of the businesses at our neighborhood local. They all seem to be very friendly and nice. With that being said, I have to remind them of a few simple things. Pizza in New York is expected to meet basic standards whether it's in Orange County (full of NYC transplants) or Brooklyn NY. Crust, sauce and cheese. If they are not correct it isn't good. This pizza has no taste. There is no sauce and the recipe is centered on the crust being very soft and doughy like a hot pretzel. It tasted like it was a frozen pizza. It is seriously lacking in what pizza should be and what Westtown Pizza was for all of us here for so many years. I hope that they heed this review and perhaps work on obtaining the original recipe for the pizza that kept people coming for a few decades. There's a reason why the small pizza place in the small, little-known town survived for so long: because the product kept us coming. Please recalibrate your approach on Italian food. It is lacking in flavor and texture. read more

This certainly isn't the same or even anywhere close to the pizza that the prior ownership sold. The first thing lacking is the use of quality ingredients. Next some actual tomato sauce needs be spread on the pizza dough. The pizza maker needs to take a rush course in pizza making or watch a bunch of YouTube videos on how to make a pizza. I make better pizza on an English Muffin. This place won't last very long unless the quality of the pizza improves real fast as bad news travels very quickly in a small town. I certainly won't be purchasing anymore pizza until I read an abundance of positive reviews or another "Under new management" sign goes up. read more

This place is literally walking distance to the place Im staying at and we decided to try out their pizza to see where it measures on the NY pizza scale. It didn't disappoint. The sauce and cheese was good. (but it was slightly burned on the bottom.) Not enough to ruin it, but the crust was just a little more crunchy than I prefer. the pizza we created was half cheese and half sausage. It came out delicious and had a perfect half and half slice size. Overall, it was still pretty good slightly burnt and all and I would definitely go back again. Of course, it helps that it is so close to the house too... lol. We will for sure be back to get some more and maybe try another pizza next time. read more

Very good service. Nice and respectful employees. Food was very good and efficient.

I used to love eating here and would routinely order either pizza or sandwiches a couple times a month. That being said, with the new owners and new recipe it's barely edible. Undercooked chewy dough, too much cheap cheese, and no tomato sauce. Ordered a meat lovers this week, and it looked like they threw it in the oven for a couple minutes and then placed the pepperoni on top like a garnish. I'll be back if and when the old owners return. read more

******TOXIC ESTABLISHMENT****** There is new ownership, per the banner in front of the store, and it is not for the better. I placed my order online, waited the prescribed 20 mins, end up giving another 10, and get there after 30 mins of placing. I get to the restaurant and there's 2 patrons at their own independent tables, and an employee in front who advises me its going to be another 10. So, now we are at 40 mins from placing the order online. I wait 15 before mentioning anything. This would make 45 after placing. I inquire about the delay and I'm told it is busy. So, I wait an hour and before all is said and done, never receiving my order by the way, I waited over an hour, one of the employees VERBALLY ASSAULTS WITH PROFANITIES saying, "F*** You" multiple times, which I never used against any of their employees, threatens me by asking me to "go outside" with him, and then, as I was leaving, I was accosted by the owner, I'm assuming, who comes outside in front of the store to try and attempt to talk down to me after cancelling my order and requesting a refund. Absolutely insanely ridiculous customer service. Getting busy is part of a business. If you cant manage your workload then perhaps rethink your strategy. **Absolutely recommend staying away from.** Their ownership and employees do not care about their customers and can only be bothered to threaten, and attempt to belittle. Funny that was the most action I saw out of them during my entire wait/debacle. Don't worry, Westtown Pizza. I wont be returning. First review and wasn't going to sit back and be threatened and harassed and not say anything. read more

Westtown Pizza has been my favorite pizza place for the last 30 years! A place doesn't stick around that long unless their food is great and their staff are exceptional! It's sad to me that this company hides reviews from the general public in an effort to extort businesses for advertising dollars. However if you scroll down, you'll find that there are additional reviews for this business (all 5 stars) that they aren't letting you see. The primary reason for this is because they charge $15 per advertised click when a business doesn't have enough positive reviews! Extortion!! read more

I just moved back to Westtown and Westtown Pizza is under new ownership. I've ordered food from here several times and it is better than it was before. The eggplant parm dinner is so amazingly good. Huge portion so it's 2-3 meals. The eggplant is perfectly cooked; sauce is delicious, bread always fresh. Extremely friendly service and very reasonable prices. WIngs and pizza are excellent, garlic knots devine. This is my go to place. read more

Always good pizza and ready when you call ahead for take-out. Try their garlic knots, they are great too! Wide variety of dishes on the menu. The location is very easy to find and the additional parking on the side of the building gives you plenty of room to park. We have been customers for many years. Great service. read more

The pizza and italian food is good here but I agree that the pizzeria is small that's why I take it to go.

The pizza here is good and the chicken ceasar salad has as much chicken as lettice! The penne a la vodka is also one of my favorite entrées to get here . The wait time for take out is rarely over twenty minutes. I am a happy customer! read more
