Best Bros painting did an amazing job on our house. We had…read morefour estimates and B.B. was not the cheapest or the most expensive. Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

I am going to throw it out there and say remodeling suck! I am currently remodeling my whole house…read moreand it has been an emotional roller coaster, a lot of sweat equity and a hole in my wallet. I removed my carpet, tile flooring in the kitchen, demo this floating wall separating my living room for more of an open concept and I tried painting my cabinets myself and failed miserably 3 times. I realized there is a lot of prep work and details that needed to be done and I couldn't do this alone, so the search began. I tried calling almost everyone on yelp but my appointments either rescheduled , no show, or I felt ripped off. My house was a complete mess and I felt like giving up because at this rate I probably won't finish my house till next year! I actually found Shacy on Craigslist, made an appointment and he actually showed up! He quoted me for my cabinets but I actually hired him to paint my whole interior of my house also because of the fair pricing he quoted me. I have a 1700 sq ft home 4 bedroom 2 bathroom and he finished everything in 4 days! I am very satisfied with his work and I will let the picture speak for it self. Whoever is reading this... I recommend Jason! His work ethic is impeccable, he is license, and he takes a lot of pride in his work!

He was very responsive to emails and questions , on time every day, and very clean/organized which was much appreciated since they were working throughout my house. He and his team also went above and beyond, see below for more details. I will be recommending Gus to anyone that is looking to hire a professional painter. His pricing is fair and his work is exceptional! Above and beyond moments: Paint color choice - After their first day of painting master bedroom/upstairs hallway I was having a touch time visualizing the color we chose to run throughout the entire house. He was very professional when I told him I was unsure. He consulted on alternative colors, brought additional samples he already had, and even ordered a couple samples. I had about 1/2 a day to decide and I did not feel rushed. Gus did a great job communicating the timeline and when it was going to start costing more money. The process ultimately made me feel very confident with our color choice and we are very happy with the results! Scope Change - We added on painting wrought iron railings, the week before starting the job. He was able to accommodate the additional project problem! Unquoted trim work - There was 4 months between quoting and job start. I forgot that we had discussed that I planned to paint the space on our windows between the shutters and the window. (I was in a money saving mindset, I said I will paint the trim/baseboards). I asked him about that section and he reminded me it was not quoted. I left for the day and he and his team went ahead and painted them anyway, with no added cost.
