Thomas lacks integrity. He overcharged my father, was also moody and unpleasant to work with. His…read moreelectricians were friendly, but they made some timely/costly mistakes which Thomas then blamed us for given we were home at the time and should have better supervised them, but he wasn't even there himself to supervise the job. As a paying customer, we shouldn't have to supervise their staff and then pay extra for their mistakes. We even had to supply them with additional parts to fix the issue! Thomas insists that the additional cost he charged us was partly due to shopping for parts, but gathering the tools and supplies for a project is obviously a prerequisite for any paid electrician. He even threatened to pull his electricians from the job if we didn't agree to pay the additional fee. I am appalled with the way he spoke to my father and I am definitely not satisfied with the added cost and stress that was a direct result of their service. Picture attached is the end result of the work, exposed wire, holes, overall, just a mess. Thomas can make all the excuses he wants, but he's not worth the risk for work done to your home.

Robert was quick to respond and give me dates when he could stop by to look at the scope of work, give an estimate, then return to do the work if the estimate was acceptable. He's pretty booked up which he told us about in advance but it wasn't a problem to wait a few weeks considering the issues were old themselves. Robert came to do the estimate as promised, sent it, I approved and he came to do the work this week. We are SO impressed with the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail. Everything looks perfect and more importantly we now won't have leaking or damage when the rains come. He matched the paint perfectly and did really beautiful repair work on our front door. As he was doing the front door repair he noticed that the weather stripping seals were bad, so he let me know and replaced those too. He also replaced a latch on a slider that's been broken for a while, repaired a garage side door with terrible weather stripping, installed a couple of new electric lights that have not worked for a year and took care of a long to do list that we are not skilled enough to do ourselves.
