Before I even went into surgery and had my consultation they played a video for me that easily explained what the procedure is like and what to expect. I initiated care due a pain developing on my right lower molar. This pain worried me because I had vacation coming up at the end of the month. I was seen promptly but was told they couldn't repair my molar pain. Instead, they advised for two fillings on my left molars. I was seen the next week and in and out the door with a new filling. Now here it comes, I was in constant pain once the Novocain wore out. I tried getting an appointment for that Monday but the soonest appointment was Friday. So I waited in pain for about a week, only to be told at the appointment this is "normal." No it's not. After they saw my frustration they agreed to shave down the filling and sent me on my way. Still in pain, I called again within the next 48 hours to help alleviate my pain - with the nearest appointment another week away. I sat in the chair only to be told again "this pain is normal" by Dr. Baco. I about lost it. So, now I'm trying to find an emergency endodontist before I leave for vacation for 10 days with severe tooth pain. Long story short, I came out worse than when I went in. Unless you need a cleaning, I advise against using this location.
