We have been coming here for every 6 months, two times a year, since 2016, receiving dental care. A family of four, two adults, and two kids. On the rear side, there is a fully functioning home. But on the front side, it's looks like a dentistry office. As you enter the office, there you have a lobby, with a barricade separating the waiting area from the dentistry room. The dental receptionist will call you in. I had a very disappointing interaction with this dental office after purchasing a Groupon for their…read moreservices. The representative who called me was exceedingly condescending, speaking to me in a manner that felt disrespectful and belittling, as if I were a child. Instead of providing assistance or answering my questions, she insisted that I should refuse the Groupon and pay the office directly. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior before even stepping foot into an office. Feeling disrespected, I chose to cancel my appointment and exchanged my Groupon for another service elsewhere. If the office does not wish to honor Groupon, here's an idea! I suggest they consider removing themselves from the platform rather than treating customers poorly. This experience was truly disheartening, and I would advise others to stay away. They lost me as a potential customer and I will warn others about my experience. Its clear these people are struggling - how can they not with a receptionist like that? I'm not the only one she has talked down to, just check Yelp. I was as nice as possible during our calls because its clear she is going through something in life to talk crazy to a potential patient. Don't talk down to people- ever! You're a DENTAL office NOT the POLICE or GOVERNMENT. So speaking to me like a kindergartener in trouble at recess is CRAZY ASF. I suggest Advanced Center for Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry on 88th street. They treat you with respect as you should as a paying customer with THOUSANDS of dental offices to choose from. They deleted my google review lol.
