They have state of the art equipment which looked like something out of The Jetsons & took imaging of my head. Dr. Pedroletti showed me the imaging & explained to me what was going on & how he could fix it. Surgery day was easy. He & his staff were so kind & helped me calm my nerves through just small talk & being friendly. Everything was just as he said it would be. It's now been 3 months since my surgery & I'm so glad I had it done with him. I didn't realize the impact it would make on the quality of my life. Now that I don't have the mouth issues, I no longer feel anything in my mouth. I realize that I had been living with pain & discomfort & that's suddenly gone! I'm so grateful to Dr. Pedroletti! They guided me through every step of what they were doing and even let me pick what music we could listen to during the surgery (I was passed out but still- super nice to wake up to it). Once I woke up again they gave this very handy face wrap to ice my cheeks/jaw. Before I even went into surgery and had my consultation they played a video for me that easily explained what the procedure is like and what to expect. They made sure all my questions were answered before making a decision to doing the surgery with them. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have this procedure done.
