Walking in, everything seemed clean and neat. I was greeted by a lovely lady in the front who already knew my name and made me feel like I was at home. I had insurance problems at the beginning which would have made me reschedule, but Coba was nice enough to bypass that and treat me anyways. I was in shock that a company cared that much about me. Zuli took care of my cleaning and X-Rays and she was the bomb. She was extremely professional, made me laugh, and was the first dentist to not make me hate dentist, if that makes any sense. She was focused and detailed in the cleaning unlike any other dentist I've been too. Overall, this experience was spectacular. So spectacular that I had to write a review and have already told family about this dentist. I'm happy to call Coba home and recommend them to everyone. Thanks Coba and thanks Zuli!

The waiting room and all rooms within for patients are pristine, and sparkling clean. Everything looks new. The dental hygienist was extremely careful and precise, as well as very welcoming and sweet. When I met with my Doctor, he was just wonderful. I felt like I was immediately in good hands. He was extremely thorough, direct and honest with me and he didn't sugar coat his diagnosis. He also did not judge me, as I have been unfortunate enough to experience with prior doctors, and explained alternative reasoning to why I actually may be facing some serious dental issues. This was not only informative, but greatly appreciated. It gave me some real knowledge to work with and curb my own habits (the only real change I can make evident) and it really alleviated some of the resting guilt I had on my shoulders for issues that I had until then thought were entirely my responsibility and wrongdoing. His compassion and professionalism gave me instant confidence to return as a patient and solve the issues that I was dealing with concerning dentistry. When I was leaving, and going through payment options, I also had to place a call directly to my insurance company. Due to my laryngitis at the time, I was unable to speak, however the wonderful receptionist Lisa was so kind as to handle a lengthy insurance call on my behalf, with 0 complaints or qualms. I left feeling excited and happy, like I was most certainly in good hands. Lisa sent me off with a promise that she would e-mail me my payment options the following week, and while there was a slight delay time-wise, she kept her promise and I was formally on my way to a more healthy dental life. Thank you for everything!

A friend recommended this dental office, and we decided to give it a try. My husband needed…read moreInvisalign, and I wanted a teeth cleaning. When I went in, they presented me with a dental plan to redo my crowns and bridges, place crowns on breaking teeth, and get implants for missing teeth. It was going to be quite pricey--even with two insurances--but I've struggled with self-esteem issues related to my teeth for years. Despite the cost (roughly $15,000), we decided to proceed. While one may ask, "Why didn't you just stop after the first disappointment?" I'd say this: my teeth have always been an issue for my self-esteem, and any improvement seemed huge to me. I wanted to trust the process. Unfortunately, my experience became a series of frustrations. The first set of dental work had a visible gap at the top of my two front teeth. I was told this was necessary if I wanted my teeth to come together, but it felt like a compromise I hadn't agreed to. The second set of crowns had a different color, which I was told happens if you don't do everything at the same time. The third set left me with significant sensitivity, which they tried to treat with medication, though it only provided temporary relief. The fourth set has been the worst. I've been in continuous pain ever since, relying on Advil daily to get through it. The office recommended $600 retainers, which ended up being a complete waste of money because I can't wear them--they only intensified the pain. Eventually, they said I needed to see a specialist for a potential root canal. After waiting another week and a half for the specialist, I was shocked to learn--just as the procedure was about to begin--that they were out of network, and my out-of-pocket cost would be $1,600-$1,900. After all the money I've already spent at this dental practice, I was devastated. I had never been told the specialist wasn't in-network. I simply couldn't afford to pay even more, especially that amount. Instead of showing empathy or trying to work with me, the office just let me leave in pain. Now, upon reflection, I can't help but think of the huge amount of money spent, the pain I'm feeling, and the disappointment. The last $600 for the retainer was essentially money wasted. It causes me so much pain to wear it and I wasn't even offered a refund, after all, it wasn't even my idea to buy it (and they kept (held) 2 out of the 4 without the OK from me.

The appointment was set up by your office, and my husband brought my son to the appointment as scheduled. My son has autism and requires additional support and understanding during medical and dental appointments. During the appointment, Galloway performed another X-ray, even though my son had already had an X-ray done previously. After the X-ray, the dentist stated that he could not perform the root canal because my son was moving. What is especially concerning is that my husband was not allowed in the room with my son. Because my son has autism, having his parent present can help him remain calm and cooperate during medical and dental procedures. I do not feel that my son was given the assistance or accommodations he needed. In addition, $645.00 was taken from my account for this appointment. I am extremely concerned that I was charged $645.00 when the root canal was not completed and when it appears that reasonable efforts were not made to assist my son with completing the procedure. I am requesting a detailed explanation of the $645.00 charge, what services were actually provided, and why my husband was not permitted to accompany my son in the treatment room. I would also like this matter reviewed by a supervisor or office manager. I expect someone to contact me promptly to discuss this situation and determine what can be done regarding the charge.
