Then I had an emergency last month and my experience went downhill. I went there with bad pain in my mouth in July. They told me I needed a root canal and that it would cost more than $2,000 with my insurance. They said they would contact my insurance to verify this and that it would take 2 weeks to verify and another 2 weeks to schedule for the procedure. In addition, THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AGAIN to follow up. I was forced to seek treatment elsewhere and discovered that they were overcharging me. Needless to say, I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

They offered complimentary amenities! Not basic stuff either First time I've ever had this level of service at a dentist, or any doctor. Erys was my hygienist. He was kind and explained everything to me. You can watch Netflix, Hulu, etc while waiting. You have your own dedicated TV. Dr. Villena saw me and put together a good plan for needed dental work. They have special technology to visualize bacteria attacking the teeth; the tech shows tooth health at each layer. Deering Dental is superior to a typical dental office. Very impressed. Flexible pricing with a discount for paying up front, in full. At the end, they gave me a welcome package.
