Where do I begin in singing the praises of this place??? Never an issue with parking though there are several offices you can always find a nearby spot. The office waiting area is clean and the front staff so prompt to greet and check you in. You're in at your scheduled time....never after....unheard of in Miami I know!!!! But I promise you it's true!!! The hygienist are great and welcoming. The office is so clean and beyond reproach with COVID measures being taken. Dr. Yon is gentle and professional. He walks you through it all and makes sure you understand it all. I just changed insurance and my biggest concern was to make sure they accepted it...happy to report they do!!! This place is amazing. Love their staff. They are up there with the technology and even have a TV on the ceiling with subtitles so you can be entertained while they are taking care of you. Their waiting room has two video games systems to keep you stress free if you are waiting to be brought in. I have always been there on time and never taken inside late. They are puntual. They email you and text you for reminders and confirmations. Again technology savy business. They do all services here. If need to be sedated they will take care of you. read more

Very simple: Dr. Yon is the best dentist I've ever known. He and his team did a wonderful job installing my implants ( both arches). His explaining of the complete process was very accurate so I could always know what to expect on my next visit. Wonderful skills injecting anesthesia too!. Blessed hands!!! His staff is not only professional but very caring. Appointments were always on time and the office setting is impeccable and confortable. Dentistry is one of those professions where there are a lot of not so great dentist out there and like most people I have had a few bad experiences in the past so I am always hesitant to try a new place. My dentist retired so I was forced to find a new one. Thanks to Yelp I found this dentist and I am very happy so far. I went once for a cleaning and a second time to fix a cavity and everything went really well. The office is clean, organized, and well run and I did not have to wait when I arrived for either appointment. I love doctors who respect your time! For the cleaning I was in and out of there in 30 minutes and the lady who did my cleaning was nice and not rough. I told them I did not want to do x-rays as I am trying to avoid unnecessary radiation and they were respectful of my wishes and were not pushy about it which I really appreciated. I went the following week to fix a cavity and the doctor was nice and continuously checked on me throughout to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. The t.v. screens on the ceiling of each room are a great amenity to ensure you are not bored while having work done. Doctor was gentle and quick and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Fastest dental appointment I have ever been too. I am glad I found a great new dentist and will be back! read more

Lets face it, going to a dental office is typically not a pleasant experience. Most of us could think of better ways to spend our time. Going to a denrtist who is friendly, patient and caring is a must! You want a doctor who takes his time and recommends different types of treatment to help you with your overall dental needs.I've been going to Dr. Yon's office, Artistic Smiles, and I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I've received. In the waiting area there is an Xbox console and a computer for children to keep them entertained during the wait. Since you won't have to wait that long, your child may not have time to finish a game. That's a huge plus! How many doctor's offices do you go to and wait for more than 30 minutes to an hour to be seen? I've had my fair share, and it is frustrating. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Dr. Yon is a knowledgeable, gentle and fantastic dentist! When he gives you a shot you can barely feel it. He takes his time to ensure the work is done properly and to his standards. He has never made me feel ike he was in a hurry to finish. I appreciate that! The hygentists are gentle, friendly and enjoy helping patients. They take their time and do a thorough job.The office staff that work behind the front desk are sweet and helpful as well. My two children look forward to getting their teeth cleaned every 6 months. Best dentist and staff. I have been coming to Artistic Smiles for several years now and I am very happy to have found such a great dentist. Dr. Yon and his staff are amazing. They are all professionals and truly care about their patients. I never have to wait longer than several minutes to be seen and never take longer than needed for cleanings. The dental hygienists on staff are understanding and patient and ensure you are comfortable at all times. The doctor and hygienists take the time to discuss and speak openly with you making sure your comprehension. Luckily, my dental insurance covers most of the services offered; however, when the plan doesn't cover certain services I have found them to be reasonable with their pricing. I've been going to Dr. Yon for what feels like an eternity. The wait time, is awesome. The office location is central and ideal. I would much rather lose my hair, my car, my belt, my leg, my freedom and liberties, my wife....or my virginity....than lose my teeth. I won't trust them pearly whites to anybody. By the way....I'm always treated good, and appreciate the text message reminders. I also get a care package after every cleaning. A good dentist and a good plumber are hard to find, but when you find one.....your day is that much better. Dr. Yon Elejabarrieta is one of the best dentists in Miami. He has excellent bedside manners and makes his patients feel right at home in his office. He explains every procedure with detail and makes you feel comfortable. His skills are so good, that I hardly felt it when he injected anesthesia into my mouth. Must GO! ;) Just got my wisdom tooth removed. Trust me, You won't find a better doctor that can take care of Your teeth. Dr. Yon was very friendly, and made sure everything goes right. My wisdom tooth went numb, and in like 5min he was able to extract it - no pain, no knowing if anything is going on. He extracted my tooth without me even knowing that something is happening. I was so shocked when he told me that it's all done. Didn't even have time to mentally prepare for the extraction. Made me happy like crazy. I have finally found the best dental office in Miami! Today was my first appointment with Dr. Yon and I left anxious to get home and write this review. I had been struggling to find the right dentist due to insurance issues but Dr. Yon is it. The entire office is modern and pristine, the staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Yon is so knowledgeable, comforting, and gentle. Going to the dentist isn't necessarily an experience to look forward to because most of us haven't followed through with our recommended visits every 6 months. However, Dr. Yon and his staff might've changed that for me. The front desk was efficient and there was barely any wait time. The hygienist was so welcoming and pleasant. She explained everything she was doing thoroughly, praised my home care, and gave me recommendations without being condescending since there were some things I could improve at home. It didn't hurt to have a TV on the roof while she was doing my cleaning either. Dr. Yon was also very pleasant, answered all my questions, and explained my follow-up plan. I left with a goodie bag in tow, which I'll welcome at any age. The office also conveniently sends text and e-mail reminders for follow-up appointments.
