Wow! My son had the best experience and is looking forward to his next visit thanks to Marlee, Dr. Landa and the office manager. Everyone we spoke to is highly experienced with kids and they make sure to establish trust with them. Marlee showed my son every single tool in a fun way describing them as "teeth counters", "air tickles", "teeth tickles", "kiss suckers" and more. My son was extremely relaxed and told me he was really having fun. The icing on the cake was the goodie bag at the end of a great cleaning, "teeth pictures" and lots of tickles. Marlee got the cutest giggles out of him. Marlee and Dr. Landa gave us time to ask any questions we had and we never felt rushed. They have a tv on the ceiling for the kiddos. I wish I had a tv on the ceiling at my dentist to catch up on some shows Covid precautions - everyone must use a mask and they limit the amount of people in the lobby. We ended up waiting in our car and they called us as soon as a room was ready. They have sanitizer in the waiting area for anyone to use. read more

with the customer service provided by Karina in charge of the billing. Throughout my interactions, I have observed a lack of satisfactory customer service standards, particularly in addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. The responses received from the Karina failed to provide adequate support or resolution to my concerns. Even after a representative from the insurance company reached out to her she still did not offer assistance. She has no clue how to handle situations when a patient has two insurances. Improvements are necessary in enhancing the department's approach to customer service. A more empathetic and solution-oriented approach, along with a willingness to understand and resolve customer issues, would significantly benefit the overall experience. After writing this review on google the practice decides to cancel my sons upcoming appointment instead trying to fix the issue. I would not recommend it his dentist at all read more

I cannot say enough good things about our first appointment at Kendall Pediatric Dentistry. It was my 2 year old's first dental exam and they made the process so easy and painless (for both of us!) The front desk associates are very friendly and efficient. We were taken inside right away and the Dental assistant, Angelica, was a dream! She made my son feel comfortable throughout the exam taking the time to explain everything she was going to do and what each instrument was for. Then, Dr. Landa came in and I was over the moon. He was nice, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and took his time to make sure we cleared up any doubts or concerns we had. The entire staff deserves five stars. This is truly a pediatric office that cares about children having a positive dentist experience. My 2 year old can't wait to go back to the dentist! read more

My daughter had to gets tons of dental work done. We had to go to children's hospital to get all of it done at once (it was a lot). Dr.Landa talked to me before the procedure and guaranteed me that a nurse would update me while she was under. Not only did I get an update like he told me but I got 2. Which was very important to me since I was a nervous wreck. He came and talk to me after and even came back immediately after he had left to answer one last question I had. He was really amazing. I felt like he went beyond any other dentist. He has kids himself so I knew not only as a dentist but as a parent he had my daughters best interest in mind. I would 100% recommend him and all his staff to anyone. A staff member that really stood out to me was Flo. She helped me navigate everything with my insurance, would always call me back, promp emails, and would answer my same question over and over again with the best customer service. I personally drove almost 4 hours each way to go to Kendall pediatrics and I would do it again in heartbeat. This dental place is worth it. - Thank you from a really concern parent of a wild 4 year old . read more

My five year old had never visited the dentist before for a complete check-up and was nervous about the experience. From the first phone call to make the appointment to the minute we left, the staff made the experience incredible. I wish I knew the name of the lady who did her cleaning, but she was so thorough in her explanations and kind that my daughter trusted her immediately. The dentist was a consummate professional and sweet as well. He answered all of my questions carefully and seemed like he truly cared about his new patient. Suffice it to say that my daughter is still talking about how wonderful the dentist was! I'm so glad I found this treasure in Kendall. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Landa, from the bottom of my heart! read more

My son had an appointment here for the first time. He saw his dentist but I decided to chage it to a pediatric dentist because he has some crowining going on the bottom of his teeth. The ladies that checked us in and cleaned his teeth were wonderful. Very nice and we all knew he was nervous. When the dentist saw him, he made me aware of what has to happen and our road ahead for him to have perfect teeth. The dentisit made sure I didn't leave with unanswered questions. They have a play room for the kids which was quite awesome. It had video games, game chairs, books, puzzles, and all sorts of toys. I enjoyed going in there. When my son was done, they gave him a token and he picks which toy he wants. He def outgrew that treasure box stuff. But it's the thought that counts and appreciate all dentists that do that. They even gave him a bag of goodies. The parking for this location kind of sucks. I didn't know you park behind the building till afterwards. It's small but manageable. I look forward for my son's next appointment so he can have nice straight grill. read more

The BEST in town. The staff is so incredibly friendly, the place is very kid-friendly, and they have a very clean facility. My boys love coming here! They don't have an Orthodontist on staff every day, so the wait to see him is a little long, but so worth it! Still 5-star worthy! read more

I had to lay on exam chair with my daughter on top of me in order to get my daughter to open her mouth. Hygienist didn't even flinch. I guess they've seen it all. Recommend without hesitation! This was my little one's first time at a dentist. She loved it and still talks about it two weeks later. She was obviously apprehensive while on the chair. Nonetheless the hygienist set her at ease and made it fun for her. The dentist was the next plus, he spent time with us and was engaging in his recommendations. At the end they get a token for a toy which my little one loved!!!! She's already excited for her 6 month follow up. read more

I had a great experience! I took my 2 year old son and my 4 years old daughter for the first time to the dentist. The hygienist was friendly, very professional and good with both kids. Will definitely recommend it to any mommies that need a clean and great place for their kids. read more
