The Dr. and staff in this office are so warm, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Millan and staff make you feel at ease. My appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. I was greeted and given paperwork to fill out. Within minutes of handing it in I was called in. I sat with Maria and she took my blood pressure (yep, they take your blood pressure there. How awesome is that?!) and x-rays. We discussed the condition of my teeth. Then, Dr. Millan came in and he looked over all the X-rays and my teeth. He discussed the treatment he'd like to proceed with. Sidenote: Dr. Millan is super likable. After talking to the dentist, Nicole came in and we talked about insurance coverage and what wasn't covered. If you don't have the money upfront , they do take CareCredit (you can get 6-12 months interest free). After accepting and approving treatment fees, I proceeded with making an appointment for my teeth cleaning. Luckily enough, they were able to see me the same afternoon. Liz, the hygienist, is so much fun! She puts you at ease, thoroughly explains everything she will be doing and leaves your teeth feeling like new! My husband and I talked about our visit afterward and both agree that this is the best dental office we've visited. I highly recommend!

This is my second appointment there actually May 3. It was recommended that I need to come back for a deep cleaning three months after my regular cleaning and as much anxiety as I have, and as hard as it is for me, I went ahead and came back during my second appointment. It was explained to me that all of the procedure procedures that they want to do would end up resulting in about $2000. There were a lot of things there that I didn't feel were necessary and would take off of that total bill like replacing my old feelings. Anyways, I show up to my appointment today. The hygienist is as kind as can be, and really trying to help me deal with my anxiety. All went well at the end she applied some kind of medication that she said I couldn't floss my teeth for a few days. All is well I go to pay and my bill is almost $1000. My jaw dropped to the floor I have never in my life paid $1000 for a cleaning. The first response from the attendant was that I signed for this when I was lost at the office three months ago. I said excuse me, but it was never mentioned to me that my next appointment would be $1000. What if I was in a position where I couldn't pay for this right now this is completely unfair. The right thing to have done would have been to discuss his financials with me when I arrived and gone over any Part of it that was considered optional and not covered by the insurance. Apparently the medication that they applied at the end is what skyrocketed the bill but at no point was just explained to me or discussed with me prior to the process which I feel is very unprofessional and sneaky. I have completely lost trust and I will never be going back to this place. I do recommend them for their services and their staff, but make sure you are on top of your visit before committing to anything make sure that prices are clear to you upfront prior to having a procedure because this was very deceitful and not what I expect from a provider that is supposed to be caring and looking after my best interest. I feel completely violated!

WARNING: BAIT AND SWITCH = illegal!!!…read more I used to come here all the time when I lived in Miami. The dental hygienist Ivelisse was amazing and the reason why I kept coming. However over time there were many problems. They broke off my upper permanent retainer and even they are orthodontist nobody was able to place it back, they ended up giving me Invisalign that was $500 for 4 refills. However I asked about a new refill it's now $1200. If they did not break my retainer I would not have to deal with this. I should not even be paying in the first place. Being back in Florida I wanted to come see the hygienist again. It had been 4 years so I called and specifically asked for what it would cost me before making an appointment. I got a call back and was told it would be $100 so I went ahead with the appointment. The day off they were great with timing. They first did an exam and told me about a cavity. I personally could not see it so I was already questioning that. Before the cleaning they brought me first to check out. I NOW FIND OUT IT IS NOT $100. It is $100 for their program and after that $95 for the cleaning. This is illegal and called bait and switch. I left and did not longer so the cleaning. After that I did not get one but TWO second opinions that both told me I have no cavities!!! So not only did they lure me in, but we're going to perform something of just under $2000 that was unnecessary. This place is bad news. I should have known with when they destroyed my permanent upper retainer and I'm now left with nothing.
