I'm surprised this place has no reviews, as they've been around forever. Then again, I've been a patient for over a decade and am just now writing one, so maybe I cool it on the criticism.
I first came across this practice by fate, and by fate, I mean that it was the closest one to where I was living. I was 17, on the cusp of adulthood and figured I needed to start acting like a grown up. Apparently I believed that this entailed finding a dentist & going by myself (... and paying for it as a dependent on my parents' insurance. Ah, the good old days!). Luckily, I got it right on the first try, and didn't need to kiss many frogs to find my prince dentist (because that would be disgusting & probably really bad for my dental hygiene).
Through the years, this practice has expanded, but fortunately not their egos. They are always very courteous. From the desk staff, to the dental staff, all the way up to Dr. Manny. He actually pulled out 2 of my wisdom teeth without me even realizing it. Wait, dont freak out! I went there for that reason, I just didn't FEEL like my teeth were getting pulled as he was doing it. (I've never seen the other dentist but I'm sure he's just as wonderful. It's probably part of their DNA). Many of the people working there have been there for years. Some at least for the 12 years I've been going. This tells me one very important thing, that they enjoy working there, which is usually a result of great management and creates wonderful customer service.
As far as dental hygenists go, Frances is boss. She once caught a mistake from my orthodontist that was causing my teeth to move out of place, something he hadn't caught. Another time she suggested that I ask my orthodontist to put a permanent retainer on my top teeth so they'd stay put. Thanks to that, my teeth are still straight when everyone else I know who has had braces, complains that they've shifted. She is a perfectionist, (in a good way) and is always kind and in a good mood.
Throughout the years I have moved around a lot. This location has always been very far for me but I continue to go because you just can't find service like this anywhere else. Whenever anyone mentions the word "dentist", I spring up like a ninja and recommend them. I've sent several people over there and they've all been happy as well.
I'm one of those weirdos that has always loved going to the dentist. I didn't inherit that phobia that most people seem to have but I'm sure that if I had a bad experience, that would quickly change. Fortunately these guys have my back so it's all good. read more
