Fast forward two weeks, I receive a bill of $200 and they claim "my insurance decided not to cover it". After speaking with my insurance they told me that I should've been informed that the insurance won't cover panoramic and bitewing x-ray in the same visit and I am only allowed 1 panoramic Xray in 3 years, which they would've known had they taken my dental history.Now silver palms dentistry will not return my emails about this matter. When I got the "cleaning" I was shocked. It lasted 20 mins, I do a better job with my sonic toothbrush. Then, after x-rays, they told me about all of the problems with my existing dental work, in broken English, and suggested thousands of dollars in "repairs".
