I walked in there was no one sitting at reception to attend me, just three empty chairs and good ol Saint Nick. After waiting for a good 10 minutes with no ring bell or anything to alert the employees that a customer/patient has arrived the receptionist appeared following me whistling to get someone's ear. I politely introduced myself and asked for the managers name..... the receptionist demeanor changed and she asked me for what did I need the managers name. That through me off because at no establishment where good professional business is conducted should anyone feel like they need to withhold any managers name. She eventually said Jennifer, and coincidentally Jennifer walks in now. I explained to her the experience and my disappointment and asked if she recalled a client by the name of Maria Aponte. She claimed that no she did not recall that person and that that type of stuff does not happen in that dental office. My teeth were disgusting and falling apart before I found them. It's taken many years of patience, a root canal, and work with many different doctors to recover my teeth back to a healthy condition. All of the doctors here have been great. I loveee the orthodontist Dr. Feo. My teeth were in pretty bad shape and after two years of treatment, they look flawless he's honestly amazing. I'm getting compliments on my smile non stop every day. The hygienist is also such a sweetheart. I highly recommend her. She's removed some heavy staining from my very delicate teeth. She's even given me chap stick when I didn't have any so I didn't have to walk around with chapped lips. I love her so much. She's the only hygienist I will ever see. The doctor who gave me the root canal is also lovely as well. The periodontist Dr. Feo is also a pleasure to work with. He was able to give me an dental implant when I barely had any bone to work with from a previous botched jaw surgery at another practice. Surgery with him is painless and smooth. His friendly personality helps you feel at ease during implant surgery. My son has autism and requires additional support and understanding during medical and dental appointments. During the appointment, Galloway performed another X-ray, even though my son had already had an X-ray done previously. After the X-ray, the dentist stated that he could not perform the root canal because my son was moving. What is especially concerning is that my husband was not allowed in the room with my son. Because my son has autism, having his parent present can help him remain calm and cooperate during medical and dental procedures. I do not feel that my son was given the assistance or accommodations he needed. In addition, $645.00 was taken from my account for this appointment. I am extremely concerned that I was charged $645.00 when the root canal was not completed and when it appears that reasonable efforts were not made to assist my son with completing the procedure. I am requesting a detailed explanation of the $645.00 charge, what services were actually provided, and why my husband was not permitted to accompany my son in the treatment room. I would also like this matter reviewed by a supervisor or office manager. I expect someone to contact me promptly to discuss this situation and determine what can be done regarding the charge.

Instead, I was told I was late and would now have to wait even longer once I found a spot. After circling the area multiple times and still not finding any available parking, I gave up and left without being seen. It's frustrating that a medical office wouldn't take the parking situation into account, especially when it's clearly an issue for patients. If you're considering this office, just be aware that getting there on time isn't always enough--you'll need extra time just to find a place to park, and unfortunately, the staff didn't offer much support when that became a problem.
