I already knew exactly what I wanted for my special day the only problem was they didn't have a dress similar to what I wanted but my stylist told me they also do custom dresses and she can bring anything to life. I was shocked when he told me that! After going to 2 different bridal stores and leaving the appointments disappointed I didn't want to look more further because all I could think of was bringing my dress to life! So I made another appointment at Le Marriage Couture and we began customizing my dress. And the best thing is it took 3 months for my dress to be ready! My dress is a dream come true. They went above and beyond my expectations! I was speechless, my heart was beating fast! I was not expecting to cry on my last fitting! I didn't even want to take it off! I'll most likely sleep on my wedding dress after the party is over because is THAT beautiful! I want thank my stylist for helping me out and bringing my dream dress to life. My stylist is the best consultant there is and really cares about what a bride wants. It was like he is doing it for his daughter, that's how much he cares and wants everything and every detail to be perfect! Le Marriage Couture is not about making a sale but making a bride happy! Disappointed with Customer Service - Wrong Size Sent, No Resolution…read more I ordered a dress from Dream Maker Bridal Collection also known as Dreammakerboutique on Instagram/Etsy expecting to receive the correct size I selected. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size, and at first when I reached out for help, they refused to provide a replacement or any real solution. She stated that they triple checked, and had a video of the dress with the correct size shown in it. They sent a video and it didn't show the size in it. She continued to say they had one, but the warehouse was busy. Hours went by and she never sent anything. At first, I did not ask for a refund or an exchange. I just reached out to let them know of the mistake that had happened and that I would like to be sent the size that I ordered. We went back-and-forth for many hours not getting anywhere. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them says a lot. Instead of taking responsibility, their customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to fix their own error. Now I'm stuck with a dress my daughter can't wear and out of my hard-earned money. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect reliable service or any support if something goes wrong with your order. I regret my purchase and hope others don't have to go through the same frustrating experience.

The material was nice and soft on my skin. There were a few rough bumps initially in my attempts to reach out and get more information, but once I actually ordered my dress all of the communication was friendly and a lot more timely. Even though I do not regret my decision to order my dress here, I do have some significant concerns you might want to consider. We had our credit card stolen twice, with very suspicious timing after ordering from their site. The first time, it was actually a card where dreamers and lovers had been the only transaction. Protect yourself! If you are going to order from them, do not do it from a debit card! Consider using paypal or another secure service where they won't have direct information they could steal.
