Go here. Just do it. Not only did the wife and I find our perfect wedding attires here, our entire wedding party also came here for their outfits. My suit was rented, but Wedding Time measured me perfectly, and it fit me so well that I was considering buying it halfway through the wedding. I was being an indecisive bride and even changed my dress order after I confirmed a different dress and she never got upset or judged me and did everything she could so that I was happy. She is willing to work with you on a fair price and veil and accessories rental are included. I shopped around a bit in ktown and felt Wedding Time was the most reasonable in price, especially with the customer service that you get and alterations included as well. And also they are not pushy at all with your budget or needs!! After I received the dress, there were some issues with making the bustle because the material was so heavy and Christina even stayed up at night stressing about it and she really wanted it to be functional, but also look the way that I'd want. We had to trim the train and came up with a solution for the bustle and everything turned out PERFECT!! She changed around her schedule so that the dress would be ready for me to take up to norcal. And, there are attendants in the parking lot here. WTH. I hate leaving my car with other people. At least there's 1hr time limit street parking. The wedding dresses here are nice. I liked a majority of them. They're better than the ones at David's Bridal. (Although there are a few good ones at DB's.) The employees are knowledgeable. Ask for Sue! Found my gown here and the experience felt like a dream! My wedding is 7 months away. Up until now I have been planning the wedding as if I am supposed to power through a long list of to-dos. She asked me a few questions about my preferences and venue, looked at my face and shape, and then told me to relax and wait. Rather than having me pick, she said she'd pick the gowns for me. I overall had a fairytale experience. I thought i was heading to a business but instead i found myself in front of a green house. I wasn't sure if i came to the right place. But as soon as walked into the house, I knew this place was it. I felt like a Cinderella on a mission to look for that perfect dress. The house was nicely decorated and furnished. i came 30 mins earlier than my appointment but was still helped immediately. Rachel was the lady who helped me. She allowed me to pick 5 dresses to try out and from there, she pulled out another 5 dresses to try on. Most places will allow you to try only 5 dresses, so i was very excited she pulled more dresses for me to try. She was very helpful in adding a bling bling belt or made a suggestion in adding another layer of skirt to give it a little puff. She was very creative in making suggestions as we try on different dresses. I felt really comfortable and value her input. You can either rent and buy dresses. I felt the rental is the best value. You can rent a bridal dress, veil, jewelry, belt, and an add on skirt between $800-$1100. This price also included alteration and cleaning. If you had to buy a dress and all on all the other charges, you will easily spend over $2500. I love the idea that i don't have to worry about what to do with my dress after the big day. It's an easy stressful one stop shop. They will make sure i am happy with my overall look. I can't recommend Wedding Time enough! They have a wide selection of dresses for rent (more than all the other ktown places), and Sue is absolutely amazing. After I selected my dress, she fitted me four separate times, making sure to adjust the tiniest of details. Even when i was satisfied with the way the dress looked after alterations, Sue still wanted to fix imperfections she saw. She did an amazing job, and I loved the way the dress looked on my wedding day (uploaded picture). I got so many compliments on the Provonias dress I picked! I really appreciate the staff taking their time to make sure everything was perfect. Sue's assistant (I can't remember her name!) was also really nice from beginning to end. She was always bubbly and helpful. The dress rental also comes with veil and accessories, and they have a large selection. I went to several koreatown bridal shops in looking for my dress, and I found that Wedding Time is the most professional. The other places (I'm looking at you, Galleria Wedding!) are really disorganized, scattered, and just doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. The shop itself looks like a residential house on the outside. The inside is beautiful and comfortable, and I like that they have a large separate room just for trying on dresses. I went to WT to rent a dress for my wedding in September, and here's The low-down: PROS: Easy parking--no dedicated parking lot, but plenty of street parking. The shoppe: beautifully decorated, organized & clean. Dresses: Very well-curated off-the-rack rental collection I've seen in Ktown. Plus, some bridal gown rental places in Ktown try to rent you an outdated, worn-out dresses, but at WT, all the dresses are current, beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. Sue: Genuine, pleasant, kind, patient, warm, professional, accommodating, dedicated, customer service and satisfaction is her priority Pricing: Don't waste your time visiting all bridal gown rental shoppes in Ktown. I went to every single one of them, and found out the rental prices are about the same (+/- $100 compared to others). Actually, I went to WT last because I thought the rental prices will be higher there since the shoppe pics on yelp gave me an impression of a fancy, expensive boutique. Boy, was I wrong! FYI: In addition to gown rental, you can also order any gown from Sue if you have style # or from a current catalog. You can also rent bridesmaids dresses and tuxes. Tip: Do not walk-in; make an appt for Mon-Thur between 10:30am - 3pm. I know it's difficult to go during that day/time frame, but I strongly recommend it. I went there on Tuesday afternoon, and she gave me full, undivided attention for over an hour. She's very busy on the weekends and after 5pm due to many working brides. I miss Sue already...going to Wedding Time for fittings is one of the very few things I miss about the wedding planning. Thanx to Sue, my dress was a perfection. Everyone complimented on my dress...even my very critical aunts and my bridesmaids. One of my friend loved my ensemble so much that she said she will rent the exact same dress, jewelry, etc when her time comes to be the Mrs. haha. During the last month before the wedding, my weight fluctuated so much because of stress. So every time I went for what we thought was "the last fitting," Sue had to either tuck in or let out an inch or two and schedule another appointment. Did she ever give me a hard time? NEVER. She was always all smiles and said she is glad to do it. I mean seriously, most places will usually give you 1 or 2 alterations if you are lucky. As for my bridesmaids dresses, I found really cute dresses by Saison Blanch but they did not have the bow in the back. When I mentioned this, Sue agreed to make separate bows for me. Just had THE worst wedding dress shopping experience at Wedding Time. I came to the appointment about 25 minutes early with my family and maid of honor and was immediately greeted by a lady who was not only rude, but just negative and appeared unhappy to work on a Saturday. She opened the door and immediately said, "you're too early" then proceeded to say "you wait outside". She immediately saw our shocked expressions so she asked if "you want sit inside" but had her hand on the door the whole time, not really welcoming us inside. If there were seats outside and other parties ahead of us, I wouldn't have mind, but there was no one when we entered and there were only the dirty front steps to sit on...so great start so far right?! We then proceeded inside and waited for my actual appointment time and then another lady came to help me. She was no help at all. She didn't even greet my guests and I like other wedding stores. I told her styles I liked and ones I didn't like, but that she can also feel free to show me different silouettes. Bad decision. Upon entering the dressing room, she did not even let me have some privacy to put on the dress before calling her back in to help with the zipping and pinning. She just stood there and when the dress was on, she didn't pin or make the dress look pretty on me at the very slightest, even when I asked her to pin where it was big (she said that I have to imagine it myself bc these dresses have been altered to fit the last clients). When I didn't like a dress and was ready to try on another one, she would slam the door! Even my guests and the other party next to us noticed. This was not how anyone should feel, like a burden when dress shopping nor feeling super uncomfortable with the whole process. I would not waste your time and money here. Poor customer service and poor dress selection (every dress I tried on looked old, like it had been rented multiple times, and feels cheaply made). The lady even said all their dresses come from China so not many styles are available now since the Coronavirus bc they aren't shipping them over. Makes sense since the dresses feel like they cost near to nothing. Spend your time and money elsewhere! You can get great rental gowns elsewhere for a great price and actual designers, not knock offs. read more

Sue and her team deserve more than 5 stars, they truly go above and beyond! If you're thinking about renting a wedding dress, here are the reasons you should go to Wedding Time: -Sue is a perfectionist and pays attention to the smallest details that I wouldn't have even noticed. This means that on your wedding day, you can rest easy knowing that the dress you're wearing is probably as perfect and well-fitting as it could ever possibly be. E.g., after my 3rd fitting, I thought my dress looked great and we were good to go. But instead, Sue honed in on the minor details and asked me to come in for one last fitting to make sure everything looked "perfect." Sure enough, when I came back for that 4th fitting, there was a world of difference in how it looked/fit me that only a well-trained eye would've been able to pinpoint and improve on. -Sue and her team are all extremely warm and understanding, and they truly want the best for you. E.g., I had locked down a dress 6 months before my wedding, but when I came back a month before my wedding to start the dress fittings, I didn't like it as much as I had remembered/envisioned. She encouraged me to look through the newly arrived dresses and I ended up picking a completely different dress a month before my wedding! Even though it was a lot more work for them (the first dress I chose was very simple, whereas the dress I ended up with had a lot of layers, lace, etc. that required a lot of tailoring), Sue was so warm and sincere in insisting that she wanted ME to be happy with my choice since it was my wedding day. -On that note, Wedding Time has a large selection of dresses with a lot of different styles. They get new dresses pretty much every week, so there is always likely going to be exactly what you're looking for. -Since it's in a residential neighborhood, street parking is so easy. HUGE plus in LA! -For how many things are offered in their package (veil, jewelry, hair accessories, etc), it is an extremely good deal. I saw some veils that were on sale at David's Bridal that were almost $200. JUST for a veil. Sue custom-made mine for me (I just wanted a simple floor-length veil, with no lace, etc.) and it was included in the price of the dress, which is very fair in itself. Dresses will range in price, but generally they're in the $1,000-$1,500 range for dresses that would be more than double that to buy. I could go on and on about all of the reasons for why I so highly recommend Wedding Time, but bottom line is that Sue and her team are experienced, professional, and truly care about their customers. My now husband recommended that I check out Wedding Time for a reception dress since both he and his groomsmen were planning on renting their suits and tuxes from there. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about renting a dress at first. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from! I found the perfect dress and Sue was extremely accommodating. She told me that ordinarily she requires at least 3-4 fittings over the span of a few months but would make an exception for me due to the urgency of my situation. In addition, I rented a veil and earrings to wear with my ceremony dress. Sue and her team were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend all soon-to-be brides to see Sue at Wedding Time if they are considering renting. I had the pleasure of contracting Jason for my entire wedding process - from engagement to wedding day and he was awesome to work with. Our engagement shots came out, in one word - BEAUTIFUL! He is extremely professional and its so helpful to book him for photography and get your gown at wedding time because you are killing 2 birds with one stone in a single visit. This is an overdue review, but long story short, I loved this place from start to finish. I got married on 8/25 and i have been recommending all my engaged friends to this location. This was my last stop on my dress shopping day, and I should've come here first! The owner did her absolute best to pick the best dresses that fit my body well, and she and her team did a wonderful job. Yes yes yes. I am seriously one the laziest most non-preference bride ever, so coming here was extremely helpful! Sue and Amy were great. When I came in for my first stop they had 2 girls and sue helping me in and out of dresses, which definitely helped me feel special.And though I didn't get the original style I was considering, they helped me fins something that I thought was soooooo beautiful! (And so did everyone else my husband especially, so win there) I had to go back 3-4 times for fittings, but it was worth it. The dress fit me like a glove! The only problem was one of the bustle loops broke when we were trying to bustle it for the first time! wah wah. BUT! the jewelery the rented to me looked bomb. Photos to come. To add to this pplace though, the location and house is sooo beautiful. Beautiful house for beautiful dresses and brides. Overall great experience. I highly recommend them. read more

i just love the options at wedding time! I know its korean owned but they don't make me feel unwanted for not being korean. That's important for customer service. Always make a reservation as they are packed up the butt. You can buy or rent dresses. If you rent dresses it comes with accessories and veil. I thought it was such a good price for renting and had the better dresses to choose from. My only vent is that their paperwork discussed an email but it doesn't work. You have to call them. Also I wish they would give me some guidelines as to when the first fitting would be or even put that onto the receipt. Suggestion - phone reminders to their brides since i already paid a $500 deposit. The ladies were very accommodating regardless so i would recommend them in a heartbeat. read more

Saved the best for last! I wrote reviews for all my vendors, and I waited to write this one because I needed more time to figure out how best to write this review. I can't thank Sue and her assistants enough. I honestly didn't think I would be such a picky person, but I found myself visiting multiple dress shops (5+), and Wedding Time topped all of them! I had bought a dress elsewhere and ended up wanting to find a different dress, and thankfully, Wedding Time was the first one I visited. Wedding Time not only had beautiful dresses but also had a package at great value!!! Here's the breakdown: Dress: I am the most indecisive person. I BOUGHT a dress yet decided to look for a different one! With the package came an unlimited number of dresses to wear for my engagement photoshoot and wedding day. Even after finding a beautiful ceremony dress here, Sue said that I could stop by whenever to try on new dresses because their inventory changes weekly! And I DID!!! MULTIPLE TIMES! I think I changed my dress 3 or 4 times, not because I didn't like the first dress but because I changed the style (A-line vs. Mermaid) and also, Sue recommended me to try a new dress that had just arrived a MONTH BEFORE MY WEDDING. I fell in love with it. It was a traditional sweetheart A-line dress, BUT with a small twist (see-through just enough around my trunk area, super sexy and unique, which I LOVED!). After deciding on the dress for the ceremony and reception, I went for my first fitting and right before the second fitting, I had doubts about my reception dress because I felt it accentuated my chubby arms (it was slightly off-shoulder). When I brought it up to Sue during my second fitting, she said, "I remember the dress looking really pretty on you. Let's try it on one more time, and if you still don't like it, we can look for a different one." She said this DURING MY SECOND FITTING! She never frowned or made it seem like it was an inconvenience to her. NEVER! During wedding prep, I realized how important it is for vendors to make us feel at ease because weddings could be very stressful, and I am forEVER thankful for Sue's patience, gentleness and kindness. Oh yeah, I also got 3 dresses for my engagement photo shoot, included in the package. I could have gotten more if I wanted to, lol, but I refrained. I got so many compliments about all my dresses! Veil and accessories also part of the rental, fyi ;) Tuxedo: Two days before the wedding, his pants were a bit too tight, so Sue ordered a size up, TWO DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING. For the wedding, we got both pants so that my husband can make the decision on our wedding day. He looked great in it!!! Groomsmen's suits and bridesmaids dresses: These are also part of the package, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to get them from a different shop. Package is adjustable to our needs and wants, so definitely ask Sue for options! Hair and Make-up: After the dress and tux, I think the next most important part of wedding is your hair and make-up. Sung-sil ("makeup by Sung") is AMAZING. She did my hair and makeup for my two engagement photo sessions and the day of, and I could not have asked for more! I don't wear makeup that often, and my husband had become speechless (the BAD KIND) when I got makeup done at Sephora for a friend's wedding, so I wanted to make sure that I looked natural but also flawless, and Sung-sil did it! My husband was speechless (the GOOD KIND!) every single time Sung-sil did my makeup. She does makeup for many different occasions (even for model photoshoot), so whatever style you want, she will bring it to life! Flowers: Dana ("Designer Dana") is not only an amazing artist but also a very patient and gentle person! Our altar pieces, centerpieces, bridesmaids bouquets and my bouquet all came out just the way we wanted! Make sure you let her know what you want or do not want because she will answer to your needs as many times as needed! Check out her work on yelp and instagram! Videography: Sue has so much experience in the wedding world, and she created the best wedding package. Every single component of her package was great, EVEN THE VIDEOGRAPHER! Kevin and his crew went above and beyond. Everyone was so impressed with all his gear, e.g. the drone! Wedding day could be hectic, so if you decide to have a videographer and a photographer, make sure they know so that they can talk to each other prior to the wedding. Kevin sent us a trailer, and it already looks amazing. Can't wait for the rest of his work! Photography: We already had a photographer by the time we found Wedding Time and their package, but one of my acquaintances got her wedding photos done through the package (I believe it was jbro studios), and her photos came out like artwork! Sue will also help you if you need an MC/DJ/Wedding Coordinator/Quartet, and please, do yourself a huge favor and make sure you hire a wedding coordinator, at least day of coordination. Sue and Tracy from Wedding Time were there for me from day one. When I say day one, I mean, it was my very first visit to a bridal salon. Within minutes, my mom and I found THE dress. It was a Mikaella mermaid style dress. I didn't think I would like the style, but once I tried it on, I fell in love. I didn't think finding a dress could be that easy and Sue was very understanding when I said I wanted to hunt around just a little more. After a few visits to some other salons I decided to go back to Sue and put down a deposit. I was an out of town bride and Sue was kind enough to let me stop in whenever I was in town to try on my dress one more time just to be sure it was still what I wanted. Tracy handled all my alterations and made the dress fit like a glove! She even included a modesty bone for less busty girls like me to keep the dress from gaping when I bent over or leaned in any direction.
