I came to Tiara Wedding because I had visited their previous location in Fullerton for my sister's wedding, and the process and results were incredible. The owner is very involved and her coworkers are quick and sweet! There were a lot of dresses and veils to choose from, so I told them what I wanted and they brought out a couple options...but I ended up saying yes to the first ones I tried on. The owner still had me try on the other options so that I could be more confident with my own decision, and it was effective! I was able to get the dress, veil, and a set of earrings with the price I paid, which wasn't burdensome at all. Highly recommend for future brides! Thank you Tiara Wedding :) -Off shoulder, organza, and has pockets!

I went in to rent a wedding dress for my church wedding and was pleasantly surprised with amazing variety of dresses and styles that were available. They had the perfect modest dress that I was looking for a reasonable price and came with custom alterations for the day ! Before finding Tiara, I had visited several shops and was facing the reality of spending thousands on a dress I'd only wear once--only to have it sit in my closet or go through the hassle of trying to resell it. I ended up renting not one, but two dresses because I couldn't choose just one--and even then, the total cost was still less than buying a single gown at the other shops I visited. The one stop shop for wedding dress/tuxedo/suit rentals! Soo and her team are an absolute dream to work with! The pictures don't do the dress justice, but Soo was able to find the perfect dress that fits my body type and make me feel like a literal princess. I also like that she updates her dresses every quarter so there's always something new!
My wife rented her wedding dress here and I rented my tux. Sue did an awesome job! Even though we were just renting, she helped us get everything fitted perfectly over several visits. She also went above and beyond. She adjusted the fit of the dress shirt I bought elsewhere and even steam cleaned my wife's second dress for the reception at no extra charge. She was patient with our concerns, honest, and never tried to upsell us. Sue was so professional throughout the already stressful process. We both got tons of compliments at the wedding thanks to how well everything fit. Couldn't be happier with how amazing our wedding attire turned out! I'm really thankful I avoided commercial places like Friar Tux and found Sue instead. Cannot recommend Tiara enough!

Tiara Wedding - I just want to say THANK YOU! My experience with Sue has been nothing short of amazing since the 1st call we had to schedule an appt. Sue goes above and beyond for each of her clients, and she's exceptional with her craft. This was the second dress shop I visited while looking for my wedding dress. The first shop had dresses with lace and colors that I wasn't in love with. Sue sat with me and heard out my ideas. She picked some options out and I just happened to see one peering out of the rack that I thought, "hrm I like this one so I'll give it a shot." It was the 1st dress I tried on there and I absolutely fell in LOVE. Fortunately, there's the option to rent a dress. The price to rent includes alterations, a veil, and any accessories that are available at her boutique. I knew I didn't want to keep my wedding dress plus the retail price was out of my budget. Renting was a perfect option. Sue makes the process super easy. No regrets! Every time I came to get my alterations, I was just blown away at how gorgeous the dress was. My wedding guests were also speechless the day of the event. I hope that any person who is still in their journey of looking for a dress, don't give up and check out Tiara Wedding!!

It's been a little over a month since my wedding and I'm still thinking about my dresses from Tiara. I visited about four different shops out of which Tiara was the last shop I went to. I didn't need to think twice and put down a deposit as soon as I was done with my appt here. I began my search for a dress a month and a half before my wedding. Even with this crazy timeline, I ended up with the absolute dreamiest dress I could ask for, never before worn and from a brand new collection. My ceremony dress was too heavy to bustle so I rented a reception dress from Tiara as well that was 180 degrees different from my ceremony dress. I got the best of both worlds for both classic and playful. The owner Sue is hands down AMAZING. She was the one that suggested the ceremony dress after listening to what I was looking for. I appreciated her eye for style, she knew exactly what would look good even if I loosely explained what I was looking for, and her feedback is honest and for the best. She will never pressure you into anything which I loved after going to other shops that tried to pressure sell me. She went above and beyond for alterations, meeting with me multiple times to make sure my fit was perfect. I ended up also renting the hanboks for our moms here which they absolutely loved. You won't find anywhere else the quality of dresses here and especially the quality of fit and alterations. She is the absolute best! read more

First off, I'd like to start by saying that I am not a sample size woman. I've always dreamt of getting a Korean style wedding dress, however, I am very aware that I am full figured which made me extremely nervous to go wedding dress shopping. Although, Sue and her team were so incredible to work with and I'm so glad I came here! Sue was so incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and dedicated to help me find my perfect dress. This boutique has THE MOST beautiful wedding dresses every woman could ever dream of! Tiara Wedding was the first and last dress stop I made to hunt for my wedding dress! The owner, Sue, and her team is truly amazing and their service is truly exceptional. She has such a large range of dresses from Asian styles to European styles - it is extremely likely that you'll find a dress you'll really love from this boutique! What makes this boutique even more special is that you're able to rent a wedding dress along with a reception dress plus the veil and accessories (if needed)! I did some prior research before my appointment and I had seen some of her dresses online. I showed Sue the one that I was eyeing and she located it immediately along with another one that was similar in style. They were both Korean style dresses and though I barely fit into these dresses, Sue and her assistant was able to make it work so that my bridal party and I were able to get a good look at what the dresses would actually look like on me. I was expecting to be disappointed but ended up smiling throughout my whole appointment! I ended up selecting the exact dress I had shown Sue at the start of the appointment along with another beautiful reception dress that she recommended. As the day of the wedding came, I went in for a couple fittings and Sue and her team ended up altering the dresses to fit me like a glove! I was hoping for the best as I couldn't imagine this would be possible but they really pulled off some magic because I couldn't believe I was able to rent my dream dress, plus a beautiful reception dress, and had it fit me the way it did. I've added some photos with my review and honestly, photos cannot do justice for how beautiful Sue's dresses look in person. For the ladies who aren't sample sizes, I hope my review and photos can encourage you to walk into this shop and trust Sue and her team to work their magic on you, too! read more

We had a mostly smooth experience with Tiara Wedding, which makes this review difficult to write. We rented two dresses (ceremony and reception) and one tuxedo. We paid in full, communication was generally timely, pickup/drop-off were easy, the price was great, and Sue was accommodating. It's clear she is passionate about wedding attire. Unfortunately, the ceremony dress became a major disappointment. Before the wedding: Sue told us the shop had two copies of the dress we chose. The dresses were ready Thursday for our Sunday wedding. Because we were preparing for the wedding, the groom's sister picked them up for us, so we did not personally inspect the ceremony dress beforehand. Wedding day: About 30 minutes before the ceremony, the bride noticed a prominent seamline around the bottom of the dress from the hem alteration. The fabric was visibly puckering from the machine stitching, making the alteration particularly noticeable. The bride immediately called Sue, who told her this was normal and necessary for that dress and material. The bride was devastated. The dress looked very different from what she had envisioned, and there was nothing we could realistically do with the ceremony about to begin. Photo 1 shows the dress we received, including the prominent seamline and puckering. We also found several misplaced sewing pins in the dress after the wedding. Since the dress was worn directly against the bride's body, we found that concerning from a safety standpoint. After the wedding: We came across a video from a 9/13 wedding--just two weeks before ours--showing what appears to be the other copy of the same dress. It had a clean, unobtrusive hem. Photo 2 shows an example of the same dress with a clean seamline. Photo 3 shows the Tiara Wedding copy worn at the 9/13 wedding, also with a clean hem. Seeing this was particularly difficult for the bride. She was already upset about the dress, and seeing another bride wearing what appeared to be the same dress from Tiara Wedding with a much cleaner hem made it feel even worse. Since there were two copies, we cannot help but feel that we received the inferior one. Our follow-up with Sue: The bride sent Photo 1 to Sue, who responded that the dress was a rental and that this was the best they could have done. After returning the dresses, we asked Sue to look at the dress now that it was back in her possession and compare it directly with Photo 2. We hoped she could identify what had gone wrong herself. Sue subsequently said that other brides receive dresses with this type of hem, which we found difficult to reconcile with the examples we had of the same dress with a clean hem. We then asked about a refund of the alteration fee. Sue said there was no alteration fee and instead offered to Zelle us $200 to help address our concerns. We accepted the $200 and appreciate the gesture. However, we never received an apology or an explanation of what happened or why our dress was provided in that condition. That lack of explanation is what has been most disappointing. We understand that rentals involve wear and alterations, and we weren't expecting perfection. We did expect reasonable communication and care, especially for something as important as a wedding dress. If the shop needed more time to address the hem, they had Thursday through Sunday. Instead, we discovered the issue 30 minutes before walking down the aisle. No refund can give us that moment back. Every photo and video from our ceremony now contains a detail we never wanted there. We were conflicted about writing this because Tiara Wedding has many glowing recommendations, and we were actually referred here by a friend. Our experience with the pricing, logistics, and communication was otherwise positive, and we can tell Sue cares deeply about wedding attire. But we don't want another bride or groom to feel the way we did. We're sharing our experience honestly, along with the photos, so future customers can make an informed decision. We had an absolutely amazing wedding day overall, and we're grateful for the memories we made. We just wish the ceremony dress hadn't become such a painful part of them. read more

I rented my dress from Tiara and it fit me like a gloooooooove. I absolutely loved my dress, it fit like it was made just for me and my own dress. I was referred to this place by my friend Judy. The dress I chose was a lot larger in size than my normal dress size so I was surprised at how it fit me at the end! To be honest, I was having second thoughts about my dress because whenever I tried it on during the fitting and when I looked at my photo of me in the dress, it didn't look right but I'm so happy I didn't change my mind and gotten a different dress! Sue, the owner, was so sweet to work with! She was the one who suggested an off the shoulder look. It was something I never thought about doing or looking at because I feel like I look weird in strapless but I'm so glad she picked out the dress for me!! The tailoring of the dress was absolutely perfect. I had 3 dress fittings and picked up my dress a few days before wedding and returned it that Monday. I said yes to the dress!! I was not expecting to find my dress at the first shop I went to, but I was so pleasantly surprised!! Sue and Abby were sooo helpful and kind, answering all our questions and being very accommodating. They picked out dresses according to reference photos I had, and I ended up going with the very first one I tried on! I did try on a handful of dresses, but I didn't love any of them more than the first one. Sue was very transparent about pricing and about the process going forward, letting me know what I should expect in the coming year up to the wedding. Everything went so smoothly and I'm so happy I chose to come here. read more

I learned about Tiara Wedding through a friend of mine. She had her wedding last year and she told me of this place as they rented wedding dresses. This was a plus for me as I personally did not want to own/buy a wedding dress. The process was definitely easy because of Sue. It went smoothly because of the constant communication. If I wanted something fixed during the fitting process, I was a bit hesitant as I felt it may be too much or I may be too picky, but remember, it's your wedding, it's you in the dress. So if you have any concerns or want something specific, don't hesitate to communicate with Sue. She will provide the realistic answers and suggestions. She made me feel comfortable to be able to voice my requests and questions. I rented 2 dresses. And both fit like a glove. I am a very short woman, so I was happy it fit me well. All because of Sue's awesome work with alterations. Sue added the sleeves to the A-line dress as it did not have it originally. I also rented the veil. Sue has a variety of accessories if you need them if you do not want to purchase. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. Pricing wise, I feel like I got what I paid for for a fair price especially just renting it with alterations included into the pricing. Do consider inquiring if you are looking for a place to buy/rent a wedding dress. A good plus too is that she sells conservative style dresses if you are not into American style. read more

We got married this October, and we had the best experience at Tiara with Soo and her team! Tiara basically became our one-stop shop for my wedding gown rentals, husband's tuxedo, and groomsmen's suits. I don't believe there are any other bridal shops in OC who will alter rented wedding gowns, so I was so happy to have been referred to Tiara by my wedding planner. Soo is truly a magician when it comes to wedding gowns, and she has such a great eye for style and fit. She also cares so much about having your dress be absolutely perfect and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt happy about my dresses. Because I rented my dresses, I was able to rent 2 gowns (1 for ceremony and 1 for reception) for less than the cost of 1 purchased gown. I probably saved at least $1,000+ going this route. The rental price includes all alterations, a veil, and jewelry so you literally only need to get shoes and some shapewear, if necessary. Soo helped me pick out 2 different gowns that were equally beautiful and looked super flattering on my body type. I also really appreciated that Soo updates her inventory often so she has modern style dresses available even for rentals. I got so many compliments on my dresses on my wedding day, and I felt the most beautiful I've ever felt thanks to Soo and her team. They also did an amazing job with the menswear! Although her inventory for menswear is more limited, don't be fooled! She really focuses on carrying popular wedding colors that come in a variety of fabric qualities for the suits. She did a great job altering them (some with a super short timeline). My husband and the groomsmen looked so dapper on wedding day! Really glad I chose tiara for my wedding dresses! Soo really knows what she is doing and is open to your thoughts. I told her I wanted a sweetheart dress that didn't have beads and she found me a gorgeous dress from korea. I told her something about the dress didn't make me look the best and discovered I didn't like the long torso or the A line bottom so she added a petticoat to make it puffy and a belt and did some magic and voila! My fairytale dress. I didn't know exactly how it would be in the day of the wedding but when I tried it on for the last fitting, I was blown away! Fitting was perfect and I loved it!! The second dress for the reception was perfect as well! I decided not to add a corset because you could see the lining; i decided to lose a few pounds and that did the trick! I love how I didn't have to worry about the dresses and everything was so easy. She took care of all the alterations and I just had to drop off the dresses afterwards and not have to worry about a dress sitting in my closet forever. Easy! After shopping at Tiara wedding, I didn't even need to visit another store to find THE ONE. My husband and I got married during the summer of 2024. It was an outdoor garden wedding so I was looking for an A-line dress that would be comfortable to wear on grass, and Tiara Wedding helped me find the perfect fit! The staff was amazing--they let me try on about seven dresses in different styles, but the last one (which my mom picked out) was it! They even helped me pick the perfect veil--just the right length, not too long, not too short, and ideal for an outdoor ceremony. I had four more fittings after the first, which I really appreciated as they had to make sure they tailored the dress to my exact measurements. Also, I'm pretty short, but Sue? She knows how to make short girlies flattering and proportionate for their height! As a bonus, I was able to borrow a gorgeous pair of drop earrings from the boutique. Sue and her team were so kind and attentive, and I loved getting to know them better. We even shared some personal stories, and Sue gave us great tips on everything from wedding planning to self-care before the big day. They made the whole experience feel personal and special from start to finish. A huge thank you to Sue and her team for making me and my family and friends feel so welcome. Finding this place has made my dress shopping experience so much easier. I hate shopping especially for clothes so I was really happy I found the dress on the second shop. I decided to rent it and the sweet ladies that run the shop made it a very easy process. The cost included all alterations and I also had the option to pick out a hairpiece/veil from them although I ultimately decided to go with a veil I found elsewhere. She helped me feel very comfortable during the fittings and the alterations came out perfectly. Can't recommend them enough! read more

My wedding without Tiara's wedding dress would not be perfect I had 3 dresses. And everything, all my guests said my dresses were so pretty. Fitting was perfect and matched my venue and theme well. Not only Sue picks the right design for your body shapes, but she also does know which dress matches well with your venue. My husband tux was so unique and fancy, too. Sue is absolutely incredible and was a dream to work with! Finding and fitting a wedding dress isn't always easy and takes time, and she was so kind, attentive, and a true professional throughout the whole process. She helped me through several visits of trying on dresses and we did multiple fittings to fit a gorgeous wedding dress to my exact proportions! She is such an expert through and through - she knew exactly the dress styles that flattered me and my body and what I was looking for. The end result blew me away and I got so many compliments on this stunning dress! She was also super encouraging and hyped me up during the fittings - I felt so beautiful not only on my wedding day, but even during the dress tailoring and fittings in between. Her attention to detail is superb - the hairpiece and jewelry we picked out together and the hairstyle went perfectly with the dress. I absolutely loved working with her and if I had to do the wedding all over again, I would go to Tiara Wedding in a heartbeat. It's been a year since I got married. I was too lazy to organize my wedding photos, but finally done!!! You must go with Tiara wedding, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! She is so nice and knows what looks best on you. There are variety of options based on styles, prices, looks, lengths, sizes, and designs. She will find the best dress that suits you. OC people, don't drive to LA for better options. You will end up in OC, at Tiara wedding anyways :) I understand that you will be busy with planning everything, but if you move forward with Tiara, you'll kill two birds with one stone. I did both wedding dress and tux with Tiara and it saved me so much time! She will help with dresses, accessories, bow ties, and veils. She will also help alter the dress/tux so you look the best on your most special day! Just let Tiara do it for you. It will be better experience than whatever you imagine!!! read more

As a plus size girl, I automatically dismissed going to a Korean wedding dress store, but thankfully my MOH convinced me to check out Tiara. Upon the first appointment, I was literally blown away by the commitment Sue showed in finding me a dress I wanted. She didn't have any dresses in my size but after explaining to her what kind of dress I was looking for, she automatically chose a dress and literally began to UNSTITCH the dress so that I could fit into it. (Mind you that I never said I wanted that dress or was committed to it) I felt so bad but she constantly assured me that she just wanted me to see what the dress looked like on and that there was no pressure to move forward with the dress. Of course, after putting on the dress, I was moved to tears and I actually felt beautiful. After purchasing my dress with her, there were alterations after alterations that needed to be made because I wanted to make sure that my upper arms were covered (it was originally a strapless dress). She literally went out of her way to purchase more fabric, make the sleeves exactly how I wanted and put my needs and wants first above everything. As you can imagine, as a plus size girl, wearing a dress was the number one thing I dreaded about my wedding day, but Sue literally made me a dress that was perfect for me and made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world! Tiara Wedding SAVED MY WEDDING !! My original wedding dress got ruined during alterations done in house (at a location in Whittier called Illusions Bridal! Stay away from there). Luckily I found this place and they saved my wedding 3 weeks before our big day! Everyone complimented my dress and no one could tell it was a perfectly altered rental everyone here is so nice, are experienced and extremely helpful.
