Such a great bridal salon with excellent customer service. I met some of their team at a wedding expo and was able to schedule an appointment with them online. When we arrived we were greeted at the front desk and introduced to the stylist. We then had a little discussion about the venue and things that I may be looking for. Our group then had the chance to look through the dresses and we picked out things that I liked and what they thought I would like. The prices started around $1200 and above for the dresses that I looked through. I really appreciated how it was emphasized that they're trying to help me find what I would like and that we wanted to make the most of the time that we had there. There was also no pressure if there was a dress that I wasn't as much of a fan of. They were very mindful of my budget when looking through dresses. This appointment really helped me get a better understanding of the styles that I preferred and it was nice to have someone to discuss it with. I did not end up buying a dress from here, but I still very much enjoyed the entire experience. They really take care of the brides that come in and I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a dress. read more

My experience here was unfortunately not like most of the reviews. Im getting married in June and purchased two dresses from Luv Bridal one for my Catholic church ceremony and another for my reception. Before my appointment I did my research, browsed their website and completed the questionnaire outlining my preferences. I had a clear vision a classic ballgown for the ceremony and a more fitted modest look for the reception. When I arrived it was just me and my maid of honor. My consultant, Ashley was friendly at first but as the appointment went on I noticed she kept checking the time. I understand there's a 90 minute limit but it made the experience feel rushed. It also felt very sales driven similar to a car dealership where you're encouraged to purchase that same day for a "special discount." Maybe that's common in bridal shops. I only tried on five dresses, and while I did end up purchasing two of them I regret not being able to explore more options or browse the racks myself. Toward the end it felt like my consultant wasn't interested in pulling additional dresses and my maid of honor picked up on the same vibe. The dresses did arrive on time, and I love both gowns, they are beautiful and high quality. However the pickup experience was even more disappointing. The person assisting me was not very welcoming and the overall service felt dismissive. You're given 60 minutes for pickup but I only took me about 20 minutes to try on both dresses. I asked to try a veil with my ceremony dress and while she handed me one she made a snarky comment saying I wouldn't have time to try on any others and would need to book another appointment. This was said only 10 minutes into my appointment, which felt unnecessary and off putting. At that point I just grabbed my dresses and left. I spent about $3,000 here and while I do love my dresses the customer service did not match the price point or expectations. Would I recommend Luv Bridal? Unfortunately, no. There are so many bridal shops in OC/LA, and if I could go back I would have explored other options instead of relying solely on reviews. I hope this feedback encourages the team to improve. Brides are spending thousands of dollars and even though each appointment may only last an hour, that time should feel special. Every bride deserves that experience. I was disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I booked a 10:30 AM appointment well in advance because my aunts are flying in from Australia to be there with me. A day before, I was told my appointment time had been changed due to a "time change," which didn't make sense...10:30 is still 10:30, even with daylight savings. When I called confused, they blamed their system and offered to reschedule, but I had already planned this around family traveling internationally. Where do I even start? I got engaged in April this year and we planned to get married within six months so, I knew that I would more than likely have to purchase a dress off the rack. I scheduled this appointment based upon the reviews and lots of ads found on Instagram and I'm so glad I did. I initially went and with the idea that I wouldn't find address on the first time however, that was not my story. Chuy was assigned to me and he made this experience incredible! I initially booked for the experience, but I found my wedding dress here. Chuy had a great personality and based upon the style of dress I was looking for he chose really great options for me to try on and ultimately it was an easy decision for me. Being that I am very decisive and realistic bride once I found my dress I knew I couldn't leave it there. The price was not what I initially wanted to pay however it was around $900 and I looked amazing on my wedding day! It was my first time coming to a bridal store. It made for a good first stop. I had no idea what I really wanted, and my stylist let me try on various different styles. First off I would like to say that my stylist was super sweet and friendly. Extremely easy to work with people. Their most expensive gowns went up to $6500, but most of their dresses are well below. My reason for removing a star is because the quality of their dresses just were not the best. I'm not sure if it's just the designers they carry, but the quality just wasn't great. A lot of them felt like cheap material. Very pretty styles, but the material just was not for me. And I even tried different brands. They let me know that they are the smallest location of the Luv Bridal stores, so possibly just this location wasn't the best. But it was still good first experience. read more

I live in Newport Beach and went to The White Dress, and Mon Amie initially, but TBH the quality of the LUV BRIDAL salon and the size blew the others away!!! What I really appreciated is that the dresses weren't smashed together like the other stores (bc then you can't even see them)....but a well laid out store with an amazing dressing area for bride to be and guests! From the Get-Go, I was upfront with Kaitlyn and told her I had already purchased a dress at Mon Amie but was having second thoughts. She was so helpful and really picked out many dresses that fit me better and listened to my likes and dislikes. Kaitlyn was a no pressure type sales gal. It also helped that LUV bridal carried the Pronovias dress I had purchased at the other store, so I could really compare apples to apples. I ended up finding my ABSOLUTE DREAM DRESS!!!! It was hands down meant for me, so I was able to order and the store even comped the Rush fee so I should get it in plenty of time for our wedding! I would highly recommend this store! I had the absolute best experience at LUV Bridal! Both of my bridal attendants, Kailey and Kaitlyn, were AMAZING. Kailey helped me during my first appointment, and she brought such a fun energy, it was my very first time trying on dresses, and she made sure I felt so special. She pulled a wide variety of styles, gave me time to think through what I liked, and made the whole experience feel exciting and pressure-free. When I came back for my second appointment to officially say yes to the dress, Kaitlyn was incredible. She gave my mom and me so much space to feel all the emotions and celebrate the moment, while still being so attentive and supportive. I am a plus sized woman (size 20/22) and I was scared that I wouldn't have been able to try on dresses nor take one home. They had me try on different dresses and styles! I'm thankful for my beautiful dress that actually fits me! Downside they don't have alterations on site but they do provide a list to help find someone do alterations. When I received my dress, the shoulder part was missing and they told me that they will re-order the shoulder part to be made and will be delivered by March! My wedding is in May and until now I still do not have the shoulder part of my dress and they told me on March 14th "overnight shipping to showroom" but until now March 27. I am very upset! The dress is almost 5k. They knew the missing part of the dress is missing since Nov of 2025! It is now March 27 2026!!! I will not recommend this place to get ur wedding dress because of this experience. They told me "we will have it before next month". It is now 3 days before April! Like I am so stressed, I still need to get the shoulder part of my dress altered. They told me not to be stressed? After a lot of conversation and trying on a few different styles she was able to connect with me and found me the perfect one. They also have the best experience for your friends/family joining where you let the stylist know how you're feeling and they will set the tone for the rest of your crew! Really took the pressure off. The last thing I loved was they have a "mock" aisle for you to walk down, and I totally thought it would be cheesy, but then of course I started crying haha. That's when I knew it was the dress. Also logistics: they don't have champagne but let you bring it! They have a cute little coffee and drink area, and also plenty of parking. I came to Luv Bridal looking to try on some Milla Nova dresses I'd seen on their website. I probably visited six other bridal shops, and I hadn't found any Milla Novas or similar styles. It turns out that is one of the few stores that carries them! I first visited the Rancho location because they had an appointment available sooner and did my initial consult with Tamaria, who pulled some beautiful gowns for me, along with the ones I found on their website. I ended up switching to the Westminster location to try my favorite dress on again from the Rancho visit, since it's closer to me and had the dress in a size closer to mine, and I had an amazing experience with Alyssa! She helped me try the dress on multiple times over 3-4 appointments, as I'm pretty indecisive, and she was always so patient, sweet, and attentive--remembering all the little details each time. I never felt pressured or rushed to purchase, easing the stress of feeling like I had to make a decision immediately. I loved this Milla Nova dress but wanted a bit more fullness, and she suggested adding a petticoat skirt underneath, which totally gave me the look I was envisioning! Alyssa even did a mock aisle walk with me so I could envision myself walking down the aisle and see how the dress flowed. I also appreciated how clean and well set up the salon is; the curtain layout makes it easy to show the dress to your loved ones without running back and forth. I ended up selecting the Milla Nova dress and Alyssa honored the discount from my first visit at Rancho, which meant so much and took away any pressure to decide quickly! She also helped me find beautiful veils to see the look in full. Overall, a 10/10 experience--I've already recommended this location to other friends getting married.
