A review about my experience for my bridal appointment at Sofia Bella Bridal! My future sister-in-law had a great experience at Sofia Bella Bridal and even purchased her dress here (for a great price I might add). I knew when shopping for my dream dress that I HAD to check it out! Just like her, I had an amazing experience as well. Booking online was SUPER easy. I received automated emails that gave me reminders as well as tips on what to wear to my fitting. I recommend wearing a strapless bra or pasties. I arrived to Sofia Bella Bridal and was immediately greeted with smiles and hellos! The shop itself is clean, beautiful, and smelled oh so good. As I got in, they handed me a little questionnaire to fill out (name, date, budget, etc) and say me and my party down in the most comfortable chairs. The store itself is split into two sections for fittings. They have a large curtain that encases the bride as she changes. Once the dress is on, they pop that curtain open and show the dress off to whomever you brought with you that day. Because Sofia Bella Bridal has great natural lighting and huge glass windows, the dresses look so beautiful when you put them on and the dresses catch the natural light. My stylist was Rachel! She was great. Other people helped out as well such as Cindy and Kiki. The entire staff was stellar! So friendly and so nice. Rachel looked through my inspiration photos and got an idea of what style I was looking for. PRO TIP: LOOK THROUGH SOFIA BELLA BRIDALS INSTAGRAM PAGE and screen shot what dresses you like. Doing this was insanely helpful for my fitting. After Rachel looked through my album, she began to pull dresses for me. Rachel pulled 5 dresses for me to try (all in my budget). All were beautiful, but my favorites were Freya and Donna. I also tried on Bloom (so pretty but looked just like my sister's wedding dress...which was not allowed haha) and Adella (this was my favorite off of pictures, but when it was on my body, it just didn't have the same magic). At the end of my appointment, Rachel put me in the dress that SHE PICKED FIRST AND ENDED UP BEING MY FAVORITE...Freya. Now for the accessories. Rachel (along with Cindy) started pulling out veils and accessories to complete my look. After putting on the perfect length veil and the Pearl Halo, my mom and sister audibly gasped. THAT WAS IT. THAT WAS THE LOOK. On the spot, I couldn't make a decision and I let the ladies know that I'd be letting them know by tomorrow whether I'd like to move forward with purchasing the dress. The entire night I could not stop looking at pictures of myself in the dress. In the morning I was ready to commit. I let them know I WANTED FREYA!!! AND THE BEST PART.. the price for the dress was super reasonable to me! They booked me a really quick appointment the same-day and asked me to come in again for my measurements. Another pro tip: come to this fitting appointment with pasties on as they will need to take your exact measurements. While doing my measurements, Rachel asked me what made me say yes to the dress and I just couldn't deny that Sofia Bella Bridal had a reasonable price for such a high quality product. At other shops, the dresses just didn't feel as high quality. There were a lot of dresses that I tried on that looked great, but upon closer inspection, you'd see that the train wasn't as glamorous or the fabric wasn't as nice. Also the Sofia Bella Bridal dresses were pretty comfortable! After that, I signed some papers and put a down payment on my dress. They took some fun Boomerangs of me and posted me on their Instagram story. Overall, a fantastic experience! At the end of the day, the quality, the style, and the price were the ultimate selling points for me. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! WOOHOO! I discovered Sofia Bella Bridal through Instagram and I fell in love with all of the dresses that I saw from the reels. I made an appointment with them right away! This was my 2nd store and my final store because guess what?! I ugly cried and said "yes" to my dress here! I went here with my mom and husband (don't worry he didn't pay attention and yes he was my fiancé at the time) haha. It was such a lovely and welcoming experience. Rachel, Kiki, and Cindy gave us a friendly welcome and had me fill out a questionnaire. This was for them to get a better idea of what our budget was and to see what style I wanted for my wedding dress. I am very grateful that they made sure that we wouldn't go over budget. I got to try on about 5 dresses and I felt every time I tried on a dress that it got closer to what I wanted. The whole process was so so smooth and fun! I love that they made it look like a show where they pull the curtains closed while I changed and pulled it apart once I was in a dress. My mom had a lot of fun too and she loved helping me pick my wedding dress. I also got to try on head pieces, petticoats, and veils too. The dress I said "yes" to was one of a kind. It won in competitions and is part of the Disney collection. My goal was to wear a wedding dress that was like a ball gown and wow, was I blown away! I love that the dress is a representation of Princess Ariel and I definitely felt like a princess too. I also bought my veil and petticoat here. This was pricey, but I wanted to make my life easier to get my veil and petticoat in one location. I didn't want to stress and to run around just to find a veil that would match my dress. I am glad I bought my veil here though - there is so much care and detail that was put into it. I also really enjoyed the time when I came back to pick up all my items. It was fast and simple. There was a moment where I was confused on why my train wasn't long enough and Kiki made sure to help me find a solution. I said yes to the dress at Sofia Bella Bridal yesterday! I had the pleasure of having Cindy as my stylist. Right off the bat even before the appointment, the customer service was spectacular. They got in touch with me via text and communicated well with the styles I was looking for and what to expect for my appointment. It was my second time looking for a dress so I kind of narrowed what I was looking for, but also wanted to try different styles than my first time. Cindy was did an awesome job of choosing dresses for me to try on while also sticking to my original requests! She was super helpful and patient, especially since I was torn between two dresses and kept asking to retry them both on. She made great suggestions with potential alterations, which ultimately led me to finally choose! Overall my experience was great. Wow.. just wow!! I cant express enough how happy I am to have stumbled upon this lovely shop! I'm so happy it was my first stop, I was so nervous and scared on how it was going to go! They made me feel beautiful, they were patient and listened to every detail of things I liked and didn't like! They were on time, and super sweet! I came to this shop because of an instagram ad! First off, I originally scheduled my appointment for April 5th but quickly realized with my October wedding I needed to be seen ASAP. The team was so accommodating and rescheduled me for the following Monday morning March 17th after I reached out. Kelli was amazing - personable and quick to really understand the style I was looking for (strapless, structured corset-like bodice, demi bra cups, lace, a-line). The FIRST 2 dresses Kelli showed me were my top 2 out of 7 dresses she helped me try on. I even tried on veils and re-tried my top 2 options at the end. Kelli was able to give me quotes and out the door within 1.5 hours!! Not only are the dresses gorgeous, the price range is great for anyone who's budget is around $1500-$3000+. However, the tradeoff is that they DO NOT do alterations in-house (why it's not 5 stars for me). So you will need to bring your dress to a seamstress to get it hemmed + any other customizations. I did say yes to the dress here!!! I put in my order on 3/17 and was told my dress would get here around mid to late July. Hoping everything goes well :) read more

My experience here was not the best! Getting married is exciting and I always dreamed of the day when I would go dress shopping. I was referred here by a friend. My friend and I made an appointment and I found my dress within an hour. Kelli who helped me was very dry, unwelcoming, and not personable at all. She didn't even ask who I had with me. I loved the dress but not the experience at all. I felt like Julia Roberts in pretty woman. The whole experience was nothing as I expected. The dress I found fit me perfectly and I knew it was the one. I was on a time crunch and after looking at other places, the dress here fit me the best. So I ordered the dress and when I went to go pick it up Kelli was at the counter with another woman and Kelli was not pleasant at all. All attitude. No "hey how are you? Are you excited for your dress?" Nothing. At least fake being nice. She slams down a pen and has me sign for picking up the dress. Rude again. She asked me if I wanted to try on the dress and I said no. I just wanted to get my dress and leave. just me walking in to pick up my dress was already attitude. I didn't feel welcomed. The woman who grabbed my dress for me was very kind and asked if I wanted to try it on before I left, however, I was upset and just wanted to get out of there.
