I'm actually impressed with the little chain store in River Park Square. I shop here several times a year for gifts and little treats for myself. Always a great selection of clothing and accessories. Their window displays are so creative and draw me in. I'm a sucker for the shiny stuff! The stylists are always so friendly and helpful. Gotta say, kind of jealous that ladies have more to wear than men's it seems to me. Go to any clothing store and tell me which section is bigger: the men's or the women's? Anyways this place is quite chic they have great hipster and non-hipster clothing apparel and accessories for girls to wear. My wife loves it. It's quite difficult for her to leave this place without mentally wrestling that she should not spend money on that $50 dollar pastel blue dress with the lace all over the edges... Customer Service and Selection are both of a five star caliber! So I had about an hour before needing to be at work, in desperate need of a pastel colored dress for a wedding in Mexico, a trip that I was leaving for the following morning. I waited until the last minute and cruised down to the mall to try my luck. I'm not a shopper and do not enjoy the process, but I can usually find something at Urban albeit the ridiculous prices. I stumbled into Francesca's before heading there and saw a purple floral dress that might have worked, and I thought it read 60% off. I misread the ad and it was actually buy one get one 60% off. Anyhow, this super nice lady clarified the deal for me and I wasn't too polite and scoffed, saying I'd head to Urban and try my luck there. Not proud of my attitude. Urban had nothing. I did two full laps and couldn't find anything even close. So in a desperate, final attempt to find something super last minute I walked back to Francesca's and was still greeted with warmth and kindness from Hannah, an exemplary employee of the store. I chose the purple dress which I would probably never wear again but was right for the occasion, priced at about $50 which was reasonable for the quality and market of such items. As I was about to try on something I knew I would only wear once, Hannah politely commented that she thought she may have found something, as I had kind of given her the rundown of what I needed the first time. And let me tell you, it was perfect. A powder blue dress that was elegant yet beachy, perfect for not just this occasion, but for summer brunches, rooftop parties, fancier gatherings and cocktail parties. I'm always trying to size up for some reason but she encouraged a small was the right fit for me and I tried it on and loved it! I had awkward black socks on and my work shoes and my legs were hairy so it was hard to imagine the whole look, but Hannah went above and beyond asking the style of shoe I was wearing and found an exact replica for me to pair with my dress in store to get the full look, it was perfect. And even after I was a bit short with her at first, she still showed me so much kindness, attention and literally made my last minute miracle come to life. She personally checked me out at the register and walked around the counter to hand me my perfect dress and give me a super warm hug, which was the highlight of my day. What a woman. I highly recommend this posh little boutique first for their excellent staff and customer service and second for the adorable pieces in store. Having someone listen to your needs and help you with such attention to detail is truly a gift. Hannah! Thank you so much again girl, you freaking rock. This is a very cute, trendy boutique! I just wish the prices were a bit more budget-friendly. They have jewelry, bags, clothes, home decor, and interesting, funny knick-knacks (the kind you'd find at Urban Outfitters). The store feels a bit cramped because the aisles are so narrow. The service is always really friendly when I come here and I am always instantly greeted/asked if I'm finding everything okay. Even though I typically leave empty-handed (I'll buy an accessory or small home decor item once in a while), it's always a stop for me when I go to this mall. Went on a birthday shopping spree with my niece and daughter. I stopped in Francesca's because my linen shirt was a wrinkled mess from the car ride and so needed a cute new top. Well we found plenty but super sweet employee Maddie actually took it upon herself to steam my shirt while we were trying on clothes. Prior to any purchase!! What great customer service. I'm so sad to see the store in the light I do now! I use to love this store and customer service they had, but recently I was "hired" at their downtown store and was so excited. I have been waiting for over a month now for a meeting to happen with corporate befor I start and keep contacting the store and store manager and haven't heard a word. Just very unprofessional and very rude to disregard my time. Pretty harsh experience and I hope this doesn't reflect the way they treat their employees that are already employed and working shifts at the stores. read more
