I don't typically write reviews for retail stores, but my experience today was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it. A bit of background: I had been on the hunt for a semi-formal dress for an upcoming event. After hours of searching through numerous stores without finding anything that matched my vision, I was ready to throw in the towel. Then, I walked past Francesca's and was immediately drawn to the mannequins in the window showcasing beautiful dresses. Deciding to give it one last try, I stepped inside--and I'm so glad I did. The store is a charming boutique with a well-organized layout, featuring color-coded sections that made it easy to browse. There's also a wonderful selection of accessories and a clearance section, all at very reasonable prices. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and professional sales associate, Rasheda. She instantly made me feel comfortable and asked all the right questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. After the decision fatigue I'd been battling from hours of dress shopping, Rasheda worked her magic and pulled dresses I never would've considered but ended up loving! She really seemed to read my mind. Once in the fitting room, she patiently listened to my feedback and helped me narrow down the options to find the perfect dress. Her attention to detail and charisma were truly unmatched. Honestly, I would have bought every single dress she showed me if I hadn't been pressed for time! Thanks to Rasheda, my first experience at Francesca's was so delightful that I'm already looking forward to returning. Rasheda, if you're reading this, I just want to say--you are amazing! I've been a customer for couple years. But I've been going there a lot recently. I purchased some summer dresses & some other outfits & jewelry. They are pretty, comfy with reasonable price. All the girls are amazing. They're friendly, and pleasant to do business with. They greet all the customers. Rosheka the store manager is also nice & professional. The return process is simple now and not like before which counted against the store performance. All and all I like the store!! read more

I've been a big fan of Francesca's since the first location at the District. Since then they have expanded in Vegas and of course the one I went to was just blah. I came here today to return something online. The lady helping me asked if I wanted to take a look around and I said no thank you. (I was on a time crunch but that's not her business and didn't have time to browse to exchange). She then proceeded to ask how I paid for it. If you buy something online and purchase via PayPal you can only get store credit. Yes, I read the fine print. So I told her I paid with my Visa card. She then asked when I bought it, mind you the receipt was right in front of her. She was annoyed because it affects the stores numbers but that's not my problem. Online it says that we can return to stores for full refund pending the 30 days, etc etc. I made sure that I was full aware of the return policy before I bought online because with online purchases you just never know if it will fit which was what happened in my case. If the store's revenue drops because of my two returns then that's something that store needs to communicate to corporate with. I've worked for a big clothing company before and you just never treat the customer like they are in the wrong for returning something in pristine condition, etc. My other experiences here have always been mediocre but now I will definitely not return to this location specifically. read more

Came in today to check out this boutique and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the sales associate was. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and as I browsed the jewelry section I was told about the sale that was going on. The store itself is very small... probably the smallest Franchesca's boutique I've ever been to, but was jam packed with all sorts of goodies. The style their carrying this season is boho chic, which is cute, but not my style. I didn't end up trying anything on, but got some really awesome well made shades for only $9.99, which is one of the many deals they've got going on for 4th of July. If you haven't been to this Franchesca's boutique I highly recommend ya'll checking it out. They have amazing things to look at and the prices here are always very reasonable. I came in here yesterday, needing to exchange a skirt I bought that was a bit bigger on me. I told myself I was only going to do that task alone but then the woman in the store told me that they just put up new seasonal clothes, and so I gave in. Their items never disappoint me. All of their clothes, bags, jewelry, gifts, and so forth are of high quality. I can completely understand why their clothes are a bit pricey, it's bittersweet, but if you find something you really like... it lasts such a long time!! They have a tiny section for their clearance items and yesterday they just had such adorable dresses! I actually ended up getting a dress I wanted last week for less than half the price it was! You have to keep an eye out for their deals, it's definitely worth it!! I love their customer service at this location! The employees talk to you and definitely engage. I've had some recommend different items that went perfectly with the outfit. They even check up on you while you're in the dressing room, which I thought was unique! Walked in and wasn't greeted but made eye contact with the associate. It was interesting because I had come in a week ago and the associates had been so kind. The only other patrons in the store were both not wearing masks and made a remark "oh I totally forgot my mask!" And the associate just giggled. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. read more

Came here to return something bought from other store. It's a nice, cute small boutique that has lots of stuff. The young lady who helped me with my rtn is very personable, but not pushy. I enjoyed our small chat while browsing the store. If you are looking for that unique pc of custom jewelry or clothing, stop by. You just might find something you like. read more

These girls that work here are honestly so amazing! They are definitely the best and they always try and have a conversation with you or compliment you on what you're wearing even. They really go out of their way to give you such amazing customer service. I'm so surprised they don't have even more great reviews because even when I'm just there for 15 mins every single person that walks in they greet with such a great smile! They even recognize me now and I really appreciate that because of course they don't have to be doing that it's just to be kind. Every other Francesca's location has been great! I came to this one yesterday to try to exchange two tops (size was too large) that I had purchased online. When I handed the staff member the clothes, she questioned me about one of them and said that she didn't recognize the brand and asked me if I was sure I had purchased it through Francesca's. I assured her I had and showed her the original tags that had come with both tops. I had an electronic proof of purchase with a confirmation number and links to the purchased items. She told me I couldn't exchange the clothes and that I would need a paper receipt. While all of this is happening she still insisted on questioning if I had REALLY gotten the article of clothing from their company. I have never been questioned like this, and it really turned me off ): I then asked her if I could have a bag to carry my tops in while walking back to my car. She denied me on that as well. The whole experience was awful. It's upsetting too because I never thought I'd be saying this about one of my favorite stores / companies to buy from!! read more

This location has very poor customer service. I usually enjoy shopping here but today changed my opinion of this store. There were 4 employees working and the store had only a few people in it. I went in with my two daughters, both teenagers, and the employees immediately got into a group and were whispering to eachother. They then proceeded to follow around my daughters the entire time they were there, constantly being within a foot from them at all times, invading their personal space. I even recall one of my daughters asking if there was anything she could do for the worker since she was so close to her for at least 10 minutes. I noticed that my girls were the only two teenagers in the store, the rest of the people were much older. The employees also had very poor attitudes when they spoke to my daughters. I am very disappointed in their poor customer service and will not be shopping at that location any longer. read more
