Unlike most stores during the holiday, their sale was relatively modest. I wouldn't consider Ted Baker to be particularly expensive but I also wasn't looking to spend an exorbitant amount on things I really didn't need. The selection was great. I ended up purchasing a sock collection set for a friend and a floral olive shirt for the boyfriend for just under $60 (retailing over $150). Sizing for TB is super odd in that they just have numbers and you have to ask an associate what the closest thing to a large is since it's not that easy to guess based on looking at it. I gave this place 3 stars because the customer service wasn't that great. I feel that in most designer stores the customer service is never particularly amazing but it felt relatively cold here and they were really only friendly at the register when they realized I was actually purchasing something. I do plan to return but hope that their service improves from here! If not, still worth visiting again because I love a good deal. (57/100--2020)

This visit was after a quick birthday dinner and I wanted to get my two friends their first UNTUCKit shirt. Juan was assisting us and he was great with helping the bros on the sizing and fits. Also, he was super friendly and personable, and professional throughout our visit. Great stuff. The shirts I wanted weren't in stock at this store location so he made arrangements to have them shipped directly to my house. 7 hours later, I receive an email notification that my shirts have already been shipped complete with a tracking numbers. Fantastic. The shirts are amazing in terms of comfort, fit and the perfect look for untucked shirts. I'll be swinging by this location whenever I'm at the Fashion Show Mall. Enjoy =)

It was being sold "as is" because it was missing a shoulder strap. I'm quite sure I have a shoulder strap at home. Gosh... I thought it was a good deal, so I got it! LOL! Sales associates were friendly and helpful. The deal on clearance items were pointed out to me: buy one, get two free... but I passed on it. My one "as is" item wasn't a regular clearance item... I tried... haha!

They also have a lot of anime items as of late. We were in the store for about 15 minutes just looking around. No one asked us if we needed any help even though the store was dead.
