Jean shopping scares me for a number of reasons and the biggest one is usually trying to figure out what size I am in a particular brand. I'm familiar with the experience Buckle aims to provide-- their stylists are extensively trained to help you find your best look! Knowing this, I went in with a general idea of what I thought I'd like and an open mind. Tamara was my stylist and she honestly blew me away. I had told her I was apprehensive to shop for jeans and why, we chatted about styles, my likes and dislikes, and even where I thought I'd wear them. Because I have been literally living in leggings for the last two years, I didn't have a concrete size number. No worries, she had it down. I kid you not-- she pulled my exact size on the first try and in multiple styles. She also was there to see every single pair I stepped out of the room in. I walked out with 3 awesome pairs of jeans that I absolutely love and had the best shopping experience I've ever had in the denim department. Buckle up... Shopping here at Buckle was an experience seeing the various bohemian styled outerwear and at this Fashion Show Mall location was interesting. Always on the look for something I've never shopped at Buckle and had my doubts was delightfully surprise what lovely items they have here. What I didn't get though was a staff who greeted me as I didn't get that even though they were working hard helping other shoppers not one single staff greeted me and even as I wanted to try on an item did that on my own as there was one single fitting room open and did that along with finding the right size on my own. Nothing really was on sale but loved that I found an item to add to my wardrobe that's cute and different, didn't love the selective attention they give that has me putting back items I was interested in as shopping here is not the greatest. Buckle at the fashion show is probably one of my favorite stores! They always have the latest styles and lots of sizes available-- even though today was a bit harder to find mens medium tops. I was in the store for over 30 minutes looking through every rack I could just to find a mens dressy shirt in a medium. I love that my sales lady was very helpful and tried her best to look for me in the back stock room. She finally found a blue mens shirt I wanted in medium and I was so happy about that! I ended buying a few shirts for my husband for a couple of nights out on the town. I will say that one area where they are not lacking in is jeans. They were overstuffed with jeans today which is great if your needing jeans. LOL! I had a great time shopping and got a pretty good deal and I look forward on coming back to find more goodies! As a 35 year old who used to shop at the Buckle in high school because they had tall pants, I was a little skeptical going in here. As soon as I walked in, Savannah greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. She was extremely helpful the entire time we were there. I am 6' tall and need long pants and she delivered. Asked me what style I wanted. She put me in a dressing room and brought me nearly 15 pairs of pants that actually fit me. I was shocked! I was so grateful for such attentive help. I almost NEVER leave reviews about clothing stores etc. Mostly just with bars, restaurants etc. I HAD to leave a review this time for Buckle at Fashion Show Mall. I spoke to a girl named Fallon, I wanted a sweater that my sister had purchased but was sold out in the store. I went in and she had me try on a similar sweater by the same company, to get an idea of what size I would need. I found the perfect size, she helped me order it in the store to ship to my home. She was SO SO kind the entire time. She was extremely patient, very funny, very lively, very sweet and just overall had incredible customer service. Buckle - Men's Clothing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Went here last night; been curious, not too many of these stores in the city. Nice styles on the displays up above in the ladies section, showed lovely layering ideas for winter- those displays were the best part of the store. Some brands I noticed were Billabong and Columbia- all full price, retail, $69 for a sweater. I spotted some warm winter sweaters that I liked, but they were not stocked, not anywhere to be seen, so if you wanted one to try on, I wonder if you'd have to ask the clerk for the one on the mannequin, that is, assuming it is your size. The salesman working on restocking did acknowledge me when I walked in, and told me that the section I was browsing were the New Styles. Nice to browse, especially for ideas. The ladies shirts were not my style- Ed Hardy type, flashy, glittery types. The mens section was definitely more stocked than the ladies section. read more

It makes me very unhappy when I walk into a Buckle store with my 20 year old daughter whom gets full attention, they ask her name, get her a dressing room, check on her etc.... while I the mom with the wallet wearing rock revival jeans get not even a hello. I had two pairs of jeans in my hand, tried them on, not once asked if I needed a dressing room or asked if I needed any help. This seems to be a problem at most Buckle stores. 50 year old women can wear rocking jeans too! Luckily other stores like my money! When in Vegas... Think of a store where a surfer, cowboy, hippie, an urban chic, and rustic feeling got smashed together - that's what Buckle is. It was nothing I expected, to be honest. My husband who was looking for casual shoes spotted Buckle. I wasn't too thrilled by their display and the look of the store. Quite frankly, it looked like my room - a mess. But, this one time, my husband insisted we check it out. #neverhappens To my surprise, they have just a little bit of everything guys and gals need. My hubby was thrilled he was able to find these Reef casual shoes he'd been looking for online for a while. Score! It's funny, they don't have the shoes in boxes. Rather, they have them hanging on a clip in the back - kind of how they have flip flops hanging normally. They have a ton of clothing to check out and a lot of workers throughout the store. I am a huge fan of customer service, but when it's in-your-face, it's too much. It was a bit much at Buckle - so, if you can imagine, we couldn't wait to get out of the store. Would I ever shop at Buckle again? Probably not. But if you are looking for cool, stylish, Reef shoes, then Buckle is your spot. read more

This is one of my favorite places to buy short cargo shorts. They have a great selection and for some reason their shorts fit my big booty I don't know why. They have really nice shirts long sleeve shirts. I don't know why but I have a hard time finding clothes and every single time I come there I find something nice. I ended up at The Buckle at Fashion Show to buy a special order Christmas gift for a family member. Here's how I break down my experience. Service: 4 Stars. Selection: 4 Stars. Pricing: Muwahaha, they ain't cheap. But if it's what someone wants you pay it and move on. Special Orders: If it's not in the store they'll order it. And they will call you when it comes in. But if you order two or more items don't be surprised if they come in a day apart so you get to make 2 trips to Fashion Show. Which can be a good or bad thing. The service was so helpful and friendly I'm almost tempted to give that coveted 5th Star...but having to make 2 trips to get my stuff will keep me from clicking on it. read more

I was on vacation to Vegas this past weekend and got dragged to the mall by my wife. I was killing time so wandered into Buckle. I was immediately complimented on my Harley jacket by an employee. I gave her a thumbs up and continued to mosey around. She then came up to me, her name was Hunter, and asked what I was shopping for. I'm one of those kinds of people who doesn't like being approached by sales people in stores, so I told her I wasn't shopping, just killing time. A minute later she came up to me with a pair of jeans and said she thought I'd look good in them and I should try them on. At this point I figured I would just humor her and do it because I didn't want to be a jerk and say no. Normally I would be annoyed at this point but somehow she was persistent and friendly at the same time so for some reason I was willing to go along with it. I ended up trying them on, and amazingly they were a perfect fit. So much that so that they are literally the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever tried on in my life. If I had had my way, nobody would have talked to me, I would have browsed for ten minutes, and then left in my crappy ill-fitting jeans. Instead, Hunter somehow broke through my crabbiness and now I have probably the best pair of jeans I have ever owned. And they were only $75 too which is pretty good for decent jeans. Buckle has always been one of my favorite places to shop, and coming to Vegas for a little getaway from Kansas on Spring Break, I neglected to pack as many clothes as I really needed. I decided that stopping in to see what this store had to offer versus what was sold back home could be worthwhile; I was most certainly impressed. The size of the store alone was fantastic, but on top of that the selection was so much larger than that which I've experienced in my travels. The sales associates were wonderful as well. If you've ever shopped with Buckle before, you know it's commissioned based, so of course you can expect that everyone is out to make a sale. My experience here, however, was far different from the norm. I heard from almost every associate at least once, ensuring that I was being helped and asking if I needed anything, an associate even going as far as complimenting what I was wearing and trying to strike up some conversation. Even though I was just looking around, and pretty much know what I like and don't like; it was still wonderful to have so many men around who were so ready to give advice if asked. Although I may have only walked out with a t-shirt after my short visit to this store, I would definitely encourage anyone to stop in and at least see what there is to offer. With a great selection, and lots of room to move around, it's by far one of the best Buckle stores I've visited. Plus, the eye candy isn't too bad either! read more

Large store with a good selection. Only thing that gets annoying is first the large price tag and they rarely have sales. Second is the workers are always bothering you. The second you get in the give you clothes to try in. This is actually a good technique and I shouldn't hold it against them but it just gets annoying at some point. The clothes are very stylish and their pants are the best. They last a long time too so no need there. Also the stretch pants are great as they conform to your body and allow for greater movement. Just wish they had more sales. read more

I'm not one for bashing a business for no apparent reason , but I'm must warn those like myself who DO NOT wish to be constantly followed throughout a store and have clothes brought to you by someone who has NO IDEA of your taste . The people seem friendly. . . at first, but after you get shopping it all goes downhill. I was there on a mid Friday afternoon, they were busy, but after working retail 5 years myself it was highly manageable for the amount of staff they had on hand. One of the sales ladies commented on the shorts I was wearing and then showed me to the latest styles they had. After INSISTING multiple times that I was there for tops NOT shorts she KEPT showing me shorts!! Even after handing me off to another girl when she went on break they COULDN'T"T get it through their stupid heads that I was there for TOPS and DRESSES!! Finally I got into the dressing room (which is a pain since they are locked and only a few associates have keys) and of course NO one checked on me. I'm slow and meticulous when trying stuff on so that was a good 20 minutes+ of neglect. Finally I came out with one top (I would have had more had someone been there to grab me another size because HELL if I was gonna wait for another key bearer to let me into a room). I went to the register. After standing there with NO recognition for over 5 minutes I left without buying anything. I'm a patient woman but if you don't even say "Hey I'll be right with you" AKA "I know you're there" then I'm out. Total waste. Don't shop there. If you want NO service and hip clothes just hit up Forever 21. Maybe not as good quality but at least you're not paying for shitty service. Hell you know its bad if it finally got me to sign up for Yelp lol. read more

I love Buckle but the staff at fashion show are SO pushy! The first time I thought they were just having a slow day or maybe training... But it's literally every time. We get it, you need commission. But asking me 4 time in 6 minutes if I need something is absurd. Yes, I know how soft your jeans are, you don't need to keep bringing me pairs to touch.
