I was running late - because I work every year in Las Vegas - and I literally ran over to the store and I got there at exactly 950. Yelp and their business website says that they close at 10 PM. When I walked over, the door was locked and the lights were off. The woman tried to talk to me through the glass. I told her that I know that the store does not close until 10. They said the "they count the money and therefore the store closes at 9:45 PM." I suggested that they updated the website and let them know that I made a valiant effort to get there in time before they close to make a large purchase. I usually spend several thousand dollars in the store about once a year, (I have even bought their signature Tonka perfume $700) and today to be turned away at the last moment - was very devastating to me. I only come into town for a few days of the year. I would not recommend this business. I would not recommend these employees. I know they work off commission and they clearly were being lazy and just wanted to go home on a Saturday night. Also, please update your website to say that the store closes at 9:45.

They just have a different Standard of customer service than Americans in Las Vegas do. They are not unfriendly people, half of them just simply don't speak English very well. But ultimately, they have a pretty great selection, considering the square footage, and the owner, Ardi, it's almost always there and he has an exceptional eye for what will look good on a person. And he does not hesitate to suggest the sale items, which is rare. I recommend this shop, and encourage everybody to consider the situation before making a bad review because you didn't get the service that you might expect at Saks, when they are breathing down your neck every two seconds. I like that they give me a few minutes to look around and make my own decisions before they start making their own suggestions.
