I was looking for a very specific bag and as soon as I explained it to the store person, I believe his name was Abraham, he was on it! He showed me multiple options and was very patient with the entire process. I got the bag I wanted and I am very happy with the purchase. While he was packing it, I was checking out some perfumes. Had to do some last-minute Christmas shopping for that very special lady. The particular item that I wanted was sold out online & had a two month back order delay. But this Versace location came through this holiday season. Fortunately I called ahead & the super friendly staff member told me it was the last one & she'll hold it for me until I pick it up later on that day which was Christmas Eve. The reason I give 3 stars because I had better experience somewhere else like in Beverly Hills locations. I mean they friendlier over there rather than here. The worst customer service I have ever received at any so called "luxury" store. They are very far from that. They leave your CC info floating around, and use the excuse that they are "busy" for not the numerous emails or phone calls for a week after placing an order. Keep in mind the associate was using email to correspond with me! Pure negligence. The manager continued to say they can only ship ground even though it was supposed to be to me already, all from their negligence! They handled the situation very poorly. Seriously the worst employees! nothing's worse than luxury sales people that have attitudes like they're millionaires without the millions attached lol . Was excited about walking into to one of my favorite stores to be completely ignored. there was a staff of 4 individuals (3 females and one bitchy male) none of which greeted me. i was even within feet to one and all she could say let me get these out of your way ( a pile of clothes from the previous client). they even went as far as congratulating the male on his big sale out loud.... how tacky. meanwhile ignore the person that works in luxury and spends money on all designers....when i was about to walk out i decided to approach one of them and let them know how that experience was disappointing. I work for Louis Vuitton another Luxury company and told her that's the worst thing she could do by ignoring clients walking through the door. never assume anyone doesn't have money especially when a lot of people are on vacation bringing $$$ to your building. to the District manger in charge of this store definitely train these people on better customer service.... that's the only way you're going to make your commission and sales for the day !
