I am from Oklahoma, I was on business in Glendale, CA working for one of the largest Fortune 500 companies in that area. I needed to frame an important poster for my customer, a SR. VP level. I met Frank and Debbie, what an adorable couple. They were extremely helpful and very professional. Actually - I am a very opinionated customer and really know what I like - with that, I found myself able to trust them immediately and relinquish control to allow them to do their job. They actually expedited the product for me, got the custom frame done under 24 hours, and the cost was truly insignificant in comparison to the sentimental importance of allowing me to present this to our customer. Guys - I enjoy working with you, thanks for the fantastic service and everyone else, please go check this outstanding local business out... Thanks, JJ from Oklahoma! read more

I'm not a big Yelp! reviewer, but I wanted to put in a good word in for Frank and Debbie at Frame Pros. I came in two different times and got excellent service from both Frank and Debbie each time. After first exploring my options, I decided to shop around and was surprised to find that Frame Pros came in way under Michael's -- and that was factoring in a 60% off sale at Michael's! I was happy to bypass the big corporate box store and give my business to this lovely local store. Not only was Frame Pros cheaper, but Debbie and Frank both helped me find excellent, affordable frames that look way fancier than the price. The work was done in a reasonable time and I'm so happy with the results. Thanks Frank and Debbie for a great experience! read more

Sorry to break their good review record streak, but I did not receive 5 star service after walking in here. Upon showing the artwork I wanted framed to the gentleman behind the counter, he offered no advice or suggestions of his own as how to best display it. When I mentioned "floating" the piece, which is a common framers term, he wasn't clear what I meant. After hammering out the details, he offered me a quote which was more than what I was expecting. I ended up bringing my piece to another framer nearby in Glendale, and was offered a better price and turn around time than FramePros could offer, even when including their Yelp discount. Since I didn't actually order a frame from them, I felt it unfair to leave anything lower than a 2 star rating. For all I know, their work could be worth the price, but I won't be back to find out. read more

We've gotten three prints framed here and each time, Frank and Debbie have been wildly helpful and friendly. We came in with these silly cheap prints and they treated them with such respect and care. They offered their expert eye and opinions without being pushy while being very budget conscious. I could not recommend them more and we plan on getting many more prints framed by them. read more

from the consultation to the delivery, i had an excellent experience getting both fine art and posters framed with the team at framepros

I am thrilled that I discovered Frame Pros. As a professional artist, I create custom artwork for my clients as well as sell prints of my work (www.customcolorandart.com). In the past, I have shied away from offering to have my pieces framed for clients. In my experience, the large chain frame stores are wildly overpriced and do not provide continuity with the staff taking the orders or making the frames. Finding a smaller framing establishment to trust, has been difficult. Now that has all changed. It is just Frank and Debbie who run the store, take orders and make the frames. Their communication, attention to detail and care they take with my art is wonderful. They have also struck a great balance in their display stock of traditional and modern moldings. Their prices are very reasonable. read more

This shop is great! The people working there are friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just good-hearted! The owner helped me out with a last minute emergency framing situation, and for a great price. All around great experience ! I highly recommend this shop read more

We've been Frame Pros customers for 5 years and had a variety of things framed here. The prices are reasonable for the quality you get, they have great customer service, and wonderful ideas for how to creatively frame items. We had all our diplomas framed here and people always comment on how beautiful the matting looks. Frank managed to design matting and framing that would allow diplomas of various sizes and from various institutions with different colors all compliment each other. Whenever people see our office they always comment on how nice our diplomas look. If you're considering going here or to a place like Aaron Bros I would DEFINITELY encourage you to check out Frame Pros instead. I have really enjoyed talking with the employees who are incredibly knowledgable about all things frame related. I was especially impressed when Frank helped me to correct a mistake I'd made. When my husband and I were remodeling our house, I didn't pack a few framed items as carefully as I should have and some of the frames became scratched. He replaced the scratched frame pieces for a very reasonable price (I think it was $15.00 total for three seperate frames with a scratched side each). Wow! I have a hard time imagining that this would happen at a corporate frame store. read more

From cutting custom mattes to a beautiful selection of frames, I love working with FramePros. I've had 14 pieces framed and or matted by this team and I am thrilled with all the outcomes. Debbie is fun to work with and very professional. She takes the time to make sure you are happy with the sizing and makes great recommendations for trim and frame colors. They were even able to do a great rush order for an anniversary gift! I'll be back here for all my framing needs. read more

Frank and the staff at FramePros are professional and extremely helpful...not to mention knowledgeable. We had a very large piece from Africa. Frank knew exactly how to showcase it. We're very happy with the result. I know where I'll be going the next time I need something framed. Highly recommend! read more

Debbie is so people friendly and professional. I was in the middle of a move and she took care of my artwork and photographs and had everything ready to go for me as promised. And good prices! read more

I was looking for a local framer and found the perfect fit. Framepros are true professionals. I highly recommend stopping by!

THE BEST! That's right I'm yelling it! Frank and Debbie did a wonderful job for us. Debbie also went above and beyond by making sure a job that traditionally would have taken a week was expertly done in days! On top of that the price point was more than reasonable. I'll say it one more time... THE BEST! If you need anything professionally framed look no further than FramePros. read more

I rarely write reviews... if ever but I just had to for my experience with Frank at FramePros! Amazing! Not only did I walk away feeling extremely happy with his work, I also walked away with a new friend. The service and love I received from this place is like NO other. I came in with very little knowledge of anything "framing" related and that includes pricing. Frank was VERY generous with his pricing that I felt as if I was robbing him! Went to other places where they were charging me TRIPLE of what Frank asked for. If you want to do business with an honest, passionate and hard working person... come to FramePros! You won't regret it. Definitely recommending this place to all my friends and family who needs anything framed. read more

I wish I can give Frame Pro and Frank a 6+ star for his work that he recently did for me. I brought in an old painting to reframe and it came out beautifully updated and transformed! Frank was super knowledgeable in selecting the perfect matting and frame to compliment my painting. Frank went way above and beyond in customer service by accommodating my rush delivery date. So if you are looking for excellent workmanship quality and a friendly atmosphere to seek recommendation for framing needs, come to Frank and Debbie at FramePros. I will definitely come back for all my future framing needs! read more

Great service at a great price! Debbie helped my wife and I select frames for five large art prints we recently purchased. She was super helpful, patient, knowledgable, and friendly! Two weeks later, our prints were ready for pick-up. They turned out great and are now hanging on our walls. I would highly recommend FramePros! I will be going to them for any future framing needs. read more

Skip the chain stores and get your framing done here. Excellent, personal, customer service with high-end craft and fair prices. I had a print framed here for my wife, and with some lovely insight and help got a really good looking frame and matte put together. The frame fit current trends (a little flashy), while the matte had a really interesting layered effect that made the art stand out and be the star. They're always concerned with what you want, but can also make recommendations regarding framing and matte options, so if you're getting lost in what looks good, they're there to help. I find they are flexible about working within your budget, and aren't out to push expensive options on you unless those are the materials you are looking for. I've been here twice, and will always opt for this wonderful small business. read more

I found this store on yelp and decided to go in and get 3 posters framed for my Girlfriend for Christmas, 2 days before Christmas! I was expecting them to say they couldn't do it because of the time constraints. Frank and Debbie worked with me and got it don't by the very next morning! They are amazing and they really do pay attention to detail. I would highly recommend this place for any Frame work, They definitely have a customer for life! FramePros - Framing Near Me - Glendale, California

Having known Frank and Debbie for over 25 years I can say that they are without rival in the custom framing industry. My most recent project consisted of displaying multiple pages of a book within a single custom frame. Frank and Debbie presented an innovative solution with exactly the right kind of matting, mounting and frame selection. The result was beautiful and the pricing was very competitive. No framing challenge is too complex for Frame Pros; I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful work, an eye for detail, great customer service and a great price. read more

The selection was outstanding! I was able to get an amazing frame with a discount and a great service. Thank you! read more

I just dropped off a print to be framed and Frank was so lovely to talk to as I deliberated between colors (and very patient as he waited for me to decide). I chose this spot based on other yelp reviews and they were not wrong! So so happy I went in and I cannot wait to pick up my print! I know I will be coming back with more works to frame in the future. read more

Frank couldn't have been nicer, more helpful, and a total pro. I had tried a different online service that completely screwed up my order and the art - I brought the issue to Frank and he took care of everything quickly and simply. Nothing beats a thoughtful, in person experience. Curated and just right. Will definitely be back. read more

We've done probably 8 frames there, and they're great. I prefer this place over framing house design in Chinatown, although they are good too. read more

I drove all the way from LAX area to Glendale to have my botanical print framed right. I skipped those chain store shops and I am so glad I did. Debbie has a great eye for color and spacing. She recommended a double mount set-up that brings out the subtle colors in the print, and the painted wooden frame really accents the whole piece. Who knew there are so many shades of white? Debbie took time to find the perfect "white" for my art piece mat. She also asked where the piece would be hung, so she could suggest the best glass to prevent fading and yellowing due to sun or interior light. I am very pleased so far! Stay tuned for an update when I pick up my order later this month. UPDATE: Picked up my artwork on Saturday. GREAT JOB! I am very happy with the scale, the colors and the strong hanging wire on the back. Even though it was a sunny day, my framed art was carefully wrapped in plastic and waiting for me when I arrived. I'll be back for sure! read more

Frank and Debbie are great! Super friendly and very accommodating. I've taken a few things to them and am always happy with the results. Their prices are fair and they make it easy to do business with them. I'll bring all my pieces to them from here on out and recommend you do the same! read more

Found FramePros on Yelp. Debbie was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt confident she would do a good job and she was up front about pricing. Pricing wasn't necessarily cheap but also not expensive. Seemed reasonable for the level of care they were taking and I'd rather not cheap out on framing sentimental family artwork. I got one piece re-matted and cleaned up and another larger piece needed the glass replaced. I told her I was in no rush, but I still got them back in about one week. The work was beautiful and breathed new life into both pieces. I have lots more framing to do and will definitely be coming back here for all of it. read more

Frank and his partner gave me a great discount - kind, nice people who do a good job!

I happened into Frame Pros about a year ago, while looking for a framing shop. I had tried the Corporate place just up the street and wanted better quality and more personal service for some of my vintage oil and watercolor paintings. Frank, the owner, fixed up the vintage frames for about $30--the Corporate store was much more money and wanted to replace the 50+ year old frames with new ones. Needless to say, I have continued to bring things for Frank to apply his special touch. He did a beautiful job on restoring a Victorian piece a few months ago. Today, I picked up a 1910s stained-glass window that I had Frank frame, so that it stabilized the stained glass, and will allow me to hang it in front of a window. Frank helped find the perfect frame, and the quality of his work is outstanding. I do finish carpentry so I know good work when I see it. I am really happy with the work he has done for me, and highly recommend Frank for any framing needs. He is friendly, does a great job and is very reasonable. read more

I would highly recommend FramePros. A good trustworthy framer is very hard to find and both Frank & Debbie are very caring, skilled at their craft and know how to frame very nicely. FramePros is not your typical frame store because you are treated like part of their family with care. When I first steeped into their shop, I was welcomed and they both spent time with me, picking out my frames and making sure I was happy. I walked into their store happy and left very happy knowing that I was cared for by them both!!!!! I have nothing but positives to say about this store and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to know that their art is going to be cared for and know that the finished product will look amazing! Thank you Frank & Debbie for making me feel like part of your family. read more

Simply, the best! I had them do my first order back in December 2014, fourteen photographs: ten 16x20s, and four 11x14s. Flawless, and I received a lot of positive comments on the quality. I stepped back in today and dropped off an order of two 16x20 prints and one 3'x4' image. They took the time to show me different styles of frames and explained the effects each style creates. They helped me review different mats and I now understand the beneficial relationship of mating and framing. Two nice people, one terrific shop... read more

I'm very happy with my new framed pieces. Very good quality work. Frank and Debbie were very friendly and helpful. I was content with their pricing. I was offered a lesser price frame that was closer to my liking. I really appreciated that. I'm looking forward to having a couple more posters framed at Frame Pros. read more

We brought in a frame that we purchased elsewhere, which has broken fasteners on all 4 sides, with the glass piece sliding off. We weren't sure if the frame could be salvaged. Frank was so helpful - not only did he fix the frame, he gave us sticky Velcro tabs so my son can hang the frame in his college dorm without using nails. While at the store, we admired the beautiful framing of other customers' artwork. Thank you so much Frank for your kindness. read more

Tremendous service, personal and friendly, combined with expertise and care. All you could ask for!

Been here a few times. Got prints and concert posters done here. Good prices and they come out excellent.

If you want something done right, you have to come here. These people are meticulous, understanding, and kind to boot.

They helped me pick out the frame and matting and ultimately did an excellent job framing the painting. Would return to get paintings framed in the future. read more

Amazing work. Great prices. Best framing experience we've ever had! Call ahead to get private service.

I've been driving right past this place for years and heading to Aaron Brothers up the street to get my custom framing done. What a mistake on my part! I'm so glad that the Aaron Brothers closed down because it forced me onto Yelp to find another framing store in the area. All of the 5 Star Yelp reviews are correct -- Frank and Debbie at FramePros are unbelievably awesome! They are both true craftsmen that really care about the quality of their work and making their customers happy. Great selection, friendly service, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you FramePros! read more

Great service and great prices! I'll definitely be back. I was quoted a much higher price at another frame store so I'm so glad I shopped around. There was such a quick turnaround on my job as well. It's nice to know there's a reasonably priced and friendly framer in the area. read more

I have been a cameraman in the entertainment biz since 1974 and have amassed a tremendous amount of priceless memorabilia..... in 1988 I finally decided to have some of my carefully boxed and out of sight collection framed so I could hang them on the wall and enjoy them daily !! I walked into Frame Pros to see if they could frame some of my collection with UV protection so photos & signatures would not fade, there I met Frank, he told me yes they could not only provide UV glass but also acid free mounting!! I had not even thought about acid in the cardboard mounting that could potentially destroy photos!!! soooo.... (after we talked about framing for 2 hrs.!!) I gave Frank 2 items to be framed ....two weeks later, I picked both pieces up (OMG!!!) and they have been on my walls ever since!!! To date Frank and his crew have framed OVER 140 Items for me, from Autographed pic of Muhammad Ali & myself to 2 signed photos of Ronald Reagan & I, a signed wooden French spoon & photo of Julia Child & moi in a shadow box..... Not to mention signed Boxing gloves, autographed Photos of Presidents, autographed baseballs, 1950's memorabilia from Cuba.... the list go's on and on.....and ON!! Generally I don't even look at frame moulding, I just give them an idea of what I'm thinking it could look like and I have ALWAYS been blown away by what they come up with for me!!!! I have had a couple of things framed elsewhere and I have not been happy with the result OR the price....don't tell Frame Pros but they have the best prices on framing anywhere!!! So I now live in Glendale AZ. and I still take my framing needs to Frame Pros!!! They Rock....and have done so for 22+ years for me!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks you guys!!!!!!! :^D read more
