I cannot say enough great things about my experience from start to finish with Frame Warehouse, specifically with Paul and Ava! I went to 3 other frame stores before I found them. I brought in a large textile that I wanted framed and every other store I went to found an obstacle with everything due to the size of the piece. The biggest difference with Frame Warehouse was that they said "yes!" And found ways to make my requests happen, which turned into a piece that is unique and that I truly LOVE! Thank you, Ava, for your knowledge and guidance. Paul went above and beyond from the moment I called him to see if they could work with a piece this size, to the moment it was delivered. Yes, delivered, which we never discussed, but I got a text from Paul saying that they were renting a truck to bring it to me. I didn't even have to ask, they just made it happen at no extra cost to me. I about fell off my chair- the customer service was SO spectacular and is rare these days. All of this to say, I cannot recommend Frame Warehouse enough. I am SO beyond thrilled with my piece, my experience, and with Ava and Paul. Was very impressed by the service here. I don't have a car and so Paul worked with me for free delivery after I dropped off my two paintings. He went over options for framing and explained the process as I'm new to all of it. The low end frames were way less costly than I expected and I plan to come here if I do decide to get a frame, but we just did the stretcher bars. The price was great and they were able to stretch both of my paintings within a few days, and deliver right to my door! I was also happily surprised to see the paintings had a wire and nails so the install took about 2 minutes for me. Would highly recommend! read more

We came in to get a novel piece we picked up in Mexico framed. They took the time to listen to our needs, make suggestions, explain their rationale, ask more questions. While we ran out of time on our first visit, we checked out a few more places in town and knew they were going to be our best deal and easiest to work with. I replaced broken glass in cheap frames with 8x10 and 10x10 (already matted) kid pictures. They charged $89. Two pieces of glass just slid into a cheap frame. What am I missing here? I thought it would be $5 to cut a couple pieces of glass. read more

Not impressed! I decided to give my dad a special photo for his birthday. I had a picture with a little poem underneath it that was all on one photo that I wanted to get framed. I went in for a consultation and it seemed to go very well. They were very helpful with helping me decide what would pair well. I chose to get a custom made frame for it that really suited my photo with the poem. When I came to pick it up it was all wrapped up. When I got home to unravel it all... I was appalled. Some of the words from the poem got cut off on a custom made frame to fit everything!!!! The framing job was honestly awful. I cannot believe at what I was given, especially for the money I spent. I had to rip apart the whole thing and insert a completely different photo sans the poem I really wanted to include. So save yourself frustration and money. I was truly expecting better quality for a shop that specializes in framing. read more

I brought in a Turn of the Century Picture with Matting that was warped , and over many weeks , Paul was able to return it to its original flat state...I let him pick out an Original Color Matte to compliment it and he framed it with My Turn of the Century Solid Oak Frame that I brought to compliment it ... This is a few doors down from where we live. Had a print for over 5 years and wasn't sure if it was going to be framed or not. Walked into Frame Warehouse and got great service. Also was given great choices that made sense with the print. Even discussed a glass versus plexiglass because it was going to be shipped. Took 2 weeks to get done. The end result was FANTASTIC!!! We've been using the Frame Warehouse forever (my husband has probably been taking things there since it opened) and we are always pleased with the results - excellent advice on framing and matting choices, terrific workmanship, prompt service. They have framed everything from expensive original art to cheap posters and family photos. But this year we discovered their wizardry at "restoring" old photos. "Restoring" in quotes, because we brought in a 75 year old photo taken at a huge family banquet that had been stored rolled up. The emulsion was cracked, the 12" x 18" photo could not be unrolled safely without further damage. Somehow, they managed to get it flat, and made a perfect digital copy. It is gorgeous, and crystal clear so that my husband and his cousins spent a happy afternoon identifying 100 near and distant relatives - and now the cousins want copies too. Not cheap, but this was definitely worth it! read more

We recently had a large, truly oversized oil painting framed and they did a fantastic job as well as doing the same for some smaller paintings. They had suggestions for framing and glass to use if you plan to hang a picture in a humid area like a shower location vs a living room which I would never have known otherwise. read more

The gal there did a fantastic job at picking unique frames that went perfectly with the print. Then i was spoiled for choice with all of the options, but we narrowed it down to one with a beautiful matt and it all went together so well.
