Kind of blown away by my experience today. I placed an order yesterday for 3 canvases. Today I went…read morein to pick them up. At the register, they claimed they couldn't find my order (I had email confirmation.) It took 3 people and 30 minutes. They never found my order in their system but eventually had me purchase them in store. I'm checking my account to make sure I'm not charged twice. I'll add that while this was going on, I got to listen to the two cashiers complaining about customers and the line as we all stood there. During this prolonged situation, my husband had to take a meeting over the phone and accidentally left his headphones on the counter. I called later to ask if they'd found them. I was told "we tossed them before they were icky." Oooookay, thank you for the opinion on my husband's property? Simply telling me they were thrown out would have been sufficient. They went to look for them and returned to phone to say, with attitude, "yeah. We pulled them out of the garbage." Gee, thanks? Do they not have a lost and found?
