Despite being a little small, this store is organized and clean. It is easy to shop. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I have seen some pretty cool items in here and various things that would make great gifts. They have beautiful rocks and gemstones, which really interests me. There are also other collectible items. Captain McFinn also has a huge stuffed animal selection, and there's no doubt you can find anyone's favorite animal if you're looking for a gift. I would like to note that the prices are a bit high, but everything seems to be pretty good quality. If you're at the Eastwood Mall, Captain McFinn is worth checking out. It may appear as a children's store when you see the cartoon theme in the window, but it actually has really cool finds for anyone.

I also adore their beautiful clothes they now carry. If they had sold these when they first opened I would have needed 3 jobs! They are just so beautiful. I recently took my great niece shopping for her birthday outfit there and bought her a beautiful stuffed owl. We could not be more pleased and I am glad after all these years they are still around. It's been a long time but when my now 16 year old was 8 we had one of the best birthday parties we ever had in their then brand new party room. It was the best ever!

The arrangement contained far fewer flowers than expected, with most of it being greenery. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. I had specifically asked to receive a photo before delivery since we were ordering from out of town, but never received one. My friend sent me one after delivered. Afterward, I reached out privately to Jensen with feedback and never received a response. Had there been some acknowledgment or effort to address the concern, I likely would not be writing this review. I'm sure they may do a better job for local customers who can see arrangements in person, but based on this experience I would not recommend.
