What I wanted was for them to replace the whole seat but they said their policies won't allow that. They gave me a $125 coupon to use in their store excluding clearance and model items.

It's difficult to put value on a product the business itself won't stand behind. I tried to create a win‑win solution, but they chose a short‑term gain over good customer service.
