Barba Fine Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job, and even educated him on how to buy a ring properly. The first two times he went in, he was shown various kinds of diamonds and quality so he would know how to shop around if he wanted to. Being the kind of guy he is, he shopped around and realized how many jewelers were trying to rip him off. BFJ went out of their way to build the ring beautifully and at a very good value. It was so good we bought my wedding band as well as my husband's wedding ring there, too. When I went in to buy the wedding band Bill, the owner even taught me a few things I didn't know about taking care of a ring (like how being in a pool with your ring makes the diamonds more likely to fall off). I cannot emphasize how patient and wonderful they were with my now husband! He knew nothing about rings before he went here (Example: he didn't know he was supposed to buy a band, too. lol) and by the time he left he was confident knowing he got a great value.

I shopped with Zach's help and he was such a great salesman! I was very anxious and indecisive and he remained so patient and calm, it really helped through the whole experience. My husband and I even felt comfortable enough to ask him about redesigning my engagement ring and he showed us options that fit our budget and what I've wanted for years! So we ended up being able to purchase my diamond earrings AND redesign my ring all for a price we could afford. THE 17 2018 WHICH IS 71 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE...and this after 3 trips to the store that does not have regular hours ...some days there open some not ..with no posting outside the business so its at random when there open...So i finally was told to call the insurance plan to either get reimbursed or have them repaired....Ready for this...calling the insurance party that cost me $50 they have no record of my transaction and in fact don't deal with Rogers Jewelry any more... im now headed back to the store to settle this matter ooops God only knows when there open....Gary Hughes pissed off immensely...My PTSD from Vietnam has peeked...

I met with Santino, and he took the time to learn about our tastes and let us try on several different Rolex models. When we decided what we liked, he set realistic timeframes and let us know he would call us when they became available. We got the call sooner than expected. When we picked up the watches, Santino made the whole afternoon an experience. This level of personalization doesn't happen in the big chain stores, you need to trust your local mom & pop jeweler with really going above and beyond. Took it to my local jeweler who cleaned it and seemed puzzled that it didn't get rid of the yellow. He tried to tell me diamonds can't get discolored and implied it was always that way. But it hadn't always been that way. I searched for a gemologist to look at it to see what could have happened to cause the discoloration and was led to Thom Dumas Fine Jewelry. After looking at the stone in its mounting it was taken in the back and cleaned while I waited. It came back looking clear again and as good as new! I was so thrilled!
