What a gem this store is. It's run by a husband and wife, and they are friendly, helpful,…read moreknowledgeable, and incredibly kind. I wish other small business owners in New Castle had their understanding of the importance of merchandising...the store is well laid out, and attractive. Their items are lovely--unlike some of the local junk stores that call themselves 'antique' stores. I frequently pop in because they get new things in regularly. I learned a lesson about this place: If you see something you like, get it. I waited a couple days before making a decision and the item I wanted was sold when I went back. When my folks moved here from out of town, I was able to furnish their entire apartment with beautiful *real* furniture from North Hill Antiques. Their prices are generally reasonable; some are out of my budget-zone...but, they seem to know the value of the pieces. And, they will deliver if you are nearby.

I was recommended to YM Camera by NIKON when my usual vender of 45 YEARS did not have the lens, I desperately needed...in fact few in the country had that lens in stock... covid-19 DELAYS... Anyway, YM camera was listed as a recommended vender, they had the lens I wanted, and I was immediately on the phone ordering the lens... (I wanted to make sure it was in fact "In Stock"... It was) - I had a few last-minute questions which were answered immediately by the owner who possessed a wealth of information ... and I ordered the lens right away - OVER NIGHT UPS... (18-hour delivery delay due to the snowstorm - Beyond anyone's control) ... Well, I got it - WHAT A FANTASTIC PIECE OF GLASS! - My entire experience with YM Camera (Knowledge-Price-Service-Promptness) was outstanding and they now have a new "Loyal" Customer (And that is not easy to get out of me!) ...THANK YOU! ~Christopher Specht FamilyScans.com FAMILY SCANS Digital Solutions for an Analogue Past FBSales@FamilyScans.com 4217 SE 19th Ave, Unit 209 Cape Coral, FL 33904 (239) 299-8400

My mom decided not to buy anything here even though she saw many items she wanted. Captain McFinn has some really unique gifts and collectibles, and I will sometimes stop in here…read morewhen I'm at the Eastwood Mall. Despite being a little small, this store is organized and clean. It is easy to shop. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I have seen some pretty cool items in here and various things that would make great gifts. They have beautiful rocks and gemstones, which really interests me. There are also other collectible items. Captain McFinn also has a huge stuffed animal selection, and there's no doubt you can find anyone's favorite animal if you're looking for a gift. I would like to note that the prices are a bit high, but everything seems to be pretty good quality. If you're at the Eastwood Mall, Captain McFinn is worth checking out. It may appear as a children's store when you see the cartoon theme in the window, but it actually has really cool finds for anyone.

My challenge was to replace my aging landscaping (50 years of overgrown and woody) and pick plants that would flourish in the different areas (shade, full sun, etc), look good with the unique house design, and that would 'age well'. Brandon Ratvasky was ready with good advice, lots of patience for me, and plants that have done very well. My white Dogwood was planted last summer and bloomed this spring. It was sooo beautiful.
