I called Robert and left a message with their AI assistant (Robert uses to help triage work) and he text me a quote and was at my house within a couple hours. Fire sprinkler work is not cheap in general, but I would recommend fireprotech reliable and friendly service!

Since it was Sunday, it was almost impossible to get anyone out to check out our fire alarm. Let alone pick up their phones. One of my colleagues stumbled upon APFE's website and immediately we got a hold of someone. A gentleman name Henry asked us what the panel looked and asked the model type and stated he would call us back. Within minutes he called back and updated us that his technicians will be onsite within the hour. The technicians arrived and showed incredible customer care. Cleared the panel and showed us how to operate it properly in case it happens again. I would 100% recommend this company. Our biggest regret was not calling them first.

Do…read morenot use Central Fire Protection if you are looking to get repairs for your business, in order to be in compliance with city ordinances. Adrian was very responsive in the beginning, unfortunately not so much afterwards. Frank did our Fire Sprinkler inspection(s)/repairs and the work he completed was good but unfortunately, the reason for us hiring this company was for our Fire Department Inspection. Now we have to find another company to come out and do another inspection (which we already paid for 2x to Central Fire - once for our initial inspection then once again after the repairs). Repairs and inspection totaled in more than 7k. *We are not typically a company that will leave a bad review, but hopefully this saves another company time & money in the future*

I'm honestly shocked this is the company our HOA chose. The invoice came out to $487.65 for a fire…read morealarm service call and heat detector replacement. I understand fire safety work costs money and I'm not expecting bargain bin pricing for life safety systems. But for that kind of charge, the work should at least look professional when they leave. That was not my experience. The technician came out, didn't appear prepared with the necessary parts, left to get what was needed, came back and the final installation still looked poorly seated and sloppy. The detector does not look cleanly installed against the ceiling, which is exactly the kind of detail that makes you question the care behind the work. Fire protection is not cosmetic. It is one of those trades where competence, preparation and finish matter. If you are charging a premium, the work should feel premium. This felt like an expensive service call followed by a rushed install. Maybe the system is technically working now. I hope it is. But as a customer, seeing nearly $500 billed for work that looks like this does not inspire confidence. I would not choose this company personally. UPDATE: Ryan contacted me personally after seeing this review and returned to inspect the heat detector. He corrected the installation and provided a 25% courtesy refund. I genuinely appreciate that he took ownership of the situation and followed through on his commitment to make things right. Accountability matters. Ryan was professional during the return visit, listened to my concerns without being defensive and made a sincere effort to resolve the issue. Because of that, I've updated my rating from one star to three stars. I'm leaving my original review intact because it accurately reflects my initial experience, but I also believe it's important to recognize when a company responds with professionalism and makes a good faith effort to earn back a customer's trust.
