GREAT addition to downtown Tucson. The classes are set up with ~ 30 minute of spinning / cycling and then the other half is weights/cardio/TRX etc. What a great concept! The studio is light, bright and inviting and has a great ambiance. They have lockers (bring your own lock) and showers! read more

Amazing studio and instructors. The classes are always fun and a great workout. Great community at the gym. Highly recommend!

Let's Sweat is more than just a place to get a sweat in - it's a community. From the moment you walk in Soleil and her amazing staff make you feel like you belong. The music, the instruction, the facility - it is all intentionally designed to be fun and effective. I always leave smiling and sweaty. read more

Finally a super awesome cycle gym downtown! I love love love this place! The instructors kick your butt (in a good way!) and each have their own technique to whip you into shape. An added bonus is the music they play during your session. Each has their own playlists, which coincide with your workout for that day. The staff and owner are also extremely friendly, inviting and encouraging. This was my first time trying out cycle and I've been hooked ever since. Haven't tried it before? Don't worry! They will explain everything thoroughly, making you feel right at home. They now offer all cycle classes or cycle + strength (which usually involves weights, stretching and the TRX). I would definitely recommend this if you love cycle or just working out in general! read more

I'd always seen this studio when driving to work and was curious as to what it was like but was too intimidated to go in. As a Christmas gift I was given a multi-class pass to go in and after the first class I was HOOKED. I went from never having done a spin class to going multiple times a week; the instructors are all so sweet and welcoming. Love this place! read more

These are hands down the best workouts I ever get. They are fun and challenging and the instructors are amazing!!

I've gone to the Spin + Yin class (30 min spin and 30 min yoga) with Eva and I'm hooked! Such awesome energy and you get an amazing workout. Can't wait to try other classes they offer. read more

I went here once and got really sweaty! It was a wild experience! Unlike other gyms, the routine at Let's Sweat is fun and entertaining, and the staff are always a joy to be around. If you are looking for a clean, fun, friendly, high energy gym that keeps you coming back for more, this is your place! Also, everyone should support this awesome gym! It's owned by a Tucson native This is not a paid or sponsored review. read more

This is easily the best gym I've ever joined. It's small, with a low cap on spaces for each class, so classes never feel crowded or anonymous, but also don't make you feel like you're in the spotlight if you're shy. My favorite is the spin + strength class, which is a great all around workout that has lots of variety within the spin and strength portions so you never get bored or stress the same muscles two days in a row. The classes also allow for a variety of levels and growth within them--you can modify every exercise, and go up in resistance/speed/weight as you get better. There is a surprising variety of equipment for a relatively small place, and I have never felt cramped for space/equipment even in a full class. The classes are mostly women, some men, with a range of bodies and ages. The instructors are positive and energetic, but also explain every move and are generous with their attention. No experience is assumed, and instructors are always encouraging, never shaming or guilting or overbearing. There are challenges to join, themed spin classes, and various packages for classes. Since classes can fill up quickly, it's best to sign up ahead of time, but I consistently see people show up from the waitlist and get into the class. The instructors/staff knew my name within the week, and go out of their way to ask about you as a person. My first day, they had a bottle of water with my name on it, a few pamphlets, and a little bow attached. I found this an incredibly sweet gesture, and not the last. The facilities are always spotless. The owner, Soleil, is frequently at the front desk, and is clearly engaged with the people who show up at the gym. If you're looking for transformational classes that will keep you engaged, accountable, and feeling good, I highly recommend this place. If you're on the fence, my last note is that I think it's telling that this place seems to have a notable number of extremely positive reviews. This matches my experience with the gym as a place that has created a small-ish, dedicated and loyal clientele. read more

I have been going to Let's Sweat since the first week they opened. Thank you Soleil and the whole team for creating such a welcoming, fun and challenging environment. Each instructor does things slightly different which makes the classes unique and you never get bored. read more

My favorite part of the week is when I come to Let's Sweat! They have a variety of different classes, spin, strength, yoga and TRX! The instructors are amazing, super fun and welcoming to everyone! They always play great music to keep u going. I have a very busy work schedule but Let's Sweat has classes throughout the day so I'm always able to find one that fits in my schedule, and not to mention how easy it is to sign up for class and buy monthly memberships! The building is beautiful and super convenient to get to especially if you live in the downtown area. read more

I'm brand new to Tucson and spent some time looking for cool/interesting places to work out in the city before coming in to Let's Sweat. The classes are challenging and fun every time I go in. They also vary from class to class. I'd really recommend this place to anyone interested in working out and having fun while doing so. read more

So grateful for this place! I started attending classes back in October and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made--a true investment in myself. Signing up for classes through MINDBODY is so simple and it's very helpful to be able to sign up for classes up to two weeks out. The instructors and staff are all excellent--so welcoming, motivating, and fun! I love bringing my buddies and introducing them to something new and I also love that the classes can serve as my alone time where I can tap into myself and sweat it all out! read more

I've been going to Let's Sweat since sept. 2018 and I love it! I was never one to like working out but knew I needed to do something. Let's Sweat is the perfect place for everyone. All the instructors are knowledgeable and help me with my form in the strength portion of spin and strength, my favorite class. They offer TRX, yoga, and another one of my favorites spin and yin, 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of yin yoga, as well as many other classes! Now I love to work out and look forward to going! read more

I started taking the Spin + Sweat classes at Let's Sweat last year and was so happy to have finally found the perfect workout class! Great music, friendly staff, and a good sweat every single time! Throughout the pandemic the Let's Sweat team has come together to keep their community safe and active in so many different ways which is so amazing! They've incorporated outdoor classes, outdoor spinning, virtual classes, and even created a supportive app based community where everyone can communicate and support each other. They are simply the best! read more

I bought the introductory special for 3 classes, have attended yoga previously, and ended up purchasing a larger class pack! The gym is welcoming, fun, clean, and challenging. I always feel like I got a full body workout, and push much harder than I would alone. There are a great variety of classes, and I appreciate the theme classes. I worked muscles in ways I don't normally and was so sore after TRX! I appreciate the whole community surrounding Lets Sweat! read more

Let's Sweat offers fun, energizing classes in a well kept, aesthetically pleasing space. The whole team is great, however, I want to highlight Nicole for being an amazing personal trainer. I met with Nicole multiple times per month at Let's Sweat for 8 months leading up to my wedding. I've struggled to get into a consistent exercise routine since high school, and Nicole coached me to get to the healthy place I am today. She focuses on overall health and wellness, including food and exercise, that is sustainable instead of a crash course that doesn't allow you to build healthy habits. I now actually look forward to working out and enjoy eating food that's good for my body. Thank you, Nicole and Let's Sweat for getting me here! read more

This place is amazing! The owner Soleil is so nice and all of the classes are great! You get so much done in one hour - 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength and/or body weight. It's a great full-body workout! It is much more motivating doing it in a group with an instructor encouraging you. The time flies by. They have other classes too like TRX, HIIT, and Yoga. Overall, it's a great place, everyone is friendly, there's no pressure, and you get a great workout everytime. The workouts are always changing too, so you never get bored. I definitely recommend trying Let's Sweat! read more

Let's Sweat is exactly what downtown Tucson needed! I think this morning's 9:15am class was the most challenging workout I have ever had in my life. I'm not exaggerating. I feel GREAT about it. Soleil, the owner, is so warm and welcoming. She has a smile for everyone and is always happy to answer questions and help check people in for class. I am not a very athletically-inclined person to begin with, and have had memberships at other gyms in Tucson over the past 6 years. I have never been very happy with these gyms because I never know what to do while I'm there. Let's Sweat is totally different. The classes are roughly 30 minutes of spin, and 30 minutes of strength. They change their strength workouts every day so that if you go every day you will be getting a full-body workout and not get bored with the schedule. The strength part of the class incorporates training with body weight, TRX straps, and dumbbells. I have noticed some ab workout equipment around the floor, but the two classes I have attended have not incorporated those yet. The instructors use microphones and I have had no problem hearing their instructions over the music. My husband tells me their strength circuits are called AMRAPS- as many repetitions as possible (apparently this is new to only me and not new to other gym-goers... LOL). The circuits are set up so you do a set # of moves (ex. 10 push ups, 10 lunges, 10 bicep curls) over a set amount of time, and you do as many circuits as you can, at your own pace. I am very unfamiliar with the moves/poses/form and feel very comfortable asking the instructors for help, or to show me a move again. Modifications to the moves are always available, and I have not felt judged at all by anyone in class (no one is looking at what I'm doing anyway), or by the instructors. At the end of the strength training, everyone gets in the middle of the floor and yells LET'S SWEAT and it is a very positive way to end a workout. I bought the 3 classes for $30 deal for newbies, but am already seriously considering getting a membership. I really feel like I could become an athletically-inclined person if I stick with Soleil and the Let's Sweat team! PS- there are lockers, private changing spaces, and showers. There is also filtered water readily available (BYO Bottle), and probably more niceties I am missing in this list. read more

Let's Sweat is the best! I started going a few years ago with their newbie pass ($33 for 3 classes) and loved it! Spin + Strength is the perfect mix, and the instructors are super helpful. The owners and instructors take the time to learn your name and greet you as you walk in, which makes the environment so welcoming. If spin isn't your thing, try their Yoga Annex. The yoga studio is very relaxing and all levels are welcome. read more

My first class today. Awesome workout. The staff are really helpful and just plain nice.

This is my favorite workout studio in Tucson. The staff is great, welcoming and energetic. The workouts are hard but really fulfilling. It's a great community that they are setting up. It has a very convenient location close to downtown. The prices are very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about the studio. read more

This place is amazing. The combo spin and cardio class is a killer. In a good way. Loved it so much that I brought my teen daughter to try it out. Great instructors! read more

Let's sweat has community written all over them. I used to drop in every now and then for their spin classes and they have always been so warm and welcoming. I love that they offer such a wide range in variety of workouts. Sometimes 60 minutes on the bike is too long for me, so 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the weight floor is perfect for keeping you well rounded. Their spin and yin class in the evening is an especially exquisite treat after a long day at work. You get to work it out on the bike and then melt on the mat afterwards as they take you through a much needed wind down/stretch out. The icing on the cake is their music selection. Most of the time I am ready to roll up and pass out on the gym floor when class is over. The experience ends up feeling like a productive hot bubble bath with the added bonus of having burned some major calories! read more

I love Let's Sweat! The instructors are so warm and welcoming, and the classes are fun and challenging. I spent a week with my daughter in Tucson and joined her at the fitness studio. The early morning SPIN class was great. We also did a Thursday, TRX class. Thankful I found this little gem! Also it's conveniently located near the university, so is a great option for students and faculty who aren't getting enough from the rec center. Would recommend this studio to everyone! read more

I've been looking for a place that would challenge me with spin and strength since O2 closed years ago. After trying a number of places and not finding them challenging enough I decided to give Let's Sweat a try. So glad I did! The instructors are always prepared, anxious to help, friendly and outgoing. The owner, Soleil, has fantastic availability to talk and answer questions. The equipment is in excellent shape which I feel encouraged everyone to respect it and take care of it. I encourage you to give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed! read more
