There was plenty of space for everyone, but also not overwhelmingly huge. Everyone was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. Wear a t-shirt to cover your armpits, remove any body jewelry and rings that could get caught against the fabric. BRING LOTS OF WATER! Unfortunately, it was a bit too warm for me, and it seems that all their classes are kept at that temperature or warmer. They offer yoga mats for free, along with towel covers to place over them, which is a nice touch. At the end of class, they hand out a scented cool towel--which feels amazing. The bathroom and locker area is also really nice. They have showers and provide products you can use to get ready afterward.

Well, since discovering FIT Yoga's heated vinyasa class with Trey, I have found a new studio that I love on the NW side of town! Trey's class includes a flow that is never the same as the previous week. He sets the class up based off of everyone's skill set. If I feel inclined to add more of a challenge, then I'll make the adjustment. But most of the time, Trey's class is exactly what I'm looking for in my practice. Keep in mind this isn't a bikram class, but exactly as stated: heated. If you're looking for a sweaty class, you won't quite get that. But, you will get an incredible flow and workout in. The class sizes range from 5-8 people which creates more of an intimate setting. Either way, I'm incredibly grateful for the studio and love how it's part of my weekly practice!

You can get on a waitlist and to be honest you can often get into the class but you won't find out until 12-24 hours prior. So unless you have nothing else in your life it's a moot point. I think they have over sold their membership and despite talking to them they really don't care. They just tell you to get on the wait list. Or, of course you can pay for the unlimited which allows you to schedule further in advance. Quite the ruse to get you to pay more money. So incredibly frustrating.
