Can't schedule classes as they are always full. You can only schedule 30 days in advance but everyone else is rolling so by the time my renewal date comes all the classes are booked. You can get on a waitlist and to be honest you can often get into the class but you won't find out until 12-24 hours prior. So unless you have nothing else in your life it's a moot point. I think they have over sold their membership and despite talking to them they really don't care. They just tell you to get on the wait list. Or, of course you can pay for the unlimited which allows you to schedule further in advance. Quite the ruse to get you to pay more money. So incredibly frustrating. read more

So I am paying for classes I can't even use!! What a gimmick!! Beware! Beware! They will take your money & give you Nothing in return!! I am so so upset!! So Jasmine from the sign up team called me & made Everything right! Shay basically told me I had no recourse, but then Jasmine called me and fix the situation. I've been using this place for three months and experienced inconsistent classes, not informed about auto renewal after the initial commitment for $200 a month that surprised me out of nowhere and lack of customer support for any issues with your membership. Management does not respond to customer concerns nor do the employees at the front desk care to satisfy a customer. Take your money to a business that actually cares. read more

It's okkkkk. The classes aren't consistent. Sometimes a 1.0 feels slow, then I try a 1.5 and it feels just like a 2.0 then I try 1.5 and it feels like a 1.0 again. Then a 1.0 will feel like a 1.5. Maybe it depends on the type of class and teacher but when you are working full-time, it's really hard to find a good class that matches your schedule. I find them most of them are geared towards stay at home people such as retirees, and that definitely shows in the very slow paced or ultra old music from the 70s that they play... Rolling Stones is not my kind of motivation music. There's nothing hip or fun with the music at all.... anyway, I find it very hard to get modification tips whether I need to tame it down or up the work out. When I told two teachers on separate occasions that I am looking to resolve my diastasis recti, they looked at me puzzled and just suggested traditional ab work, which is absolutely not what you're supposed to do. read more

In 2001, I walked into Club Pilates in Oro Valley, knowing little about Pilates. A trainer recommended it for my balance, flexibility, and tight hamstrings (which were about as pliable as a frozen garden hose). I met Sarah, who politely agreed my flexibility and core strength were, let's say, "aspirational," but promised improvement after 20 lessons and significant progress after 30. After joining Level 1 classes, I saw my posture improve after just 15 sessions--suddenly, I wasn't hunched over in my neck like I lost a fight with gravity. The gains kept coming, and I've stuck with it. Now in 2025, I'm still a member. The instructors here are certified, professional, cheerful and several also bring backgrounds in physical therapy, dance, and fitness in addition to their commitment to the Pilates technique. Their focus is on seeing their clients progress to greater wellness and as for myself at least, very glad they have the patience of saints. Since starting at Club Pilates, I've backpacked 550 miles of the Arizona Trail . I am planning to finish this fall and hope to hike the Appalachian Trail in 2026. I could not do this without the dedication of my Club Pilates instructors working with me. Oh, and did I mention I'm 68? Let me just say that Club Pilates in Oro Valley has made all the difference--plus, I can now get off a recliner without sound effects. read more

I joined Club Pilates on Black Friday. I really enjoyed all of the instructors/classes. I did have several bad experiences with their policies which ultimately caused me to leave. For example my husband tested + for COViD the night before a 7am class. I decided not to go so that I did not expose everyone else the next day. I didn't think it would be an issue since I was told in a pinch the staff would help. When I went in they were anything but friendly and I lost the class. Should I have gone in to the class anyway... apparently? Then for weeks in a row the Sunday morning class was without an instructor. It is also very difficult to find classes that are open if you work full time. I went in to cancel my membership due to the lack of classes and the gal suggested I freeze until summer (I'm a teacher) for $25. It turns out it is $25 a month to freeze! When I saw this I decided to terminate again just to find out that I have to unfreeze, pay a regular full month, then give a 30 day notice before I can terminate. Feels like a scam to get as much $ out of their clients as possible. I paid the fee and terminated. I will miss the classes - but I will not miss their inflexible policies. read more

Terrible staff and policies. My girlfriend and I thought this would be a great exercise activity to do together. Staff were very unaccommodating, told my girlfriend she had to stop taking the advanced level difficulty classes because she hadn't received a "personal kudos" from a basic instructor yet. Made no sense, she is very experienced from prior studios. If we are paying as much as they charge per class for this she should be able to take the level she finds most appropriate since this is in no way disruptive to other members, just stunk of elitism (otherwise offer some sort of free "level placement/assessment"). I asked very politely to get my own class pack refunded since we wouldn't ever be going back and was told no, so that's $80 down the drain for me too. F- grade for service. read more

I have done the intro class, 1.0, and signed up for the 1.5 since the 1.0 was too easy for me. I show up for the class with my 6 year old ( since I'm a single mom) who has her tablet with earphones and it just going to sit and watch. I walk in and am rudely looked up and down and told 'she can't be here' by the woman at the desk. I say she's just going to sit in the lobby and I'm told she can't be there at all. I said then I want a refund because that policy is not listed anywhere on your site. I'm told she will ask the manager and I say no I will be refunded I'm not paying for a class I can't attend because you are making up a policy that isn't posted on your site. This then continued into her asking me 'I see you did the intro but this is a 1.5 class' I said yes I did do the intro but I've also done the 1.0 and it was too easy hence why I signed up for this class. She then proceeds to look me up and down and says 'you did the 1.0 here?' I said yes here. She goes 'here?' I again say yes. Here. Between the insanely high price point, policies being pulled out of the butt whenever they feel, and the extremely rude interaction I will never return or recommend to anyone and the people I have referred will be leaving as well. Extremely disappointing that a workout class where people are trying to take care of themselves and better themselves has employees who are judgmental and body shaming. I've been doing ballet and yoga for 11 years and am extremely fit so I can't even imagine how they treat people who are just starting their fitness journey. Absolutely disgusting behavior. read more

I am NOT an exercise person. I hate everything about it. But this??? Club Pilates?? The Reformer machines? It was the BEST workout and the MOST fun. I didn't even know I was sweating or working my muscles...until the next day. I was a good sore...knowing I worked my entire body. The instructors are patient and detailed so even this inexperienced person could follow along AND do it right. Clean studio, friendly staff, great location. My sister moved to the Tucson area last year, so I recently got the chance to go and spend some time with her out there. We both wanted to stay active during my stay, even with the 100 plus degree weather in AZ! Club Pilates happens to be up the road from her house, so we decided to check it out. I was a little apprehensive as I do have a torn disc, but Camille the instructor was absolutely amazing! This studio is a reformer Pilates studio which utilizes machines, which I love! I honestly can't say enough about the instructors and overall care that the staff seems to genuinely give. On top of that I left refreshed and invigorated each and every time I finished a class. Went to the intro class and was hooked. I joined before they really opened. I go twice a week and love it. Classes are diverse and the work out can be as challenging as you make it. I especially enjoy the small class size, no more than 12. Instructors are knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the workout. Megan is my favorite instructor. She varies her workouts, gives great reminders and clues for each movement. Her smile and enthusiasm are contagious. The club is first rate and the employees make you feel important. I recommend this full body workout for everyone. read more

Just finished an invigorating Pilates class at Club Pilates. I joined Friday and have already taken four classes. I'm excited that they have an unlimited membership option. I'm glad that the classes are reformer based with other apparatus included. They offer free intro classes so you can see if it's a right fit for you. I took a class with Megan yesterday and she was so energetic and gave great direction on alignment. I'd definitely recommend classes with her. The unlimited membership allows you to take as many classes you would like a month. There is enough variety and the instructors mix up routines each class. Jenna at the front desk was so helpful and answered all my questions and I had lots. There is a great app for your phone that makes booking a breeze and you can add your upcoming classes to you phone's calendar. It's only been a few days but I can feel the difference. I've been doing unlimited classes here for six months and all I gotta say is - reformer Pilates will change your body (and your life). Physically, my posture has dramatically improved and my core is rock solid. I have noticed improvements in even basic daily functions like picking something up off the floor or bringing in groceries or walking up stairs. I have tried so many forms of exercise - running, yoga, lifting weights in the gym, spinning, kick boxing. I did mat Pilates at Body Works, I tried Orange Theory, I even dabbled in the craziness of Psychosomatic for weeks. And THIS is the first form of exercise I have ever done that feels healthy and kind to my body, and it's something that I enjoy doing. I am in better shape just doing Pilates four times a week and walking than I ever was doing all of the intense stuff I mentioned. I feel better, too. The instructors at Club Pilates are fabulous and supportive. Unlike a lot of the other fitness clubs I've joined in the past, you feel included and respected here at Club Pilates - there's none of the cliquey crap or lack of professionalism between clients and instructors.
