Unfortunately NO I was not thinking about the appointment I booked a month in advance. They do not remind you the day before but expect you to remember (if you even noticed) that you will pay in full if you don't make it there. I went back to check how I missed this, it's because you won't see it unless you select "learn more" when you are checking out. Does not ask you to agree, does not ask you to confirm. They will not allow me to use the charge to another appointment & reschedule. In this economy, huge scam, so greedy, & disappointed that I've even been a client starting 4 years ago hair dressers have lost their minds these days

For the past year I have had the worst luck with stylists getting my Blonde Wishes to come true, when my regular gal was going through some personal struggles and wasn't available. After going to 3 local Phoenix salons, I finally tried Ide. "Try Ide!" They got the weave/foil/highlights RIGHT! Susan was very personable and did a great job. The Aveda products were very gentle on my poor abused hair, yet they brought out the bright blonde. A toner wasn't even required bc Susan got the color perfect. Yes, the lighting in the salon isn't great and the place could use a deep clean service and a fresh coat of paint, but do you want to pay $400-$500 for highlights/lowlights/cut/blowdry, or do you want to pay $100-$200? Those expensive (& pretentious) salons are making YOU pay for their high end lighting systems, new salon chairs, and nightly cleaning crew. Just some food for thought. Go see Susan, and tell her Amanda sent ya!

The wrong answer to any of those questions will send me to the next phone number on my list. Luckily, I didn't need to do that here...Gina hooked me up with an appointment with Erica on Saturday, and I left a very happy camper. My color looks great, and I'm satisfied with the cut.
