I was given me multiple options and great suggestions. I ended up going with dyeing my hair a darker color to try to mask the red. She spent a lot of time taking tiny sections so that the color would be even and perfect. It turned out beautiful - my hair feels healthier and the color is gorgeous. She also gave me samples of some of their product so I can decide if I want to purchase. The facility is beautiful and everyone I spoke with was very welcoming. My daughter-in-law is White American and she was given their best nail artist. I am a dark-skinned Indian older woman and I was assigned to a trainee who clearly did not know what she was doing. It felt like we were treated differently based on our skin color. My entire service was poorly done: *For my pedicure:* The lady cut my toe cuticle and it was bleeding. She used a very bad quality nail paint. Even after 4 coats, the color looks patchy and uneven. She skipped major parts of the spa package my son paid for - no deep tissue massage, no hot-stone massage, and no exfoliation for my legs. *For my manicure:* I very clearly told her at the start to shape my nails in a U-shape (round). She still made them very pointy and sharp. I am not a picky person at all, but this was the worst spa treatment I have ever had.
