I really love Peter. He's my go to guy. Very sweet and takes his time and is so meticulous. Prices aren't bad either.

Big toe has ridges at the top was not filed correctly or smooth and there's a chip of paint as well

I will not be going back to this establishment. They like to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Lacking customer service. The quality of my pedicure was C minus. She used an old buffer and didn't get all the ridges out of my nails as well as the filing is not smooth. You can also see through the nail polish where it didn't go on evenly. Nail polish left on the top of my toe. When she put my feet in the water, it was cold I asked for hot. I don't think she spoke any English.

My pedicure went well but my manicure went terribly. The lady who did my nails was on the phone for half of it and shaped my nails into duck nails when I asked for squares. When I mentioned that she got angry and proceeded to file them in such a way that it exposed my real nail and made them look horrible. For the price I was extremely disappointed with the quality and the service. if I can just make one person save their money and go somewhere else with this review I will be happy.

Okay, where to start!!! I got in the day I called, awesome! It took a week and I was getting anxious because I graduate on Sunday and I've been to half the salons in Erie and they are junk... not clean, not professional, not up to date on the new trends. I got in today, 5/14 at 7:30pm, I asked for Pinterest nails. Which I know can be annoying and difficult. No one gave me a difficult time at all, they were like "We can absolutely do that!" Every other salon will say they can't do that. Why not be up to all the trends? No where else in Erie is. My nails were started by someone and finished by someone named Tina. The first man was nice but I don't think he knew how to do what I desired. Tina was out of this world. She reshaped my nails, she made them perfect. I explained that these are my graduation nails and they meant a lot to me. The owners son had asked to see the photo that I originally showed, he asked if I wanted sparkle polish or actual Swarovski diamonds. I said I want the real deal, I want the diamonds!! He told me they weren't cheap and I said that's okay, this is an important day for me I want it. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15, I'm 26 now and these are the best looking nails I have ever had in my entire life. My appointment was at 7:30 and Tina sat there with me finishing until nearly 9:20, after they closed to make sure my nails were perfect for my day. Thank you so much, Tina and M Nails. Absolutely amazing!

I paid $73 for these nails. They aren't horrible but the gems aren't placed very nicely and the shape was worse before I went home and filed them myself. definitely not worth $73. Everyone has always been super nice which is a bonus but it's disappointing because I used to come here consistently:/ I just don't think it's worth it anymore unless you have a specific nail tech that you know does a good job!

I got an $18 refund from this shop but it doesn't take away from the fact that the woman violently ripped off my old set instead of soaking my nails in acetone. I now have to walk around with ugly, brittle, dysfunctional, and broken nails until they heal because of somebodies carelessness. I expressed verbally that I was in pain multiple times & she didn't respond and kept aggressively ripping them off. To make matters worse she repeatedly asked if I wanted a new set which would obviously only make matters worse. The dip powder wouldn't have had any foundation which would cause my real nails to further break and tear and cause more damage to my skin under my real nails. (Yes that's dried blood coming through my real nails in the second picture) Just wanted to spread the word that not ALL guests here will be taken care of.

My nail tech was amazing. I love my nails so much. She made sure she wasn't hurting me. It was really expensive though. It was 41 for a fill and coffin shape with gel. My cousin got a set for close to that. My sister in law didn't have a good experience she kept getting poked.

I hate to write negative reviews but I feel like I need to warn others. It was my first time here and I decided to get dipping powder. I rarely get my nails done, but the few times that I have were very different experiences than this one. First off, my nails were put in the general dipping powder that is used on EVERY SINGLE OTHER CUSTOMER. This is a huge sanitary issue. It's basically like sharing germs with every single person that uses that dip color because you tap off the excess powder from your nails back into the container. At other places, I have always seen them pour a little out into a new container and then you toss the extra when you're done. Not the case here. As far as my nails go, I'm not sure what exactly went wrong, but 8 of my 10 nails ended up bleeding at the cuticle. It was extremely painful and to stop the bleeding, the technician put on some sort of liquid (I'm hoping/assuming some sort of antiseptic) and then proceeded to try to stop the bleeding with a paper towel and rubbing the paper towel into my raw, bleeding cuticles. They turned out beautiful (if you can ignore my cuticles that are all torn apart) so that's why I gave 2 stars. I just hope I don't get an infection.

This salon is exceptional. SO clean and so efficient. If you make an appt ahead of time they are great about getting you in right on time. They do a really good job and prices are fair. They even give you a discount if you pay in cash. Loved my Valentine's Day mani by Gwen !

Best nail salon in town .... I love the fact they make appointments.... knowing that I don't have to wait, Shelly by far is the best nail tech, she is so clean with her tools and professional, she does it all from lashes to pedi to nails, she does the best nails shape and design, very creative with her style! She speaks English guys ! She definitely listen to what I want, Shelly is the one person you want to go to if your in town !!! I love my nails , thank you so so much beautiful, can't wait for my next appointment with her

Uneven nails and cut on cuticle.

Im new in Erie and was looking for a place to get my nails done, saw M nails and spa in mill creek mall and thought it looked nice. I got an acrylic full set. The staff was rude and overall just a horrible experience. I asked for a French tip and showed the reference picture. I told the lady doing my nails I wanted a tapered square shape and she proceeds to argue with me and gave me coffin. She also then cut my cuticle and brought no attention to it. If you're picky about you nails DO NOT go to M nails and spa. I payed $75 for a French tip that should have not costed more than $50. Very disappointing.

    Acrylic Full Set

I had a great experience here. My nails were done by Tom. Only complaint is my full set of acrylics with a design was $78 before tip. I think that's pricy. But my nails turned out great!

    This costed 71 dollars

This place is really overpriced. I'm not sure in what world a 5 year old nails cost $71. I'm pretty sure they just make up the prices as they go. My niece got her nails done. Cuticles were not done or anything extra done. Literally just nail polish. They added up to $71 dollars some how. I can understand $20-30 dollars but 71, nope. That was just the beginning of it. The nail technician tending to my girlfriend would not give out prices for what was being done. When asked they would simply reply "speak no English". Seriously, if that's the case use a translator. They didn't do the things that they were supposed to in a pedicure. 40 seconds for a rub (yes my girlfriend timed it) lol. They did not use the handheld dead skin remover. No callus removal. Essentially Just polish & a very quick brush w/ the disposal scrub thing. Nail polish was left all over my woman's feet. My sister got the works and yet my girlfriend got crap and charged the same thing. When this was brought up with the guy in the front he subtracted 10 dollars from the total. My daughter liked her nails, no complaint there. My other daughter got a pedicure and was taken care of but was left with a cut on the side of her foot. This place has a problem with pedicures and 5 yr olds. In all I paid $182 for everything. Somehow my niece was the most expensive . Unless they like you , you'll get their pay as much as they want plan. True Rip Off, Save your money and go somewhere else.

Not Even at BLISS SPA in THE W. Even when I go to a clean environment like Panache. My daughter and I don't spend that much and that's with dip. And they offer beverages. And the environment is relaxing. I didn't go because we couldn't keep our scheduled appointments together Never ever again. I doubt they will last through the next 2 weeks by the end of my vacation. About half of the nails and toe nails are bubbled.(they didn't last) She literally told me how much it was going to be and I swear when I finished she upped the price $100. A true lesson for me. Never Ever go anywhere there's no prices listed on the wall on line or in a pamphlet. TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED! Can someone say DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH!!! Oh they didn't cut the nails down or cut cuticles either. Incomplete & unprofessional. Money (yours) over customer service. I had to go back 2 days later just so they could trim down my toenails. How'd I get a pedicure without a trim or cuticles done. The owner did my pedi on the phone with my feet under her desk at an angle hence the bulge/pool of color at bottom. Argue about the cost being correct all you want... but the QUALITY or lack there of does not match up w/the cost. Had I got what I paid for I would have never said a thing! STRAIGHT CROOKS!
