So I arrived for my 10:30 "appointment" and waited 35 minutes to be serviced. At this point I didn't have time for a full service so I requested a polish change due to their error in scheduling. It's awful. I could've done a better job myself and I suck at painting my nails. She didn't paint the whole nail and she just glooped it on. When I sat at the drying table there was something underneath it and messed up my polish. Because I didn't leave a tip I didn't bother to ask them to fix it.
